Coquina A101

Unit was clean, inviting with plenty of space for entire family. Beds were comfy, would have liked to have pool towels provided in the unit. We had needed supply started kits which was a nice touch. Laundry space was clean, multiple units so never waited for one. Beach was so close- you could hear the waves. Beautiful sunrise and sets- amazing location. Plenty of restaurants, and entertainment close by as well.

Key pad door lock was out of batteries so we couldn’t get in and we had to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes for maintenance to come and change the batteries. The home smelled moldy. When I got home all of my clean clothes in the closet had to be washed because of the smell. The kitchen was great. The beach chairs were rusted open snd incredibly cumbersome to get to the beach. Similarly, the toys in the wagon were all rode hard and put away wet. There was no coffee table which was more inconvenient than expected. The rugs in the living room were worn and dirty, same with the sofa. Overall, we had a good time because we were with kids and our expectations weren’t that high. Would have been real disappointed if I was on a girls trip or a romantic getaway.

loved the condo! very clean! close to pool and beach. pool also very clean.

We stayed at the Coquina condo at Crescent Beach for four nights. The condo was adequate enough. It is in a quiet location with a private beach and a pool. The pool is not heated so it was too cold to get in. The condo states they had beach chairs so I did not take mine; however they were just regular lawn chairs so not at all comfortable to sit on the beach.
