Minn Shijo Omiya

Está muy céntrico limpio y bonito solo que ya no te reciben los humanos una tablet te recibe pero estuvo bien cuando apareció una persona fue muy amable.

Not sure why I got charged for taxes when I arrived, but I thought I had paid all upfront. Did not have the same charge in our previous hotel. The check-in process could have been easier. Had an issue that the system did not accept my phone number from overseas, so we had to do manual check-in. Front staff did not speak English, so if you do not speak Japanese, it could be an extra barrier. Room was smeling cigarrete smoke. The shower clogged in the last day. Besides the above, we enjoyed our stay with 7 people in 1 room, and 1 and 1/2 bath available. Location is close to a train station and with several restaurants and convenience stores around.

They had a laundry machinen though it only accepts 100 yen coins. The room was clean and they have luggage storage when you come earlier

The room was spacious and very well designed. There were two bathrooms which was such a bonus. The room was very clean and esthetically pleasing. The washer/dryer combo was very convenient and much appreciated. There was someone onsite during check in to help with the process. I would stay here again.
