We checked in around 6,:30 pm. With front desk. At 12:22 am our door opened up, good thing we had the safey thing on. I yelled what do you think your doing? A few minutes later ,the front desk clerk was pounding on our door wanting to know who was in there. Ray and i were both w very upset at this point. We told them the Warners. She started apologizing, and they left. The next morning i went to tje front desk to find out what was happening in the middle of the night. We were told it was never placed in the computer we checked in. There was a gentleman that needed to change rooms.so they gave him our room. We paid for it online, how can they give our room away.I told her she was lucky, my husband carries . It was very unprofessional , The hotel was great other than that.

Was disappointed that the elevator was out. I have arthritis in my knees and was quite the trip up and down.
