The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed and will probably ever stay. We were made to feel very special. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and my daughter turned 7. The staff made us feel so special. The Palace itself is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world and sells itself. This was amazing value for money, with an amazing family pool with waterslides and lazy river; amazing amenities in the rooms; a stunning beach with the warmest stillest waters I've ever swam in; complimentary camel riding, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. The list goes on - It's perfect!

The hotel was great - lovely beach and pool area. Even though the property is huge, our room was close to the family pool / beach / playground area which made everything very accessible. The restaurants are great. And even though the hotel tends to get a lot of visitors (who are not guests), they've done a nice job keeping certain areas only for guests.

An excellent stay at the hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurants excellent, as was the breakfast. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Security was high and we felt very safe. The beach and sports facilities were wonderful. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Abu Dhabi in many years of visiting - should have stayed earlier - Perfect!

O hotel é maravilhoso com estrutura impecável, realmente um palácio. Um ponto positivo, foi que nosso voo de chegada era super cedo e eles foram muito legais de liberar um early checkin 8am quando chegamos. O café da manhã é perfeito! Foi o melhor entre os outros hoteis que ficamos na viagem. Única coisa que chamou atenção no lado “negativo”, é que por ser um hotel 7 estrelas, o serviço ficou um pouco aquém do esperado, principalmente quando comparamos com os outros 2 hoteis que ficamos nessa viagem. Por exemplo, teve um dia que saímos para tomar café e ficamos na rua, quando voltamos cerca de 16h o quarto não tinha sido arrumado ainda. Outro ponto é que foi o único hotel da nossa viagem de lua de mel que não fez alguma “surpresa” no quarto parabenizando pela lua de mel, como um bolo, um espumante, etc. não é obrigação do hotel, mas quando comparamos com os outros fica impossível não reparar nesses detalhes. De resto, la é maravilhoso, prece um sonho e recomendo sim a estadia.

Service for a MO was very dissatisfying, and disappointing. Specially the pools, beach and cleaning areas. Pool and beach staff was not friendly and don’t get service at all. Rooms cleaning was terrible, they would leav their own garbage plastic bags and also staff was smelling bad and the rooms and left the rooms very smelly. Reception were impeccable. Was not expecting this kind of service at a MO.

The hotel is nice, but honestly, it doesn’t stand out. None of the rooms have a great view, and while the palace nearby is beautiful, the rooms, amenities, and overall experience are pretty standard. There’s nothing here that you can’t get at many other hotels in Abu Dhabi.

This was the most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, from the front desk throughout the entire property, were super helpful! It was an enormous place and easy to get lost in, but it was also extremely comfortable and luxurious. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit next!

The rooms are wonderful and the hotel is spectacular. We stayed in the club room with access to the EP lounge- the food was exceptional (Veronica and all the chefs are doing a fabulous job) but the service was extremely poor which was clearly driven by the management led by Hemraj- we did speak with him but felt it was a disingenuous apology and a lot of excuses even though capacity was around 30%, tables were left with dirty plates, took us 20minutes for a baby cup with some water. Thank you to Stephen, Anthea and Sandra who looked after us during our stay in the EP club. On our first night we were above what a seemed to be a nightclub - it was a convention. The music and noise didn’t stop until 1am which led to a horrible night of sleep for our 8 month old baby. The hotel compensated us with dirihams, equivalent of £200 but this doesn’t equate to the £550 we spent on the hotel night itself. We ate in the restaurants in the evening and met Chef George who was wonderful, warm and engaging- we went to Broadway, the steak and lamb was exceptional as were the staff! He also recommended Koal and Sand (the bbq restaurant), every dish was phenomenal- a must go and a beautiful setting! The Indian and Lebanese restaurants were great, food was delicious but not the best we’ve had but again the staff and service was wonderful. If you’re looking for a club lounge experience then we would suggest Jumeirah Zabeel Saray as a first choice and then Juneriah Beach Hotel.

We stayed in the club room with access to the EP lounge- the food was exceptional (Veronica and all the chefs are doing a fabulous job) but the service was extremely poor which was clearly driven by the management led by Hemraj- we did speak with him but felt it was a disingenuous apology and a lot of excuses even though capacity was around 30%, tables were left with dirty plates, took us 20minutes for a baby cup with some water. Thank you to Stephen, Anthea and Sandra who looked after us during our stay in the EP club. On our first night we were above what a seemed to be a nightclub - it was a convention. The music and noise didn’t stop until 1am which led to a horrible night of sleep for our 8 month old baby. The hotel compensated us with dirihams, equivalent of £200 but this doesn’t equate to the £550 we spent on the hotel night itself. We ate in the restaurants in the evening and met Chef George who was wonderful, warm and engaging- we went to Broadway, the steak and lamb was exceptional as were the staff! He also recommended Koal and Sand (the bbq restaurant), every dish was phenomenal- a must go and a beautiful setting! The Indian and Lebanese restaurants were great, food was delicious but not the best we’ve had but again the staff and service was wonderful. If you’re looking for a club lounge experience then we would suggest Jumeirah Zabeel Saray as a first choice and then Juneriah Beach Hotel.

Overall good hard product, some parts of the hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are modern. The services are below standards of Mandarin Oriental. No welcome fruits, just a box of mini sweets. No one showed me the room and lack of attention from the pool staff. The room service food were terrible. I had a stir-fry vegetable with chicken for dinner. It was the worst Chinese food I ever had. It was too salty, and sour also overcooked. It is unacceptable from a hotel brand with Asian heritage. Overall not worth the hype.

This was a vacation that I had planned for my vip client who only looks for the best of service and quality. Of course with that being said, I had to pick the Mandarin Oriental. They executed wonderfully and left us feeling very welcomed and taken care of in every moment. A very special shout out to Frida as she definitely understands the art of service and hospitality. She maintained a very professional attitude while also being personable, she truly went above and beyond with any and all requests. She definitely deserves the best, and you guys should be grateful to have her as part of your team. Also wanted to mention Oussama who was the other butler that really amazed me! We ended up having long conversations and truly felt like he was one of my best friends. In the generation we live in, we need more people like Oussama. The club lounge staff was also impeccable. Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the lady who was taking care of us, but she was fridas friend. I believe she would do an amazing job as a butler or a higher position as well. Our whole group was beyond impressed by these 3 and that’s the key reason why my client, Mr. Viviano, will be returning to this immaculate property. I truly am a fan, and look forward to viewing more mandarin properties around the world. We will be sure to return to Abu Dhabi and only would ever think of staying in the Mandarin! Well done to the whole staff, you truly impacted us and gave special lifelong memories.

No VIP status received. Didn’t actually get given a room until 6pm in the evening and we landed at 7am. Told when checking in hotel was full in the king category and yet I could go online and book multiple rooms in that category. Hotel rectified some bits with free breakfast, champagne etc but it shouldn’t happen in the first place. Communication was v poor. Hotels huge… like a shopping mall. if you forget something from your room, it’s a 20minute round trip. Hotel is dated too. Doesn’t feel like an exclusive 5 star. Saadiyat properties way nicer, more modern and sea much more appealing. That being said restaurants are good and the place looks 10000x better in the evening. Beach restaurant sand and koal v v good. Hakkasan gave my husband food poisoning. Overall wouldn’t return. Wrong price for what you receive.

Their customer service is second to none. Staff are very helpful and friendly and always willing to offer assistance. The friendly receptionists always made sure that we are well looked after and especially made our kids very happy with little touches. The kids really enjoyed and totally entertained with their water slides, the pool and the kids activities. We are planning our next trip to Abu Dhabi now.

The hotel and the service are amazing, but I will point a few things that I found less impressive such as bed comfort, it was too hard, the bathroom amenities very basic, I understand the sustainability issue but still you expect better amenities in such high class hotel. Vendome buffet is great, Martaaban restaurant and Lebanese restaurant both great, Italian restaurant was disappointing and pool bar food also disappointed, but they do have nice cocktails.

Quite simply, the most exceptional hotel we have ever stayed in and without question, our favourite hotel in the world. From the moment you arrive, the level of service is extraordinary. Nothing is ever too much trouble and every detail is handled with such genuine warmth, care and professionalism. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, the setting is breathtaking and the entire experience is faultless from beginning to end. We genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, the setting is breathtaking and the entire experience is faultless from beginning to end. We genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental has set an incredibly high standard and it is somewhere we will always look forward to returning to. Hands down our favourite hotel in the world. We had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable stay at Emirates Palace! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional. A special thank you to Olga for making our stay and my husband’s birthday so memorable. The beautiful birthday cake and balloons were such a thoughtful surprise for him and made the celebration even more special. 🎂🎈❤️ We also had an early check-in and were able to enjoy the hotel’s amazing facilities beyond both our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was perfect — the beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. We truly felt cared for and appreciated throughout our stay.
