This is a very clean, very quiet property. I travel frequently and this is genuinely one of the cleanest & quietest I have seen. Has ev chargers if you need that. We would certainly return

This hotel was newly remodeled! Very nice and comfy bed with awesome linens. Nice soap dispensers in tub area too. Very helpful check- in manager. Also had a Tesla e-car charger! We would stay here again!

The manager was great. The bathroom door was a little squeaky, and it was taken care of immediately. Also, the hotel has a Tesla charger and he made it so convenient to use.

Lots of 18 wheelers parked along the road leading to the parking lot making access difficult. Bed was good, A/C good, chair was extremely uncomfortable.

Decent property for the price. Parking was a bit difficult due to location…had to travel through a maze of diesels to get into the parking area. Room was adequate. Well maintained but nothing spectacular. Overall it was worth the money.

The trucks parked outside was a little concerning

All was good. Breakfast adequate and thought given to choices. Tractor trailers surrounded parking area. Took away from appearance. Clean and room upgrades sufficient for price.

Very clean updated room and furnishings. Motel style with parking right outside the rooms. Did not hear any I75 traffic. Breakfast was basic but got us on the road quickly. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Recently remodeled, very modern, fresh, and comfy. Super clean, staff very nice and helpful. Much better accomodations than expected for the price. They also have a bank of EV stations.

The room does not match the description and photos I saw upon booking. 2 star hotel (your rating online) is an overstep, and I'm doubtful of an 8.5 out of 10 customer rating.. Here's why- Immediately smells like an ashtray. Holes in the walls. Paint falling off. Some kind of substance stuck to the ceiling. Stains and piles of dirt in the ground - worst of all in the bathroom.. Towels are unfolded and crumpled into their cubby. I don't trust this place is clean, which makes me scared to even pull the covers back. Ultimately, this room is unacceptable.

6/20 1057am knock on door. asked 2x who was ar door. no one responded. i looked out the window a middle aged women ?housekeeping) was giving me the death stare and I said I am checking out in about 5 minutes she pointed to her watch and vanished . Besides the bathroom floor smelling like urine and a dead bug in the bathroom light fixture ( should be clear of bugs) it wasnt that bad. 110/night alittle on the higher end for a motel type of hotel.

The room was spotless and the staff was great

The room was very clean. Check in was easy, nice staff.

The room was filthy. The sheets and carpet had stains. The air conditioning unit had mold and caked on dust on and in it. The mold was so bad it triggered an asthma attack.

Our downstairs rooms were nice and renovated, but had a few roaches and hair. The upstairs rooms were not as nice and had more of an outdated dirty feeling. All in all, you get what you pay for so it isn’t that bad. Staff is extremely nice and helpful as well.

Property newly renovated. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. It is a no frills place for the budget minded. Staff was welcoming and offered advice on dining. I would stay here again.

Very noisy neighbors kept me awake most the night. Not fancy room but clean and bed comfortable.

Exercise equipment not available despite claim in hotels.com. A closet with no hangers or hooks. Desk chair was the only seating. Nice to have a tv with a usable guide channel. Spacious bathroom.

Property was recently updated. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was no closet so we had to hang shirts by one hook but we mad do.

Staff and hidden deposit fees. What you see is what you pay was a lie. Days Inn charges a refundable deposit of $150 during check-in. Hotels.com doesn’t make this clear when booking.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Last night, I told the desk assistant that I needed to leave early due to a family emergency and asked if I would get a refund. She told me yes. The next morning, not only did the hotel refuse to refund me, but while my family and I were eating breakfast, a staff member stared at us the entire time, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a Black family, it felt like we were being singled out, which is completely unacceptable. Between being misled about the refund and being made to feel uncomfortable during breakfast, I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

Took a long time to check in . I don’t think she knows what she’s doing. Finally got in the room had no heat in the room went to the service desk. She kept giving me the same key back. I don’t think she understands service. Finally, she sent me in another room. she needs to get off her personally phone. Maybe she can help somebody very bad service.

Mark at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything had been updated.

The room here was really clean this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is the cleanest budget hotel I've ever stayed at. This would have easily been a five star stay if it wasn't for a major payment issue. The room was booked on hotels.com for my 80-year-old mother and in spite of being more expensive I opted to pay at property because my mother wanted to pay for the stay herself but asked me to book for her. I specifically asked my card not be debited or used and we presented my mother's card at the desk and I was told that it would be no issue and they would change my mother's card to the one on file to be debited. The entirety of the stay was debited onto my card regardless and in spite of the hotel never touching or interacting with my card directly in any way. My mother is now out time and money trying to correct this mistake. Truly annoying and very inconvenient.

*If you are disabled, note- there is NO elevator! The actual hotel room was good. It was clean. It’s the staff that made me give them only 2 stars. In the middle of my stay the hotel decided to paint the walkway in front of my doorway. I was essentially trapped in my room for 8 hours unless I wanted to ruin my shoes with paint. When I tried to bring this up with the hotel manager he got angry and said they don’t base their actions on whether or not their guests are inconvenienced. He had no concern for me or the fact they trapped me in my room without so much as a knock on the door. He said he didn’t care that I was inconvenienced. This same manager was rude to us when we checked into the hotel. He acted as if it was a great inconvenience to him that we were even there. The maid staff were rude. I asked one of the maids for extra towels. She didn’t want to give me any because she had given me a set the day before. There are only 2 sets of towels in the room and there were 3 of us in my party.

This is a wonderful econo hotel. It offers absolutely everything it needs to. The rooms were clean, the showers were hot and the pressure was good, the beds were very comfortable, and nothing stank or smelled like smoke which matters to me as I'm slightly allergic to cigarette smoke. I was on the fence with this place because it required a deposit but honestly I think the deposit might be why this place is not completely trashed for the price that I paid for it. I paid for the room with my credit card and I paid for the deposit in cash and had no problem getting it back.The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they seem to value security at this place so it made me feel safe to stay here despite it being a hotel near the highway. The only real complaints was their continental breakfast goes fast and the thru road. My husband went downstairs before me while I was packing up to leave and by the time I made it down there a lot of their food items were gone. if you're counting on the breakfast get there as early as possible. in the evening the through road becomes utterly congested with parked diesel rigs. It is honestly easier to enter this hotel through the Waffle House parking lot, going straight through to the comfort inn parkinglot, and making your way to check in. All of the businesses have attached parking lots, and in the evening there just isn't enough room on the thru road.

The place was not clean outside so it made it look dingy, manager was rude and accusing me of bringing too much people when we had rented 2 rooms. Breakfast did not have much options, would not stay there again.
