We had great time at Baan Samui! The hotel is perfectly located on the nice and quiet part of the beach. Rooms are very clean, there is enough space in the room and overall very nice and cozy. Stuff is just amaizing, always very friendly and polite! Pool is also nice, clean and big enough.

We had a great time here.. The hotel is in an in an ideal location and right on the beach with its own loungers and beam bags. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We had housekeeping daily, nice bar selling food overlooking the beach with a chilled vibe. We would definitely recommend this hotel and reasonably priced compared to others in the same area.

Supert hotell med god service. Sengene var gode (litt harde som i resten av Thailand). Rent og pent. Fin strand med solsenger tilhørende hotellet. Kort vei til alt. Frokosten prøvde vi ikke. Deilig med kjøleskap på rommet.

Meine Tochter und ich waren super zufrieden.Die ganze Crew und insbesondere unsere Tan sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Die Zimmer insbesondere das Bad super sauber.Essen gut, Liegen ausreichend vorhanden, und der Pool schön groß. Wir hatten das Glück an einem thailändischen Geburtstag teilzunehmen was uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht hat. Außerdem ist die Anlage von dem Lärm der weiter oben statt findet gut entfernt und trotzdem ist es sehr zentral.

Vi har bott på detta hotellet 2gånger och är väldigt nöjda! Bra frukost, bra rum & trevlig personal. Poolen och stranden är toppen och hotellet ligger väldigt bra till!

A lovely authentic hotel. Spotlessly clean. All rooms are spacious and bathrooms modern with an excellent shower. Staff are so friendly especially Tam who loves all her ‘mamma’ and ‘papa’s’ and looks after you so well. Definitely returning. Excellent location. Pool looks onto beach so spoilt for the swimming pool or sea or both!!! Thank you for an excellent stay xx

Baan Samui surpassed all expectations. The atmosphere was very relaxed and serene, with lots of plants, flowers and nice lighting in the evening. Breakfast right on the beach was incredible, in addition to the amazing food choices, including local Thai coconut pancakes! The beach was very clean and beautiful, and Baan Samui offers plenty of complementary sun-beds with umbrellas. Although we could not snorkel at the time, the sea is not shallow so we still enjoy the warm water! The hotel is also in a perfect location - close enough to all the action, but quiet. The pool is also nice, and big enough for all the guests. The rooms are much bigger than they seem in the photos - they were clearly recently renovated, and were modern and clean. The beds are really big. The hotel has lots of cute places to sit, and there are also bookcases with books guests have left behind. Finally, we cannot rave enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were. If we had to be nitpicky, two small things to mention are that the bathroom door has vents in it, meaning it is not entirely soundproof, and secondly, the fridge is a bit noisy so we turned it off at night.

Gute Lage, Strand unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, Saubere, geräumige Zimmer, funktional eingerichtet Frühstücksbuffet und Essensmöglichkeiten. Leckere Küche und immer frisch zubereitet. Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Pool und Liegestühle sehr sauber. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

良かった点、最近リフォームしたのか室内はとってもキレイ。シャワーの水圧も十分、ただし夜は温水の温度が不安定だったが大きな問題ではない。悪かった点、現地ではスタッフはみんな親切でフレンドリー。しかし予約後、チェックイン前に予約の確認しようとメールや旅行アプリのチャットでメッセージを何回送っても全く回答がなかった。営業停止したのかと、とても不安になった。

It's a busy area of Koh Samui which offers great restaurants nearby. The rooms were fantastic as was the beach, though it was a bit crowded in early Feb 2025. Super clean and comfortable with a friendly staff...this hotel is a great choice!

Hôtel bien situé nous avons passé 2 nuits mais la literie manque cruellement de confort. Matelas trop dur. Le personnel est agréable et le petit déj varié et bon. Pour un court séjour ça passe sinon passez votre chemin.

Baan Samui surpassed all expectations. The atmosphere was very relaxed and serene, with lots of plants, flowers and nice lighting in the evening. Breakfast right on the beach was incredible, in addition to the amazing food choices, including local Thai coconut pancakes! The beach was very clean and beautiful, and Baan Samui offers plenty of complementary sun-beds with umbrellas. Although we could not snorkel at the time, the sea is not shallow so we still enjoy the warm water! The hotel is also in a perfect location - close enough to all the action, but quiet. The pool is also nice, and big enough for all the guests. The rooms are much bigger than they seem in the photos - they were clearly recently renovated, and were modern and clean. The beds are really big. The hotel has lots of cute places to sit, and there are also bookcases with books guests have left behind. Finally, we cannot rave enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were. If we had to be nitpicky, two small things to mention are that the bathroom door has vents in it, meaning it is not entirely soundproof, and secondly, the fridge is a bit noisy so we turned it off at night.

Baan Samui Resort was walkable to everywhere we needed to go Jeep at the front desk was very obliging when we needed her book excursions for us. All the staff were great. The only thing that let it down was the restaurant and bar, the drinks tasted like mocktails and not cocktails and the food we received on our last night wasn’t fit to eat it should never have been served to us

良かった点、最近リフォームしたのか室内はとってもキレイ。シャワーの水圧も十分、ただし夜は温水の温度が不安定だったが大きな問題ではない。悪かった点、現地ではスタッフはみんな親切でフレンドリー。しかし予約後、チェックイン前に予約の確認しようとメールや旅行アプリのチャットでメッセージを何回送っても全く回答がなかった。営業停止したのかと、とても不安になった。

This hotel is great for a beach vacation . Located right at the best part of chaweng beach . Far enough from the noise and hustle of chaweng , while close enough to walk there ( about 10 min) . Close to the central mall . This is not a big fancy resort, very clean well run smaller resort. Probably the best option in chaweng if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacatiin

We had a great time here.. The hotel is in an in an ideal location and right on the beach with its own loungers and beam bags. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We had housekeeping daily, nice bar selling food overlooking the beach with a chilled vibe. We would definitely recommend this hotel and reasonably priced compared to others in the same area.

Hôtel bien situé nous avons passé 2 nuits mais la literie manque cruellement de confort. Matelas trop dur. Le personnel est agréable et le petit déj varié et bon. Pour un court séjour ça passe sinon passez votre chemin.

Gute Lage, Strand unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, Saubere, geräumige Zimmer, funktional eingerichtet Frühstücksbuffet und Essensmöglichkeiten. Leckere Küche und immer frisch zubereitet. Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Pool und Liegestühle sehr sauber. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nice modern rooms and bathrooms. The garden level rooms were bright and gave immediate access to the pathway leading to the beautiful gardens, pool and beach. The beds were a bit hard as were the pillows, however this is a matter of preference. The aircon was very effective in cooling down the room. We kept our bathroom door closed as there was a slight sewage smell at times. The staff were very friendly and always polite and helpful. We loved the breakfast which had an amazing variety of both European and Asian options both hot and cold. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables aswell. The only gripe was the sun lounger situation on the beach. As soon as the staff set out the loungers in the morning they were claimed by guests (towel put down) and then left unoccupied, sometimes for hours. After the first few days we realized that we weren’t going to get loungers on the beach unless we did the same. The difference with us was that we actually used them as soon as we had eaten breakfast and took our towels away when we were finished to allow others to come. The whole hotel area was clean and inviting as were the gardens. We were therefore surprised that the sun loungers were very dirty and the tables between them filthy! More care is definitely needed here. The location on the beach is excellent.
