Alles fast perfekt aber besonders der Service an der Rezeption, Housekeeping, im Restaurants an den Pools. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur die Matratze war sehr hart leider. Und auf dem Balkon nur ein Stuhl such leider

Super Pools. Frühstück klasse. Das italienische Restaurant hervorragend. Einzig negativ: kein vernünftiger Strand (Betonstufen ins Meer) und der nächste 7/11 ziemlich weit entfernt.

We were due to stay here 9 nights but cut our break short after 5 nights. Whilst the bedroom was huge, the bed itself was rock hard, probably the hardest bed we've slept in. I went straight to reception to ask for a mattress topper which made no difference reaulting in poor sleep quality. At check in, we were asked upfront for 2000 bhats deposit, cash only. The hotel was extremely quiet, there was only us around the pool for the first 3 days. We went for breakfast on the 1st morning, a la carte, the pastries and staff were nice, but the cooked breakfast was terrible, we left most of it. The area and hotel were too quiet and the rock hard bed made us decide to check out early.

Great holiday with excellent staff throughout. Cocktails at the lobby bar are 2nd to none, especially love the Mojito and Whiskey Sours. 2nd time staying and will definitely be back next year v
