When checking in they charged and 50 dollar deposit that was suppose to be refundable after checking but after checking out and around 11 o'clock the hotel was trying to charge my debit card for an additional 30.41 and another 30 dollars that were both declined by my bank. Called and the manager said that the sheets was dirty looked like we slept in our boots and had mud all over tje sheets and the wash clothes had looked like blood on them and that hand towel had rust stain on it yes i cleaned up some coffee that i spilled and no blood on wash clothes and didnt sleep in our boots yes we had our dog for one night that the manager wavied for us to have him one night. Hotel was in very poor conditions and ice machine never worked about the only thing was the ac was nice and cold. Pther then that hotel is very run down very poor conditions and wasn't very clean. Will never book with this hotel again and will not refer anyone to them.

The pool was so nice. I enjoyed taking my dog out by the picnic tables out in the trees. Although the day was hot, a breeze was constantly blowing through the area. It was really nice. Staff extremely friendly and the rooms are very clean. Comfortable beds.

Too much deodorizer smell in the room, old and dirty chair with ottoman, should be replaced. Quality Inn sign destroyed by storm last year, never repaired. super low shower pressure. The staff were very nice and helpful

Arrived shortly before 11:00PM. Instructions not clear where our room was and lighting was poor at the property. The sign for the hotel is busted out and we had trouble finding it. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut as was warped and also discolored from water damage. Breakfast was good. Friendly checkout.

Clean. Staff was very sweet. We did need to air out the room for a few minutes upon approval as the cleaning product smell was very strong, but other than that no issues at all!

Do not waste your time trying to stay here. There were dogs barking all night every time anyone moved outside which was a lot because there were people outside fighting all night long. Roaches came out of the coffee maker when I tried to make coffee!!! There were roaches in the night stand. More like a seedy apartment building than a "Quality Inn". People playing music from their truck sitting at the picnic table drinking and much more. Never again!!!

Unless you absolutely need to stay in this area, I recommend staying somewhere else. Although the sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the room was filthy. The carpet was covered in stains and the floor was sticky. The sink faucet was falling off and the shower shelf was just a hole. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. We would definitely not stay here again.

The area was surprisingly quiet once the usual checkin/checkout times were past. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were fairly clean. One detraction was the carpets, which were visibly stained and feet were black after walking barefoot. This is not an everyday cleanup issue at this point. But all in all, I would stay here again for an overnight or two (with shoes on).

This is my second time staying here. Again everything was great. Nice clean room, and comfy bed. Quick bite to eat and conveint store in walking distance. Wonderful hot breakfast(eggs, fresh waffles, sausages, coffee, cereal, etc) before checking out. Yes I will be visiting again.

We were sadly disappointed in the amount of noise outside while we were trying to sleep. The remote for the TV did not work the next morning. The blow dryer did not work and then we felt like the sheets had not been cleaned properly and changed because we found hair on our sheets, the carpet was badly stained and either needed to be replaced or cleaned. Breakfast was awful. I did not even eat because there was really nothing that even remotely look like something that I would eat.

Lots of traffic noise from nearby I-75. A number of items in the room were missing (security lock!), or defective (burnt out light bulb). Nice reception hosts. OK breakfast and good location for what we needed, even if noisy. Very much a 2 or at most 3 star place.

We stayed for 4 nights, wasn’t bad at all. The beds definitely weren’t queen size, more like a full. The pillows are very comfortable though. We didn’t see any bugs at all and it was pretty quiet. The front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but very dated, a lot of bad patchwork, and although supposed to be a non smoking room that rule apparently didn't apply to thst room.. we needed a room for the night but I would never use this as a planned travel or stay place.

Was just looking for an inexpensive place to crash for the night after driving all day from Ohio to Florida. This hotel checked all of my boxes, but I’m not that picky. Room was clean, the lady at the front desk was friendly. Check in process was painless and I was able to get to sleep quickly upon arrival which was all I was looking for. Would stay here again.

Let me just say that the lady that works during the day is super super nice. The breakfast was also good. The lady that worked when we checked in was rude and had no personality. she acted like we were a bother to her. The overall room is awful which lays at the fault of the owner of this property. It is just totally outdated and disgusting ,stained furniture ,ripped chairs. Also broken and cracked door jams in the bathroom as well as the door totally stained.II believe this has nothing to do with the people that work here and everything to do with the owner who needs to put money into this dump. At $100 take your money elsewhere. We could not wait to get out of here.

We had a room reserved for the second floor but can’t walk up stairs. The receptionist was kind enough to rearrange our reservation and give us a first floor room. Great customer service.

We had to wait at the front desk for someone to help us. When someone finally came, they were not friendly and seem frustrated. Asked for name and then gave us dirty door keys, with previous stains. We came to where the room was located and there was several construction workers, playing loud music and drinking. Felt unsafe and was not quiet until late at night. During check-out the receptionist was more friendly and helpful.

Expedia needs to correct the address, we drove around for over an hour and finally found it by accident. You have the town wrong, the front desk told me that they have told Expedia seversl times that the city name is wrong. They are not in Live Oak. Plase correct for next person, my experience is not the first time.

This motel didn't even have a sign out front it was broken. It needs a full remodel. I had made two reservations one going to the coast and one coming back. I canceled the second reservation and made a new one in Lake city.

A very nice hotel in a somewhat secluded area just off I-75. The room was very clean and had all the amenities expected in a nice hotel. There were plenty of options for breakfast including waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereals, pastries, fruit juices, coffee etc.

The team and check in was good, the breakfast was horrible. Microwave eggs and sausage. Room 114 was clean; however, the bathroom door has water damage and was hard to open and close. The chair and ottoman fabric were worn and tears in the ottoman itself. Room didn't look like the picture. Overall rating would be a 6.
