I liked the first floor best because there’s a big, private handicap restroom with a shower. The front desk closes at 9 p.m., so be sure to get what you need before then. You get two keys: one for your room and one for the front door, which locks after 9 p.m. I appreciated this extra security, especially as a solo female traveler. The Wi-Fi worked well, but the TV channels were limited. The rooms are small but can fit two people and have a sink. There’s no AC, but a fan is provided. Both front desk staff I met were polite and helpful. There’s a microwave in the hallway but no fridge. Parking is on the street, and I always found a spot. The motel was quiet except for doors opening and closing. I felt safe, and there are cameras in the halls. For a budget-friendly stay, I would recommend this place. 5 out of 5!

Needed place to stay, its great cheap hotel when there’s parking but if come late cant find any parking stuck parking somewhere far away.

This was a late decision booking, primarily based on price. The old motto that you get what you pay for sums up this location. There's no street parking available, but available spaces weren't immediately close to the hotel. The hotel wasn't dirty. However, there were 2 cockroaches at different times in the room and there was a large rip in the beddding. The room had no air conditioning but did have a fan. The room was markedly warmer than it was outside.

Landlord was very helpful, average cleaning around the property and almost imposible to find parking nearby.

No heating or air conditioning. Bathrooms were down the hall. Metal bed frame made noise. A motel with NO parking? We had to park on the street a block and a half away. Noisy all night both from other tenants and from outside. Industrial neighborhood. Little sleep that night!

This hotel had roaches and the rooms were very outdated the TV didn’t work and the bed was so old and nasty the room looked dirty as soon as we arrived! No parking and the area itself is super congested so good luck finding parking. There are all kinds of people living there we got a knock on our door by a stranger asking for a cigarette a couple minutes after we arrived to our room. It just felt unsafe

It whats roaches inside the room . Not good and a couple they was on the bed.

Checked in and the entire place smelled like cigarettes. When in the room the smell was worse even with the window opened. Asked for another room and was told that all rooms are non smoking rooms but people sometimes still smoke in the rooms . To stop by the front desk for air freshener: As I was going to put away my clothes the cabinets had trash inside. It had not been cleaned in a very long time. The place was booked for 2 nights and didn’t even stayed 1 night. I asked for a refund for the second day since we decided it was best to check out that same day we checked in and booked somewhere else. They refused to refund and denied that their rooms were dirty because they are “remodeled “. This is not a Hotel, it’s more like a Cheap Motel.

It’s cheap you share a bathroom but it’s at least clean

Much better than my expectation based on reviews. Easy check in, clean room and shared restroom, it seems the hotel was refurbished not a long ago. Microwave oven is now available on all floors.

Housekeeping is doing a great job cleaning the place. However, I saw two roaches in my room. One of the bathrooms on the first floor was flooded b/c the shower stall was improperly constructed. Non-smoking rooms smell like stale cigarette smoke. Threadbare comforter. Uncomfortable mattress felt like a cardboard box. Rooms are hot b/c there's no air conditioner, only fans. Very thin walls. Two people were talking in another room & I could hear everything they were saying. There is no wifi. Management claims that it's b/c a lot of people use the internet at once but I tried to use it at 2 AM & other times but the username never popped up. The Indian guy behind the window in the office refused to answer my questions when I was checking out & told me, "Call the number."

The room was very dirty. There was hair in the sink and the linens had clearly not been washed.

The Hotel Was Solid, It’s a good place for the price, the place was clean and I didn’t see any Roaches, the main problems I had with the place was the doors being stuck and I would struggle to open them at times, as well as there not being any Wifi despite being told that there was, I’ve checked on 3 different devices and there was No Wifi so use a hotspot if you plan on using Wifi, as well as there being No AC, Yes there was a fan but it barely worked and the days and sometimes nights it would be hot to the point where I would have to take my shirt off, the bathroom was clean, but the shower sometimes had hair on the ground but the water was clean, it’s a good place if you need somewhere cheap to stay but it’s far from perfect, it’s just a place if you need to sleep for a few days

A lot of stuff was broken, like the fan in the room. This would not have been a massive problem, except this hotel does not have AC. Using out-of-room restrooms was not as big a deal as expected, they were almost never full.

A good choice if you need a comfortable bed with clean sheets for a good price after a busy day. Bathrooms are shared but clean. Many food options nearby. Pretty quiet at night. Comes alive at 8 a.m. No wifi.

When I arrive at the location, the gentleman seems to be nice shortly after moving things into the room. The man became abrupt in regards to the Lyft Driver helping me move things into the room. I was told that I needed to leave and that there was more than two people that was staying in the room Which wasn’t true. The police was called several times to get the refund.

The manager was great for customer service and made our stay welcoming and enjoyable. Kudos to the manager for everything.

The manager is awesome and very understanding of situations and was very patient and and calm while I worked through some technical difficulties with my card. The rates are always the best around, and the weekly rate is unbeatable! It isn't the most luxurious or fancy hotel, but with that rate, it's totally worth it! The shared restrooms sort of threw me off at first, but they have locks and they have been so so clean everytime I been in them. Their awesome and they will be my number 1 choice for my monthly get away from my sober living I live in and the one my sons mom lives in as well, we get away and take a weekend or so and just get away and this is the perfect place. Cheaper than anywhere else you will find, and the more money we get to spend on food and activities lol. 10/10 Reccommend! Only small tiny complaint is my room the wifi didn't reach to and I am full time college student so access to the internet is crucial, it cost me about 30 bucks in data packs to do my classes and homework over my phone hotspot. But was made aware of this before hand so really even tho I said tiny complaint, it shouldn't be one at all. So again 15/10 Reccommend.

I don’t write reviews but this is the strangest/rudest experience I’ve ever had. Employee told me upon check-in that I was on some type of list and wasn’t allowed to stay. I’ve never stayed here ever in my life nor have I ever heard that I was on a list. I travel frequently so this caught me off guard. Employee refused to tell me when or why I was put on a list. I was told I’d be refunded but have not been refunded. Employee kept smiling while telling me this as if he found it funny. I saw in another review that they racially profile and didn’t believe it but that may be the case. Very strange and unpleasant experience. You could not pay me to stay here after the way they treated me.

Hospitality was great

The place is quiet and peaceful, with nice places to eat

There was a nice donut place nearby and easy access to bus stops. The bathroom was mostly clean and the bedroom was pretty comfortable. A lot of the time there were these people outside yelling and slamming into the walls outside and the fire exit left open a lot, but overall pretty good.

The manager is nice guy, the rooms are simple, but the price is very reasonable. There is a supermarket nearby and the town is clean.
