Two teenagers in the room next to ours kept us up past 4 AM being extremely loud. We called the front desk to complain but no one answered. Finally my wife went to the lobby after 4 AM but the employee was outside for some reason. He asked them to be quiet but didn’t follow up. The hotel didn’t seem very apologetic that we had a terrible experience. The breakfast was also a problem. It was very limited and they kept running out of bowls, cups, and spoons. Just pick another hotel.

This is a newer, modern, and clean hotel. Hotel staff were always friendly, present, and greeted us every time we were coming/going. Breakfast in the morning was a nice perk with eggs cooked to order. The pool is a bit small but perfect for our younger children. The rooms seemed pretty well insulated against sound/hallway noise and the beds were comfortable. There is a small stovetop which we used to make small batches of pasta for meals during our stay. The larger than standard hotel refrigerator was a bonus as well. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return for our next trip to Indianapolis.

The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.
