The staff is superb. From the rooftop KUMO staff, to the front desk, and our housekeeper all the way to the guys at the beach. Excellent! Very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I wish I knew everyone’s name, so I could mention them. Sorry! Don’t change! We’ll be back!

Nice little hotel some what over price for what you get, we were there early since we were coming off a cruise, naturally the room was not ready but the reception told us they would text us to let us know when the room would be ready, never heard anything from them. So we only went back at 4:00 and it was and has been ready.

Great location, right on the beach! The friendliest staff who made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. And not to mention both restaurants at the hotel served the most delicious food and drinks we had our entire trip. Would absolutely recommend to anybody visiting the San Juan area that wants to be a little bit outside the city!
