Hotel moderno e dalle dimensioni giuste, non troppo grande. Affacciato direttamente sulla spiaggia con piscine riscaldate ed idromassaggio, camera con 2 letti davvero spaziosa e confortevole, con frigo, microonde, cassaforte, addirittura 2 TV, una di fronte ad ogni letto, wifi veloce. Bagno pulito, doccia grande, buoni prodotti di cortesia. Parcheggil e buona colazione compresi, personale molto gentile

The room was very spacious with a balcony over looking the pool. The beach towels available were pretty old, bring your beach towel. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. Location to watch the "Blue Angels" was great. I would stay again. I did my laundry before I packed to go home $2.00 Washer $2.00 Dryer Wish the bar outside served food.

We arrived early and only stayed one night after extending our stay in pensacola beach by a day. They stored our bags and we went to the pool. It was beyond their control, but there was a power outage causing certain portions to be without power from about 11am to 1pm. They were to notify me when a room was available. I had specifically asked them to not put us in a cool as my husband has a health condition. They told me our room was ready at approximately 3:30pm. We arrived and the a/c was not functioning.The room was 75 degrees and climbed to 80 after the 1st technician arrived requiring a senior tech to come. He did reset it (apparently first one had not) at this point it was 5:30 pm. He suggested we change rooms as that room was on the 1st floor directly over the garage and with taller ceilings it would take a long time to cool. I went to the reception area and the line was about 20 angry people deep. I spoke with the person i had initially requested to make certain the room was cool. We were either in the pool or in the cool cafe area waiting all the while until we were called for our first room. After telling me another room was not available, i asked to speak with the manager. She found a room and the technician confirmed it a/c was working. We moved our luggage to 2nd room where the A/C was working. It was 6pm at this time and had 30 mins until dinner res. Also, when we first arrived a screaming, yelling, hysterical staff person was in the lobby. Pools are good!!!!
