Beach club is closed so there is really no outdoor swimming option on property. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Restaurant for breakfast was great. Incredible views from rooms and restaurants. Would like to have kept balcony doors with shutters open, but mosquitoes were able to get in. No screens. Spa and indoor pool is clean and well kept. Pool area is a solarium so it can get hot when sun is shining.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The setting is beautiful, the rooms with a deck is a must! The hotel is immaculate, not overly fancy but classy. The staff are extremely hard working and do whatever they can to make the stay wonderful. The beach is beautiful, pool area and spa all exquisite. The restaurant is fine dining and worth every penny. The Chef uses fresh ingredients and you can tell takes great pride in his art. The buffet breakfast was beyond!!! Everything you could possibly want. The hotel is in the perfect spot for getting to the old town and other areas around Dubrovnik. I would definitely return next time o travel to Croatia.

Truly wonderful hotel, spotlessly clean, modern and elegant inside. Parking was included which was great, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast choice was so amazing. Lovely spa area though gym too small.

We loved our stay so much that we ended up ditching our second hotel and coming back to Hotel Bellevue during our honeymoon to Dubrovnik! The food is absolutely delicious, the wait staff and host staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and passionate about Dubrovnik and Croatia, and the beach access is absolutely unparalleled. The beds are very comfy as well. It was a little easy to hear other people in the hall from your room, but that is our only nit-picky comment. The laundry service was also very convenient! The hotel is within walking distance of the old town but also easily accessible by Ubers if you want to go elsewhere in town. Finally, the parking was free for our rental car, which was great! Absolutely highly recommend.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the view is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. I believe the beach below is the best beach in Dubrovnik. Yet we couldn’t access it from the hotel due to rock fall, they said when we got there that the city closed the beach yet many locals and tourists were down there. We went down a different way and enjoyed it and jumped off the rocks and swam. The beach is rocky and there is no service of chairs but still so beautiful. We received an amazing dinner at their michillen guide restaurant every dish and cocktail were incredible and the breakfast included was very good and a nice touch! We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel offers the most beautiful views. All staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I must say, a couple of staff clearly gravitated more towards American guests - known for their generous tipping. It's been all fantastic, but because of some unexpected permit issue, the private beach area of the hotel, which is the highlight of this particular property, had to be shut down. We could still use it, and some padded mats and towels were provided, but no sun loungers nor bar and restaurant service were allowed. The hotel did offer some sporadic shuttle services to the other sister hotels. However, no form of compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience was offered at checkout.

Only minor problems are - Only one elevator which can take some time - Old fashioned TV setup on the room. Would benefit from a more modern setup where you can cast from your devices or use streaming services.

Absolutely fabiuous hotel. Wonderful situation overlooking the Adriatic and all bedrroms, dining room., lounge, receptioon and even glass lift maximised this view. There is an ordinary lift for those who dont want to use the glass lift with wonderful view . The layout, space and cleanliness of the hotel are splendid. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful and food was outstanding. Food was delicious and I appreciated the very tasty and healthy options. The buffet spread for breakfast was magnificent. The hotel was only a 15 - 20 minute walk into the old town but is on a bus route. We highly recommend the Bellevue - it is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Beautiful location along the cliffs of the adriatic sea. Breakfast was great with many options. Housekeeping was immaculate and everything felt very clean and modern. The only con was having to look at some graffiti along the walls of the public access stairs that go down the cliffs onto the beach. I don’t enjoy seeing that in my picturesque view of the sea every morning.

Every room has a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. The breakfast was very good and all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The property is within walking distance of Old Town Dubrovnik, but it is quiet because it is somewhat removed from the main tourist area - the best of both worlds.

The hotel was in a very good location, walkable to the old town. The hotel itself was modern and had a bright and airy look to it. My hotel room was extremely comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the Adriatic. There was a turndown service every evening replenishing towels and water. Also leaving a chocolate for each of you. A very nice touch. The breakfast was excellent offering a wonderful choice of hot and cold foods. The staff were extremely efficient. The staff generally couldn’t do enough for you.

The staff were wonderful. The free parking is a great perk and the wading beach is fantastic. We had a few issues relating to the plumbing and electrical systems in our room, but otherwise the room was very comfortable.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever been to with THE most incredible views from our room (room 315). You have to see the views from this hotel to believe them! We were able to book excursions through the concierge and went horseback riding which was great. The included breakfast was wonderful. Beds extremely comfortable. A/C nice and cold. Everyone was extremely nice and the facilities were immaculate. Beautiful beach, indoor pool, spa, steam and sauna made it even better. 20 minute easy and scenic walk to old town and I loved the location because it was quiet. We LOVED our stay. And Dubrovnik was the very best choice for our visit in Croatia. We took a day tour to Montenegro and that was spectacular.

Great hotel that's up to date, clean, and well appointed. The bathrooms are terrific (large size, especially for Europe), the staff at the desk, the restaurant and the beach are all very friendly, and it's a nice 15 min stroll to Old Town. Highly recommend!

This was the absolute BEST stay. The staff was incredible from the time we checked in. Our room was upgraded to a superior suite with an ocean view–and it was the most incredible room–bright, sweeping ocean views, treats, and a nice note from the staff. They even brought champagne once learning of our anniversary. We took advantage of the pool and sauna nearly every evening. We ate at the restaurant 3/4 nights and the food is UNMATCHED. By the end, the chef recognized us and remembered our orders. We even took advantage of the spa and had an amazing massage. The walk to old town is perfect. It's right along the coast and only takes about 10-15 minutes. If the walk back up is intimidating you can easily hop on the number 4 bus and will be dropped right in front of the hotel. Again, AMAZING stay. Best staff. Best accommodations. Best food. Leaving feeling relaxed.

They even brought champagne once learning of our anniversary. We took advantage of the pool and sauna nearly every evening. We ate at the restaurant 3/4 nights and the food is UNMATCHED. By the end, the chef recognized us and remembered our orders. We even took advantage of the spa and had an amazing massage. The walk to old town is perfect. It's right along the coast and only takes about 10-15 minutes. If the walk back up is intimidating you can easily hop on the number 4 bus and will be dropped right in front of the hotel. Again, AMAZING stay. Best staff. Best accommodations. Best food. Leaving feeling relaxed.

We loved our stay so much that we ended up ditching our second hotel and coming back to Hotel Bellevue during our honeymoon to Dubrovnik! The food is absolutely delicious, the wait staff and host staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and passionate about Dubrovnik and Croatia, and the beach access is absolutely unparalleled. The beds are very comfy as well. It was a little easy to hear other people in the hall from your room, but that is our only nit-picky comment. The laundry service was also very convenient! The hotel is within walking distance of the old town but also easily accessible by Ubers if you want to go elsewhere in town. Finally, the parking was free for our rental car, which was great! Absolutely highly recommend.

First class experience. The hotel is perfectly located within an easy walk of the old town but away from the chaos of the crowds. Views are stunning and the staff can’t do enough to help you. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and feels brand new, breakfast is incredible as was dinner at Vapor, and the staff at both were the perfect balance of attentive and discreet. The spa was also a lovely way to relax after a long day of sight seeing. We booked a superior room and we’re offered an upgrade to an Executive Suite which was fantastic. We really enjoyed the extra space and lounge area in the evenings. If you are in any doubt where to book then just book Hotel Bellevue right now. You won’t regret it

This is a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful location. The amenities and facilities are all first class; our room was very comfortable, with spectacular views over the sparkling Adriatic. Our highest praise must be reserved for the staff, who to a woman and a man were unfailingly courteous, helpful and welcoming. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel Bellevue to anyone who might be lucky enough to stay there.

The hotel offers the most beautiful views. All staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I must say, a couple of staff clearly gravitated more towards American guests - known for their generous tipping. It's been all fantastic, but because of some unexpected permit issue, the private beach area of the hotel, which is the highlight of this particular property, had to be shut down. We could still use it, and some padded mats and towels were provided, but no sun loungers nor bar and restaurant service were allowed. The hotel did offer some sporadic shuttle services to the other sister hotels. However, no form of compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience was offered at checkout.

Fabulous hotel in a bay only 20 mins walk from the old city walls. Our room overlooked a lovely cove. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast with more choice than we’ve seen in any other hotel we’ve stayed in. Quiet and chilled vibe and free car park.

Lovely hotel, everything you could need - clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Staff were really lovely and great. The only minor point would be around the price of the restaurant, we arrived late due to a diversion and fortunately the room service menu was more reasonable. Otherwise, absolutely loved our stay.

An amazing experience for four wonderful nights! Top notch service all around. Great food - the breakfast in particular is amazing - offering both a huge buffet and kitchen ordering all included. Great views of the bay (but no sunset or view of the city). Close enough to old town to walk. Truly a 5 star experience!

Our room was upgraded to a superior suite with an ocean view–and it was the most incredible room–bright, sweeping ocean views, treats, and a nice note from the staff. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the view is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. I believe the beach below is the best beach in Dubrovnik. Yet we couldn’t access it from the hotel due to rock fall, they said when we got there that the city closed the beach yet many locals and tourists were down there. We went down a different way and enjoyed it and jumped off the rocks and swam. The beach is rocky and there is no service of chairs but still so beautiful. We received an amazing dinner at their michillen guide restaurant every dish and cocktail were incredible and the breakfast included was very good and a nice touch! We wish we could have stayed longer.

Sun beds were always well taken care of and staff was always happy to help there, also early in the morning when we wanted to take a morning swim in the ocean. Spa was a bit of a let down for us.

The staff were the real standout feature however though - everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the Bellevue.
