Hotel de l'Isard

Really nice hotel right in the middle of town. We had a room with a single bed upstairs for our son. McDonalds is next door if you need some quick food but the hotel has a lovely resraurant and there is also one over the road directly opposite. Parking was a challenge. The hotel carpark is down a steep alleyway and looked very scary to navigate into. The carpark was full so we parked in the shopping centre accross the road. Be warned it is a very steep climb up to each level and the exit has an extreme angle downwards down a very narrow cobbled street with an extreme bend on a camber. My nerves were in tatters when we got to the bottom. Obviously this is not the hotels fault but is worth knowing if you are planning to drive especially with a low or a long car.

excellent location for walking around and exploring the city centre. shopping and eating options nearby were excellent. parking was appreciated, but space was tight.

Hôtel au top, parfait en tout point. Amabilité du personnel, propreté et confort au top!! On reviendra l'année prochaine. Seul hic il faut compter 20€ par nuit pour le parking car en plein centre ville, mais ce n'est pas une surprise.

Nice property but if you drive parking is a challenge. Nice hotel and staff and good location to most everything- shopping, hiking, and the Caldea spa was an15 minute walk. Hotel room did not have a coffee machine as most had in our recent travels… cafe and restaurant attached.

Hôtel tres bien placé en centre ville. L hotel a un partenariat avec un centre commercial juste a côté, ce qui nous donne 50% de remise

Chere pour l ensemble.Petit déjeuner copieux mais limité a 30mn par chambre . Parking sur place tres petit etroit pour 20 euros par nuit. Chambre standard correct et baignoire ok. Vu tres moche par contre vu sur des canalisations et bruyant.

O hotel é muito bem situado, com quartos confortáveis e atendimento simpático. Mas tem problemas: água do chuveiro quase não esquentou (no auge do inverno), o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, quarto perto do elevador sofre porque ele é barulhento e o convênio para estacionamento é sui generis - você pode estacionar 24h na garagem de uma loja em frente ao hotel, mas só não paga se a loja estiver aberta. Se sair, por exemplo, antes da 9h paga a tarifa normal.

Sentralt hotell med romslig rom. Vi prøvde ikke frokosten. Rent og pent. God A/C, og ingen støy nådde oss fra naboer eller ute.

una vez mas he vuelto a este hotel, son ya varios años los que llevamos repitiendo, y como siempre la amabilidad y el buen trato del personal, así como la conservación y limpieza de sus instalaciones, me hacen recomendarlo a amigos y familiares.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, el precio va de la mano con la calidad del lugar. El trato amable y dispuestos a ayudarte. No me gustó que el clóset tenía un fuerte olor desagradable, afortunadamente se atendió por el personal.

Almost of the staff was NOT friendly. Except flr two people, they were bothered every time we asked for something. And the room cleaning was terribly poor.

The hotel location is perfect as it is close to the sights, shops, dining, and hiking trail entrances. The hotel is well maintained, very clean, safe, and comfortable in general.

Very good for the Price and excellent for Location. But our room was slightly tired and had no windows to the outside world , just into a dark recess area. The AC only blew hot air so we turned it off. No coffee or tea making facilities which I think misses an opportunity. But it was clean and we slept well.

Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. Because everything was in a different language, we were not able to use the television. For the amount of money we paid for this room we expected to have the services listed being working order.

Booked premium room very disappointed room was soulless, empty shelves one picture on the wall. No safe or bottled water. Only one bar of soap in the bathroom. No lift to the floor only to the one below. More like a basic room with two double beds. Breakfast was okay.

A really nice place with a perfect location. There was some noise from the radiator in the room and sound coming from outside, but everything else was perfect. I would book again.

La première nuit nous étions dans une chambre double intérieure, à éviter car très petite et sombre! Ensuite nous avons pu dormir les 2 dernières nuits dans une chambre double avec vue beaucoup plus confortable et plus grande. Pour peu d’euros d’écart choisissez celle-ci!

This hotel was in an ideal location for my two night trip to andorra, walkable and convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly, and room was good for the price. Shower is very, very small.

Good location and friendly staff. However I had an interior room, only opening up to a small air canal. This is not in itself a problem (I got a good price for the room). However other guest(s) in other floors used their windows into that canal for smoking, which really bothered me when I wanted to open my windows for fresh air. I wish the hotel had signs in these interior windows explicitly telling guests to not smoke there. The internet was also very unstable, which is a problem in Andorra since it's not part if EU, and smartphone use is extremely expensive.

The breakfast weittres was rude.

Hotel con buena localización, cerca de todo. Atendimento nota 10 por parte de todos sus funcionarios. Seguramente volveremos pois nos apasionamos por ese lugar de encanto y tranquilidad.

Ha sido una estancia magnífica. El hotel Isard és una muy buena opción de alojamiento en Andorra. Situación inmejorable, justo en el corazón de Andorra. Buen trato, Habitación muy limpia i un vestíbulo muy acogedor y estético.

Atención en recepción deficiente. Habitación normal, baño pequeño y muy anticuado. Lo más desagradable fue al volver al hotel antes de hacer el checkout, nos encontramos una pareja intentando abrir la puerta con una tarjeta. Decían que les habían dado esta habitación. Junto a ellos una chica del servicio de habitaciones. Les dijimos que todavía no nos habíamos ido, al entrar nos dimos cuenta que alguien había entrado y retirado las toallas pero al ver las maletas debió salir otra vez. Nunca me había pasado esto antes de hacer el checkout. Al entrar para retirar nuestras cosas cosas, la chica del servicio de limpieza entra a la habitación sin llamar y al ver que estamos dentro sale sin decir nada. Al salir, las maletas de la otra pareja en la puerta. Muy mala impresión.

Miguel and the food and beverage team were outstanding. Front desk and housekeeping were awesome. The suggestion I have is get the Internet working better with much more band strength. Thanks to the entire team.

I came for a day trip to Andorra and chose this hotel for location and ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room well appointed. There were snacks in the mini bar that were not overpriced which was nice when I needed water. The breakfast had many choices. It is only a quick 20 minute walk to Caldera. My only issues were the hairdryer did not work properly and the phone to call reception also did not work. They say they are available on whatsapp, but they also ignored all inquiries there. After going to wait at the reception quite late, eventually someone showed, but mocked me when I said the hairdryer sis not work ( as I stood there with wet hair) and told me to come back in the am. I told him I really needed it tended to. HE cme to the room and tried turning it on, but when I explained it doesn't stay on he did not believe me. I had him stand there for 30 seconds with it on and it failed him as well. Only then did he try to solve my issue. He brought up a hairdryer from downstairs, a rather nice one at that. Those cheap hairdryers that are attached to the wall rarely work and I knew from other similar issues that usually you can check one out from reception. HE should have just given me that initially rather than mocking me as if I was making it up. Overall the staff was not very friendly which is a shame as they have the potential to have a really nice hotel. Oh, and when you shower water gets all over the bathroom floor which is a safety hazard.

Vou descrever da maneira que sempre faço e assim cada um toma a decisão conforme lhe convir. Pontos fortes: localização privilegiada, vai estar perto dos melhores pontos turísticos da cidade a poucos metros. Check in e check out muito ágil e descomplicado. Equipe simpática. Quarto limpo, amplo e confortável. Cama confortável. Fiz a opção da reserva incluído o jantar e posso garantir que foi uma das melhores decisões que tomei. Simplesmente FANTÁSTICO o restaurante deles, se tiverem essa opção, façam. Pontos fracos: não possui estacionamento, vai ter que parar no do shopping em frente que é mais caro do que os demais, mas mesmo assim compensa pela localização. Box do banheiro minúsculo, mas muito pequeno mesmo, porém estamos falando de um prédio secular, então pode ser relevado e tem até seu charme. Enfim, se voltar a Andorra no futuro, ficaria facilmente nesse hotel novamente.

Hotel bueno, bien ubicado y limpio. Servicio mediocre y no profesional. La peor nota es para el restaurante. Muy mal servicio, atención poco profesional y comida aunque apetecible a la vista no tenía ningún sabor. No recomiendo el restaurante

Hotel muito bem localizado. E um hotel antigo, observa-se que necessita de uma reforma mas os quartos sao limpos e amplos. O único ponto a desejar era o cheiro de cachorro em um dos quartos que ficamos. Cafe da manha simplesmente maravilhoso !!!!!!
