This was a great place for us to stop. The hotel is new, the rooms quiet, they have washer and dryers in a separate laundry room, and the staff was very helpful.

This is a very clean and almost new motel with easy access to the 101 and across a couple of streets from a large mall. I liked the fact there were no carpets in the room that could become stained. An adjacent Peet's Coffee was very handy. Our only negative observations are 1) the bathroom door, which rolls across, did not close properly and so there was no privacy in the bathroom. This problem was compounded by the absence of a fan in the bathroom; 2) there is absolutely nowhere to hang clothes on a clothes hanger.

The Evergreen is a very new property, less than a year I was told. It's simple, clean, comfortable, and the neighborhood is nice, Peet's Coffee and the local library steps away from your room. Close to the freeway and two shopping malls also close. I would have preferred the standard coffee maker in the room vs the Nespresso single shot machines in the room. No microwave available.

All in all a quiet and safe little renovated motel. Pros: high ceilings, mini frig, convenient parking, adjustable lighting, spacious bathroom and modern shower. The AC unit worked well. Peet’s coffee is walking distance and the location is ideal next to the freeway and shopping center. Cons: The bathroom should have been cleaner. Brown stains in the shower, around the toilet bowl, and in the tile grout which was disappointing for a renovated motel. There were also gnats flying around in the bathroom. There wasn’t a microwave available in the rooms or lobby so I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Thankful we booked the room for under $160. I definitely would not pay more.

Check in was easy. This is a small hotel - one story & you can back your car to the room which was awesome. The hotel is very clean. Unfortunately we had a neighbor that walked hard so you could hear the footsteps for several hours until they went to bed. The coffee machine provided was awesome. The only thing they could do is place more wall hooks on the wall in the bathroom. There’s no closest and only 1 wall hook in the bathroom. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit family in the future.

OMG beautiful place. Parking was easy and secured. The room was very clean, no odor. Very beautiful just like pictured online. The only minor, minor issue was the gnats/small flies in the bathroom ceiling. Other than that, they weren't bothersome, but still annoying to see them flying around the bathroom ceiling. Staff was very friendly upon checking in and out. Definitely recommend this place.

Very nice motel with so much parking space. We booked the accesible room, it was spacious. The cleanliness was a little problem, the floor in the bathroom had some dirt on it and in the room they definitely didn't clean under the AC unit. The receptionist was very nice and polite. They had a coffee machine in the room and a fancy water dispenser at the office, which was excellent. Nice shops and restaurants were in walking distance.

This fairly new hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I would have easily given it a 5-star rating across the board, but unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as expected. The shower wall, in particular, could have been more thoroughly cleaned, as there were some unpleasant remnants from previous guests. It's a small detail, but one that significantly impacts the overall experience. Despite this minor issue, the hotel's other amenities and service were excellent

Room good. Toilet not turned on, shower had luke warm water, office attempted to fix but still only had warm water last night of stay. TV is streaming, but appears WIFI not very good as TV would pause for period of time (20-30 seconds) at a time, about every 25-30 min.

Pillows were balloon like. Blankets did not breathe. Auto detect Bathroom light goes full on each time you go to the bathroom. A nightlight would be much better. Walls a little thin near the room cleaner stuff. Room was clean. Service was great. Location good. Room was nice and well appointed. Overall i liked the place but the little things would make the experience much better. Oh, didn't watch it much but the tv picture was terrible. Not sure how you do that with cable these days

This is a very modern facility - clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, however, has a sliding smoked glass door and a light sensor, so whenever anyone goes into the bathroom in the middle of the night, it lights up the bathroom and the rest of the room. We had to figure out how to block the sensor. It also felt like the bathroom didn't offer a lot of privacy because the sliding door.

Everything was great. The property is all new and upgraded. The room is very clean and all new furniture. The bed was very comfortable. Only noise is from the freeway. It’s not very loud though.

Very noisy, street traffic echoes through, at least to my sensitive ears, light sleeper, thin walls, couple next door had a love session that I did not want to hear. Otherwise, room was nice and hotel condition favorable, just had 2 nights of poor sleep even tried ear plugs but didn’t help much.

Clean modern rooms. Quiet location. Main problem I had was bright overhead light in bathroom that was on a motion detector and came on if you went in to use the facility in the middle of the night. A soft nightlight would have been much better and much less offensive

I stayed here for just one night, and I’m not sure I’d choose to stay any longer. Upon arrival, the property gave off the feel of an overnight truck stop motel, which made me question the safety—especially as a solo traveler. The front desk is not consistently staffed, and each time I visited, it took several minutes for someone to come out from the back office. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the walls were extremely thin. I could clearly hear neighboring guests—down to the sound of a cellphone vibrating—which made it difficult to get uninterrupted rest. I was also woken up multiple times by guests returning late at night. Overall, it was okay for a brief overnight stay, but I likely wouldn’t return or recommend it for a longer visit.

I don't want to say that I was surprised by how nice the location was, but I will offer that it exceeded my expectations. It's clean, modern, well located, easy to park at and the front desk was responsive. Wifi was also great. Highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Parking was easy, room was clean / modern looking. Staff was great and they had a water dispenser that offered flavored electrolyte water which was nice.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Corte Madera up until my last stay. We left for the baseball game around 4 p.m. only to return to find the locks changed and our luggage in the office. We were told there was a check in mixup and housekeeping thought we had left our items behind despite all signs the room was occupied and had yet to be used (i.e., luggage out in the open, towels not yet used, beds still made). Rather than deal with the mixup internally or at a reasonable hour the following morning, they thought the best course of action would be to violate our privacy and our trust. I was glad they didn’t re-rent our room at least.

It was a pleasant surprise to find such an affordable place to stay in Corte Madera. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. Room was modest and has no extra stuff I don't need anyways. They have a good espresso machine and fancy water service in the reception area. But who needs more, when Peet's is literally next door and the shopping/restaurant center is only a block away? Everything I needed was there within walking (or 5 minutes by car). I didn't look for the outdoor lounge area shown in the photo because it was too cold. It's not for impressing your parents-in-law from out-of-town, but it's superb for folks who want to travel smart and stylish.

Great location and nicely updated facility. The bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed. If you need quicker wifi, the library is right across the street as well as dining and shopping options within walking distance.

Probably the most unique part of this property was the sliding door to the bathroom. It just didn't provide much privacy and none of us liked it. Our television sets weren't really operational so there's some sort of a glitch that needs to be worked out but they were very quick to respond and attempt to make a fix. The pillows are very fluffy and for those who need a flatter pillow tan these would be uncomfortable. There is a Peet's coffee shop very close by which was great for a quick breakfast before we made a trip into Muir woods. The mall is about a half a mile away and that has lots of dining options.

Our room was clean with a comfortable bed so we enjoyed a good nights sleep. No breakfast but a Nespresso machine in the front office was great.

Great location. Clean and comfy room. The only downfall, we forgot our Airpods in the room. We contacted the office the same day and they claim they are not there (even though the find my airpods shows exactly where they are). Don't forget anything. You will never see them again. Otherwise, great stay. Highly recommend Perry's for dinner.

Beautiful small hotel. Very peaceful. Front desk was super helpful with accommodations for our plans the next day and also suggesting nearby food. Our room was new, modern, and a nice change from all the typical hotels of the bigger chains. It felt like it was in a very safe area and easy access to the highway.

Everything about this property was excellent except for the overall construction. The walls must not have sound insulation in them as I could hear the person in the room next to mine snoring pretty much all night.

**Clean, Modern, and Peaceful Stay** We stayed here for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The property appeared to be newly opened, and we may have been among its first guests. Everything was extremely clean, modern, stylish, and well maintained. The room felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the entire place had a fresh, upscale atmosphere. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
