Poor overall in every department. First they cant find booking through expedia and want to charge you more for a room. No mention of pool and Jacuzzi being closed by enviromental health becuase of polution and filth. Onsite bar also closed, restaurant faclilities minimal and expensive, $30 for breakfast and not worth $2. Room unlclean, floor dirty, bedding stained and to top it all off staff ignorant, rude and unhelpful. Wont ever be back, save your money and sanity go eslewhere!

We had a lovely stay - was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not working/cold but the kids had a nice swim, very cool pool area. The only thing that had a big impact was the lights outside, it lit our entire room up, under the blackout curtains... would recommend some blinds or something... room was clean and beds very comfy.

Check-in was slow bc there was only one (friendly!) woman working the desk and another guy training who couldn't help any of the four parties waiting to check in. The hallways are a maze and not well signed with directions. The room was updated and nice, but there were a dozen long black hairs on the bathroom floor. About once an hour a loud whirring sound came out of the bathroom walls, but fortunately I'm a heavy sleeper. The gym was hot af and there were no fans so it was stuffy and miserable; the gym mirrors were large and in the right places though. I called ahead to ask if the pool was in fact heated and was ensured it was, but it definitely was cold and not even circulating so I never got in. Overall not terrible hotel but I would have picked another place had I known the pool was that cold. If you're a light sleeper, freak out about stray hairs, or have difficulty walking lots of maze-like hallways, this place isn't for you.

It was extremely hot in the pool area. Elephant eye was closed. Out side doors to hotel didn't lock. Our room had mold in shower, unfinished patch on the ceiling, window was broke, no coffee pot in the room.

We stayed for three nights. Pool was supposed to be open after redo but it wasn't and it looks like it won't be for some time. Breakfast was available for $10 plus. Room was clean but we had to ask for clean towels on the third day as we never saw any guest service staff. Took keys to front desk on leaving and was greeted by the lobby attendant reclining on the couch watching TV and was instructed to just throw it on the counter. WON'T be saying here in the future.

Great people, the breakfast was delicious and made to order. Property is going through an update so consider that. The grounds need to be looked after, there are goat heads/thorns/stickers growing everywhere so stay to the sidewalks.

The rooms were really nice except our phone and coffee maker didn't work. So we moved rooms and still the phone didn't work. They were going to give us a free breakfast but we were leaving before breakfast. The pool and the fitness center possibly could be quite a ways from your room. We were housed in the 2000s and had to walk quite a ways to the pool, lobby, and fitness center and by quite a ways I'm talking a 10 min plus walk one way. It was quiet and the rooms are really nice. If you just need a quick stop for the night it's ok.

The hotel was not in very great shape. I think it hadn't been vaccuumed or swept in a long time. The pool was clean, albiet pretty cold. I was surprised to be the only person there (in the pool). The Hot tub has been closed since May. My television was unplugged and when staff helped, we also discovered the battery was dead on the remote. I had issues with wifi that I had to call the internet provider. The staff was very friendly, and helped with concerns. The bed was very clean and comfortable. AC/heater was spot on. They also accommodated my cat, so props for that (although there was a fee).

The room was filthy, towel had someone else's hair in it and i went to dry off after my shower looked down and had to take another shower! Gross! The outside entrance key card readers didnt work on half the buildings and i had to get our key cards redone 5 times! There was dead bugs all over the floor in the room, blood on one of the ac units, mold on the other one. Pubic hair everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. The textured ceiling was covered in dust and cobwebs.

Well, I prepaid for two rooms almost 4 weeks ago so my family and I could stay here in Kearney to attend my older son and his new wife’s wedding. The 1st room had dead bugs on the floor, 2nd room looked nothing like the picture on hotels.com website, had peeling paint on the ceiling and paint peelings dropped on the bed and the floor. It was filthy. It was a handicapped accessible room and was the same exact size as the 1st room. The outer door was not secure into the hotel. We were put in another room and it also had dead crickets, plus a dirty bathtub, the sink in the main area was clogged and the sink faucet was broken. I normally stay here but will never stay there again. This place is disgusting and keeps getting worse even with newer renovations.

Remodeled rooms but room hadnt been cleaned for 2 weeks. We had a party to get ready for and beds were unmade, toilet dirty, trash in cans. Gave us a room to prepare yet it too was dirty. Didnt get a refund or discount. Property so overgrown with weeds. Terrible shape. If cleaned up and paid attention to cleanliness would be ok.

The room was unexpectedly spacious and clean. This was a great experience, specially for the price. I was only spending the night and didn’t care too much and expecting a lot less given my recent experiences in hotels twice the price. And I was pleasantly surprised. I read the reviews about the dirty bathrooms and I want to believe they took care of the matter.

Rooms were not clean. Crumbs on the bed, hair on floor in shower room, shower was dirty. TV didn't work. Puppy across the hall cried all night. Obvious "long term tenants". Grass outside hotel hasn't been mowed. Garbage outside doors over flowing. Not very good impression. Front desk gave us coupons for breakfasts but food was absolutely horrible and barely edible. French toast came out of a bag and food had no flavor. Hotel doesn't have an elevator and there was no hair drier in my room which I discovered after showering.

I know there was a lot of complaints about the pool and such....we did not need this. The room was fantastic...it looks like they are trying to remodel this hotel. Our room had a fridge, 2 top stove topand a microwave.

The first room they gave us, someone was already in when we tried to enter. The second room was not serviced yet (at midnight), and the third and final room had no lock on the window and it opened right out to the parking lot on the ground floor so anyone could have come right in during the night. The fitted sheet had a cigarette burn in it. The room was dingy and depressing. Could be so much better with paint, art, and new drapes. The air conditioning unit also smelled very musty.

Hotel says it’s been updated but the only thing I could see was the floors in the rooms. Everything else was old, rusted and falling apart. Grounds around hotel are unkept. Ac didn’t work, shower was broken, sink starting to come from wall, toilet paper holder was rusted and much more

We were missing a shower head in one of the rooms. The door over by I wouldn’t lock. Was trash over by there as well. But the room was clean and the pool was nice.

I have stayed here a couple times before no issues. This time not a great experience, after booking based on having a pool, which when I checked in there was a sign that said it is closed. Which would have been nice to know on the website. Then coach roaches that was when I cancelled my stay for the next night. The guy up front did not really seem to care at all. There was also not hand soap in the room to wash your hands. Was not the best experience this time.

The property is two hotels/extended stay. I waited in line at the counter only to find out I was at the wrong desk. The staff at check in was not knowledgeable and seemed upset when I told him I was there for Suburban Studios, because he had to go to the other computer. The staff person when I checked out was much more friendly. The bath tub did not drain. The shower water stayed in the tub, filled the tub over half way before I was out of the shower. It was GROSS. The room was clean. The light from the window was very bright, needs better curtains. The bed and pillows were comfy.

Check-in was slow bc there was only one (friendly!) woman working the desk and another guy training who couldn't help any of the four parties waiting to check in. The hallways are a maze and not well signed with directions. The room was updated and nice, but there were a dozen long black hairs on the bathroom floor. About once an hour a loud whirring sound came out of the bathroom walls, but fortunately I'm a heavy sleeper. The gym was hot af and there were no fans so it was stuffy and miserable; the gym mirrors were large and in the right places though. I called ahead to ask if the pool was in fact heated and was ensured it was, but it definitely was cold and not even circulating so I never got in. Overall not terrible hotel but I would have picked another place had I known the pool was that cold. If you're a light sleeper, freak out about stray hairs, or have difficulty walking lots of maze-like hallways, this place isn't for you.

I stayed at here for 3 days. I started in #1033. It was decent size, clean until we did the walk through. There was a water bug in the shower and a roach crawling up the bathroom wall. The final straw was, walking out the bathroom a pregnant roach was crwaling in the kitchen area. My fiancé and i were fed up. We called the front desk and the lady/cleaning lady..... was very accommodating with switching rooms, apologies and complimentary breakfast coupons, which we never used. We were in the G building way in the back which was kind of scary if you were alone.. The kitchenette are had no kitchen supplies besides plastic cups for coffee. I was glad i brought my own dishes, pots/pans and silverware .Had to buy dish soap to keep kitchen area clean. We did enjoy there bed, we had a" king suite" it was soft and the pillows were amazing. The air conditioning was great. Refrigerator kept everything cold and fresh. Overall, we got rest peacefully and alone time so we were good. The property has potential with improvements starting with spraying the units for bugs, who wants to pay over $300 for 3 days with bugs?

Room was clean but we had to ask for clean towels on the third day as we never saw any guest service staff. Took keys to front desk on leaving and was greeted by the lobby attendant reclining on the couch watching TV and was instructed to just throw it on the counter. WON'T be saying here in the future.

The hotel was not in very great shape. I think it hadn't been vaccuumed or swept in a long time. The pool was clean, albiet pretty cold. I was surprised to be the only person there (in the pool). The Hot tub has been closed since May. My television was unplugged and when staff helped, we also discovered the battery was dead on the remote. I had issues with wifi that I had to call the internet provider. The staff was very friendly, and helped with concerns. The bed was very clean and comfortable. AC/heater was spot on. They also accommodated my cat, so props for that (although there was a fee).

The building has a lot going on and could be a great place with the right management but as of now the rooms are hardly clean they booked me in the first room that didn’t get cleaned the second room they booked me in the kept trying to book others in so we had people jerking on our door all night even after the staff called me after midnight to see if I was in there over all a terrible experience in what could be a great hotel

After getting room cards to 2 rooms that were already occupied they finally got us a room that was satisfactory. It also took almost 2 hours to check in to the hotel due to rooms being occupied.

This was a family trip to see all my neices and nephews. I booked the rooms and called them to make sure the pool was working because we had over 10 kids that we planned on swimming and having fun. We had talked to the front desk three times before we could cancel the rooms and they told us the pool was working. The day before the trip the weather was going to be bad so we booked a room the night before our trip to not drive in bad weather. when got up there they told us the pool was not open and they needed a part to fix it. This was very upsetting but we tried to make the best of it and go to the big apple which was fun but expensive. With nothing to do in the hotel we tried to play some games of pool but they told us the pool tables were broke and they didn't have any balls. I just feel like calling the hotel 3 times ahead our stay and even the day before we left they could have told us. We made the best of a situation, and do like the layout of the hotel but dont know if we will go back.

It was extremely hot in the pool area. Elephant eye was closed. Out side doors to hotel didn't lock. Our room had mold in shower, unfinished patch on the ceiling, window was broke, no coffee pot in the room.

The rooms were really nice except our phone and coffee maker didn't work. So we moved rooms and still the phone didn't work. They were going to give us a free breakfast but we were leaving before breakfast. The pool and the fitness center possibly could be quite a ways from your room. We were housed in the 2000s and had to walk quite a ways to the pool, lobby, and fitness center and by quite a ways I'm talking a 10 min plus walk one way. It was quiet and the rooms are really nice. If you just need a quick stop for the night it's ok.

Poor overall in every department. First they cant find booking through expedia and want to charge you more for a room. No mention of pool and Jacuzzi being closed by enviromental health becuase of polution and filth. Onsite bar also closed, restaurant faclilities minimal and expensive, $30 for breakfast and not worth $2. Room unlclean, floor dirty, bedding stained and to top it all off staff ignorant, rude and unhelpful. Wont ever be back, save your money and sanity go eslewhere!

Check-in was fine. Little slow, but once it was my turn, my check-in was pretty quick. Room was comfy and clean. We had a King bed room. What is warranting of the low rating however, was the morning service. I went to the breakfast bar and the guy asked if I had a meal ticket, which I did not, and assumed I got one when checking in. So I went to the front desk to get my 2 meal tickets for my wife and I. Went back to the breakfast bar and ordering was extremely difficult. We had to do one order per voucher which was extremely inefficient. It was quite difficult to place the order due to the language barrier with the guy working. Nothing against him, but management should definitely have 2 people working if just the order alone took 5 minutes for 2 omelets and 2 coffees. I asked if they had any non dairy options, like coconut milk, and the guy said yes. I saw him then prepare the latte's with real milk, and I questioned him on it, which took another 5 minutes just to explain that dairy milk is not coconut milk and I no longer wanted the coffee's which I paid for.

Great people, the breakfast was delicious and made to order. Property is going through an update so consider that. The grounds need to be looked after, there are goat heads/thorns/stickers growing everywhere so stay to the sidewalks.

Rooms were not clean. Crumbs on the bed, hair on floor in shower room, shower was dirty. TV didn't work. Puppy across the hall cried all night. Obvious "long term tenants". Grass outside hotel hasn't been mowed. Garbage outside doors over flowing. Not very good impression. Front desk gave us coupons for breakfasts but food was absolutely horrible and barely edible. French toast came out of a bag and food had no flavor. Hotel doesn't have an elevator and there was no hair drier in my room which I discovered after showering.

Staff at front desk were helpful, however the hallways and staircases were nasty. When first walking into room is smelled of cigarette smoke. Went to breakfast in the morning, the guy incharge of breakfast was very rude to multiple customers and made us very uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was not good at all.

When i booked this stay, the app said i could check in at 11am. When I arrived at noon, i was told check in was not until 3pm. I had a conference I needed to get ready for and asked to be checked in earlier since the app stated I could check in at 11am. I was allowed into my room shortly after 1pm and found trash on top of the fridge and a brown wet spot next to the bed. It looked like vomit. I did not have time to complain or change rooms since I was already on a tight schedule.
