Zenit Diplomatic

Having read some of the reviews I was definitely concerned about visiting this hotel - especially as I had also booked it for four of my friends - but we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were comfortable & clean plus there were nice touches such as a spare toothbrush in case you had forgotten to bring one. The location was also ideal for visiting the town.

très bon séjour , climatisation/chauffage un peu trop élevé mais supportable.Personnel adorable et à l’écoute nous a aidé trouver des solutions pour un problème technique .Je recommande

O quarto impecável, tudo muito limpo, equipe da recepção muito competentes. Excelente localização!!!

2 of my towels were stained and 1 was very worn you could almost see through it. I threw the stained ones on the bathroom floor immediately and then upon my return after lunch they had been refolded for use again… yuck! Shower drain was extremely slow and being a ground level shower the water overflowed out on to the tile. They stated they sent maintenance up to fix it while I was away but the same thing happened again. I left a day early and went to another hotel. The location is great, but all else was a turn off.
