Was expecting to be able to swim in the pool but it was shut down and the breakfast wasn't satisfactory cold hard cooked eggs greasy cold sausage the waffles were the only got because you can fix them yourself

Hotel is in poor condition. First arrived was given a key that didn’t open door. Had to return to front desk and be given another room. Once in the room no microwave was there and the tv didn’t work. Had to return to front desk to tell them that the tv didn’t work as there was no phone in the room to call the front desk! Pool was closed! Elevator was out of service! The hotel breakfast was doled out. I asked for more bagels and they brought out 3! The hotel gets a zero! We will never return again!!!!

The outside of the building looks apocalyptic. Weeds overgrown, people obviously high out of their minds wandering around. Industrial fans blowing in a very warm building. The pool was half covered by a tarp. The inside felt like it hadn't been updated in about 20 years. Broken furniture littered the hallways. The room was dirty, the hallways leading to the room was dirty. The aircon didn't work anywhere in the buliding.

Driving in there was weeds and trash in all the areas! Our rooms air wasn't sufficient, TV didn't work, ice maker broken and the advertised bar was not open. In general, we had to leave because of the horrific conditions! This hotel shouldn't be advertised until it is remodeled.

Musty smell. Pool not working and that was not explained in description. Mold in bathroom. Refrigerator and microwave only worked when wall light was on. No clean towels (had to go get ourselves). Outside area (exit) had trash everywhere and the security cards did not work at that door. Limited drinks and food selections for breakfast.

The elevator was broken when we arrived. We have an 11 mo old baby, so we have a stroller, as well as luggage for our children and ourselves. The hotel staff gave us a room on the first floor. Immediately after arriving in the room, we saw a massive spider on the floor. About an hour later, we saw another one. Then we saw a third and fourth one on the walls. The wall behind the toilet had black mold. The remote control for the TV did not work. The floor was absolutely filthy. Our baby’s feet, hands, and legs were covered in dirt. We requested a new room at 11:00pm and the staff was very accommodating. They gave us a new room on the second floor. We no longer had the issue with spiders, and the room was slightly cleaner. When we brought the kids to play in the pool, it was way too cold to swim. They both got out shivering. There were broken railings in the pool area. The breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee, cereal, milk, and orange juice were the options.

The facilities in its day were very nice. They need to fix the hot tub and do more than just the minimum in providing towels and breakfast food a selection of juices for breakfast. They are driving people away by not being more friendly and only doing the minimum It’s still a nice hotel and just fix some of the basics Continue to keep your prices low You don’t need a major face lift or spend a lot of money on the place or you will have to raise your prices too much and then when your prices are higher you won’t stack up to your competitors

The front desk was not very friendly. We got into a room and the bed wasn’t really made. I have pictures of that. It was moldy in the bathroom. There was no shampoo or conditioner. They were only half filled bottles. And the room smelled of mold and cigarettes. Getting tired of going to these hotels that are no longer nice or kept up

DO NOT STAY. Horrible. Stale smoke throughout. Room key would not work Latch on side of door missing plate. Exposed sharp metal. Floors were sticky. No new toilet paper. Left roll from last customer. Mold in bathroom. Bed made horrible sound when sitting on. TV did not work. Should have left immediately! Do Not Stay!!

This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen! My room had dead bugs all over, hair balls and the tub had long strands of hair and dirt rings. There was blood splatters on the wall and door frames, paint peeling on the ceiling and wallpaper peeling from the walls. The shower curtain was mildewed and yellow stained. The air worked when it wanted. They did not and would not provide fresh towels daily. The manager was very, very rude saying if the room is for two people you get two towels for your stay. He was not very accommodating when questioned about the dead bugs and other issues in the room. I booked for two nights but after the first night I couldn’t take it and decided to leave. He told me that was my problem and no refunds. This place should be condemned! It smells of must and mildew, broken windows, pool is very nasty and unsanitary. I’m also reporting them to the health department as well! I wish I could add pics to this review.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The cleanliness was absolutely nonexistent. The first room that I went into the toilet seat was completely covered in urine. The towels had what looked like rust on them. The bathtub did not look like it was properly cleaned, and there was dust and food crumbs all over the counter. If you value cleanliness this is definitely not a place you need to stay.

Our room had dirty sheets, full garbage can, pack of open gum on the tsble and wrappers on the floor. Hallways had cobwebs and non vacuumed floors. In and out in 5 minutes no refund

The hotel has been severely neglected. Ripped and mismatched carpet. Closet doors missing. Soaps and lotions were used by previous guests. New flooring was installed in a very sloppy manner. Toilet plunger disgustingly sitting on a plastic Walmart bag. Missing caulking on bathtub. Lights out in room. Paint over wallpaper where something has been pulled off the wall. Light fixtures in hallway either missing or in various stages of replacement. Food trays held one egg and two sausages in the morning. Drink machine broken. Glass missing from inside door, replaced with unfinished piece of plywood. Adjacent seating area, in full view of breakfast area, filled with stacked chairs, trash and laundry. Seating area very dark. Landscaping overgrown. Trash and pallets adjacent to, and outside of, outdoor 4-yard dumpster.

Where do I start, the place was a pig sty, dirty bathrooms, dirty carpet, dirty walls , pealing wall paper. Filthy rooms, the floor was so dirty it turned my white socks black. Torn carpet everywhere. This place needs torn down. Absolutely disgusting

Room was awful. When we first got there a piece of the ceiling fell on my wife's head. We complained to the front desk and while they did move us to a different room, there seemed to be no apology or remorsefullness in the staff. The overall stay was awful. Most things were broken or didn't work well. The staff was rude and unapologetic. Would never stay there again.

The motel was for sure out of the at a dead end road. The highway was close by, so was noisy from that. I liked the newer laminate floors, however it is very outdated and needs a major up lift. There was rust every where. My queen bed was broke and leaned side ways making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Staff very friendly.

First they were great in getting me a last minute room after another hotel chain would not honor my reservation (they were "short staffed"). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. But the toilet didn't flush without jiggling the handle vigorously 20-30 times. But I was so tired I didn't tell them until morning so they couldn't react any sooner.
First they were great in getting me a last minute room after another hotel chain would not honor my reservation (they were "short staffed"). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. But the toilet didn't flush without jiggling the handle vigorously 20-30 times. But I was so tired I didn't tell them until morning so they couldn't react any sooner.

The first room they gave us didnt have a fidge, chair or AC unit. The second room they gave of us, we went to use the pullout bed and it was so disgusting. Then, ad I was walking back from breakfast to my room the cleaning lady asked me TWICE if i wanted to help her clean the rooms (Im hispanic) we have been here a few times (about once a month) and this was by far the worst experience we've had.

The bed was comfortable but condition of the room was not amazing. The mini fridge and microwave were missing, the cable was fuzzy and no hair dryer. When I called the fd from my crll phone because the phone in my room was literally not even connected to the wall, the fd told me some rooms have them and some don’t.

Outside needs work like everyone says. Inside wasnt bad, but the AC was either off or broken for sure. When we got to our room, it was so hot. We turned the AC on right away but it never really cooled down. Bed and sheets were clean, floor didn't feel great but bathroom was clean. Fridge was broken, had to ask for hair dryer, there was no iron. Asked for one extra pillow and there were none clean. Breakfast was fine/very basic. Didn't swim as the hours

The Hotel definitely looks like it’s being worked on but things could speed it up. Elevator was dark. Door to my room could be open with a push. Didn’t realize until last day. Stairs were not vacuumed. Rooms didn’t get serviced the 3 days we were there. We asked for fresh towels and was told to return dirty ones. Which was weird. Our reservation was for 2 but on 1 night my 2 kids stayed with us. She actually looked it up when I asked for towels. This is what made my experience terrible! Just give the towels. Price was great but not worth the safety concern or service we received.

I gave one star because I could not give less. We discovered after our first night that the door to our room did not match and so anyone walking down the hall could push our door open. We reported it to the front desk when leaving for the day on our 2nd day there. We were told that they would have maintenance fix the door or they would givecud a new room. We returned at 8:00 that evening only to discover the door had not been fixed. The evening manager then came to our room to try to fix the door by jiggling the handle and turning the lock manually. When that failed, he finally gave us a new room. Also, the TV in the room did not work. In the new room, we found dust bunnies and paper behind the door, the drawer front was falling off. The blackout curtains were coming off the hooks and did not close properly, and the bed skirt was ripped. While relaxing in the room late in the afternoon, an employee, not housekeeping, attempted to enter the room. Fortunately, I had secured the foorvftom the inside. Run, don’t walk, from this hotel.

The property was nothing like the photos online. No chair in the room and TV did not work. When explained to desk, they asked if I wanted to check out. There were issues at check in, as they said only 1 of the 4 rooms I booked was paid for by hotels.com I showed them the receipt and they argued for 45 minutes on Friday night. On Saturday, they said only my reservation showed only 1 room reserved, but not paid for. They charged us again for that room, but had no other room for our 4th party. The 3rd party that got the room said their door did not secure so the attendent got them another room, but 4th party never got a room, although they were charged to the 3rd party's card. we would like to dispute all charges!

Was there for six days, not once for they clean my room. On day three I took my dirty towels and trash set them outside my room at 2pm. Didn't clean it up till the next day and still didn't get fresh towels, my bed made, absolutely nothing.

Most of this Hotel is under renovation but this really wasn’t the issue! The cleaning crew left a huge bag of trash sitting next to my room door for days until I finally took it to the dumpster myself because of the smell! Then when I needed to extend my stay the hotel wanted to charge a much higher rate so I booked it through my app but I made a mistake and booked the Friday a week later because of the app! Hotels had over a week to stop the payment but let it go through promising to take care of it and never did so I lost 100 ! The hotel manager Jay witnessed what happened and assured me he would make it right and lied! Call the number and it rings busy for 2 weeks now ! You get what you pay for people lesson learned!

The motel was for sure out of the at a dead end road. The highway was close by, so was noisy from that. I liked the newer laminate floors, however it is very outdated and needs a major up lift. There was rust every where. My queen bed was broke and leaned side ways making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. Staff very friendly.

Who ever rated this as a nice place to stay must have been somewhere else or paid to write that. From the outside it looked dilapidated the sign for the hotel was just a banner, parking lot empty. The front desk had no one there to great you and after standing there for minutes and ringing the bell someone finally approaches. The door key deactivates if it’s too close to a cell phone and there is no housekeeping. Free breakfast…I wouldn’t eat a thing from there and it was the bare minimum but again no one was there anyway. I tried to get out of staying the full time and the “manager” wouldn’t let me out of the stay with or without a penalty but it could be desperate for the money..again a ghost town. I can’t believe Expedia even offer them the ability to have someone book here.

Picture do not show just how bad the exterior and interior feels so unsafe. The photos don’t look like it at all. Outside had alcohol bottles and people smoking illegal things. The area was not unkept at al. The room was dirty and smelled. The door would barely shut. I felt so unsafe with my two small kids we just left and didn’t stay. Checking in took 20 min and we couldn’t get anyone to answer our concerns.

It took me an hour to find the place. The people ahead of me checking in said the same. There was some kind of clogging gunk in the sink drain. The floor was dirty. There was little toilet tissue. The outside was unkempt with clutter. There were few people there. They probably couldn’t find it. The 2 men who checked me said practically nothing. It really didn’t feel real safe. I feel like someone should give a refund. The breakfast was almost non-existent.- The furniture in my room looked like it came from a second-hand store. Why do you advertise this hotel?

This property looks abandoned from outside. Inside it smells and is filthy. All door up the hallway look like they have been broken into with a crowbar. We had to rig something into our door because we couldn't use the deadbolt and were concerned for our safety. If I hadn't booked online last minute with no refund I never would have entered the front door.

The outside of Building looks rundown the security doors at the end. Do not lock completely busted. The pictures are valid. But there is apparently no grounds work being done. That along with the Exterior needing repair Gives you the Impression that you're overpaying. They're overall cleanliness was OK inside.

Almost everything at the Clarion was great. The long winding driveway to get there was a bit worrisome at first and when we arrived there was a group of young people swearing out front. Other than that, this place was perfect for our 1 night stay.

Room was decent, heater / ac unit looked mangled and was loud, ended up turning the heat off all night. Bathroom shower faucet was not attached well. Almost cold shower at 8am. Towels had foot prints on them, and were not dirty but not white, had marks on them. Sitting on toilet felt like I was breaking it, made a clanking noise. Buffet Breakfast, had nothing but waffle maker and some cold cereal, and only one thing to drink (apple juice). Vending machine would not take a card of course. Bed was comfy, and clean, staff was friendly.

Driving in there was weeds and trash in all the areas! Our rooms air wasn't sufficient, TV didn't work, ice maker broken and the advertised bar was not open. In general, we had to leave because of the horrific conditions! This hotel shouldn't be advertised until it is remodeled.

The elevator was broken when we arrived. We have an 11 mo old baby, so we have a stroller, as well as luggage for our children and ourselves. The hotel staff gave us a room on the first floor. Immediately after arriving in the room, we saw a massive spider on the floor. About an hour later, we saw another one. Then we saw a third and fourth one on the walls. The wall behind the toilet had black mold. The remote control for the TV did not work. The floor was absolutely filthy. Our baby’s feet, hands, and legs were covered in dirt. We requested a new room at 11:00pm and the staff was very accommodating. They gave us a new room on the second floor. We no longer had the issue with spiders, and the room was slightly cleaner. When we brought the kids to play in the pool, it was way too cold to swim. They both got out shivering. There were broken railings in the pool area. The breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, coffee, cereal, milk, and orange juice were the options.

Horrible. Parking lot and grounds were overgrown. Broken windows, building literally looks like it’s falling apart. Lights out in hallways making it pitch black and dangerous. Breakfast was make your own waffles but the machine didn’t work. When I walked in the man at the desk just said ‘ID’. He told me my room number and nothing else.

Broken door handle and stranger entered room. Assigned room was never cleaned and bed unmade. 2nd room had excessive stains on the sheets and several bugs. No management on premise and we were told they would not authorize a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We didn't stay. When we pulled up to the property it was very run down and looked abandoned. The pictures on Hotels.com are completely lies. It might have looked like that but it does not at all now. I am trying to get my refund back because we did stay there.

Do not stay here! Bugs, broken doors, stains - the worst hotel I have ever been to. I checked in and noticed all the things, and attempted to check out less than an hour later. When I requested a refund, the hotel said I needed to do it through hotels.com, but the hotel refused to authorize the refund because the manager was unavailable until 3 days later. The staff were rude and uncooperative. This hotel should not be open.

The building appears to have been unused for a couple years or more and rushed into operation without the necessary cleaning and rehabing. There was garbage in the parking lot, lawns were weeds a foot high, lobby hadn't been vacuumed for a long time, room had no base boards and wall paper was peeling, bathroom was dirty, it was unlike any experience I've ever had with a hotel. The people were nice and my bedding and towels were clean.
