Séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Ermita. Rien à dire sur l'espace de la chambre, la salle de bain, la literie, les équipements, la propreté et le petit-déjeuner. Seul bémol : le bruit de la rue et place/parking des navettes et bus en face (pas de double vitrage). Désagrément ponctuel : le bruit des travaux de la rue. Et une suggestion pour les hôteliers (très sympathiques au demeurant) : doubler les rideaux de voilages aux fenêtres, pour occulter la vue de la rue/place/immeuble en face. Mais je recommande chaudement cet établissement pour la qualité de son accueil et son confort, et sa situation à deux pas du sanctuaire de Meritxell.

I totally screwed up and failed to notify the hotel that I was arriving after 8, but they did an awesome job of making sure I was all set. The location is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent value.

What a great little spot to visit. Just a short drive to shopping but far enough away to escape the traffic and noise. You feel a world away in this quiet little spot. The staff was warm and welcoming. The lobby and reception were clean and well maintained. We did not have a chance to eat at the restaurant or have a drink at the bar but both looked inviting. We traveled as a family of 5 and the room was more than spacious and comfortable for everyone. The room was clean and maintained. Should we find our way back to this are we would gladly stay here again.
