Don’t sleep ON that place go sleep AT that place. The area is great and the hotel is wonderful. And the view…. Was just there one night and regret not making Osaka and the ART hotel our home base for the trip. There’s always next time.

The room was nice, except our bed sheets had a blood stain on them, so that was gross. The staff was friendly, but a miscommunication and misunderstanding amongst them led to me and my husband lugging around 3 suitcases to the airport during rush hour. The laundry services were nice at first, but absolutely expect to hang dry your clothes in your room since the dryer essentially doesn’t work on any of the machines (washer & dryer combined into 1 unit). Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a great view and a short walk to the train station, which makes it easier to explore Osaka.
