Parking v tight. Had to park in the street. Re keys to pick up on arrival- not sure having my name written on an envelope for all to view is a safe and discreet method. Perhaps all unit keys in envelopes could be in a locked box pinpad with code forwarded to people who booked units. Thankyou for asking

A great place to stay, clean, convenient and quiet location, close to supermarket. We were given an upgrade to a spacious renovated room upstairs. Some other renovations are going on in the property. Microwave oven, toaster, kettle and cutleries are provided adequate to have a simple meal in room. Guest laundry is available for use. Towels are nice and soft.

Bed, bedding & pillows were so soft & comfortable. Towels were super soft & fluffy. Self check in was great. Nice spacious unit. Parking on site was a great bonus too.

Nice motel along GOR. Check in and out was easy as they just left the key for us and we left it in a drop box on the way out. There was parking but unfortunately after returning from dinner we were unable to find a spot and had to street park. Other than the parking everything went smoothly during our stay

This is a small property but seems very efficiently run. We actually never met anyone from the hotel, checkin and checkout were both via envelopes. Our room (#16) had a small balcony with a bit of a view of the bay. I think most rooms probably don’t have this and it’s worth getting if you don’t mind climbing up a few steps. The coolest thing was that a wild koala lives on or near the the property and walked right by our little balcony one morning, on its way to breakfast. It walked along the top of the fence between the two properties. The room was clean. And they had a nice little free laundry facility. Apollo Bay is a nice little town.

Liess mich von der Hotels.com Bewertung "9" hervorragend täuschen. Service nicht vorhanden - Zimmer wurden allerdings oberflächlich gereinigt und Handtücher ersetzt. Ansonsten gab es keine Reception, das Hotel ist alt (beim Durchgang sind die Bodenplatten gespungen, etc. Auf keinen Fall ein 4 Stern Hotel (für mich 2-3 Sterne)

The motel was clean and quiet and in a good location for our trip along the Great Ocean Road. There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby which was very convenient. The noise curfew is a great idea!

Overall is good with my 2 days stay, the bed is very comfortable. Comes with portable warmer. The unpleasant part was, when I flipped up the sofa cushion. I found used tissues, crumbs from chips and nuts.The sofa do have a something like urine smell too. I reported the next morning when I happened to meet a lady w/o uniform near the reception area. Fortunately, when we are back in the evening. They managed to clean it up.

Overall not of the standard expected. Free Wi-Fi was that weak pages wouldn’t load. Limited tv, on their website mentions satellite tv but no longer available. King size bed just two king singles joined together. Linen and towels were good and clean.

The property was with view of the sea and less than 5 moon walk to the beach or nearby grocery store. Other shops not much further. Everything was nice and clean and there were tea making facilities with green tea and English breakfast tea as well as Italian freeze dried coffee. The shower was good.

The walls are quite thin and we can hear the next room & from the street. It’s convenient and easy walk to town/beach. Self-checkin is easy except they didn’t say they left the key outside the Reception. Overall it’s ok to stay for a few nights (I only stayed 1 night).

A last minute decision to book a room meant the unstaffed reception desk was not expecting us, but a phone-call, 'How to ...' SMSd reply & very helpful laundry worker meant we still had a very comfortable stay. Trouble with the TV was also promptly resolved, in person.

Good clean and secure accommodations. Very comfortable bed. Basic furnishings but suitable for our one night stay. Monogrammed towels and bedding were a nice touch. Room had a nice shower. I'm not a fan of contactless check in and out and despite it being 3:30 pm when we checked in, the office was locked up and we had to rely on the instructions provided with our room card in order to gain access. Went around a couple times before we finally found our room on the upstairs floor.

Good location for town. Room was a little tired and some outside areas needed some attention eg broken tiles in passage way. But for us biggest issue was no contact at all with any members of staff. Key picked up from box outside reception as per emailed instructions and returned to another box on departure. Made the whole experience a bit impersonal.

Only stayed one night, the room was clean and tidy. basic facilities including toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery were in the room. Even during winter, there were still plenty of eatery options open within a short walk for dinner. Short walk to the beach.

Wish we could stay longer. We were only there for one evening. We arrived later in the evening and just grabbed our keys in front of the office, which was closed. Not an issue - there was a provided phone/whatsapp number for the staff who picked up right away and was on-site anyways. Loved the new renovations, including the new heating/lighting in the bathroom - welcome features as we visited during winter. Short ~10 min walk to the nearby restaurants, and down the street from the beach. Would stay again.

Hôtel proche du centre et de la mer. La chambre était très agréable et bien équipée (fauteuil super sympa, frigidaire, un peu de vaisselle, thé et café). La literie est très confortable et la salle de bain moderne. Nous avons eu un souci avec l’eau chaude et la direction a été réactive et a tout fait pour nous arranger, très bon service client. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
