This property was wonderful! The rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave. There was a Kuerig coffee machine with plenty of coffee and tea choices also on the property. The property also has a washer and dryer. If you are ever in Hancock, NY I highly recommend staying here! 10/10!!

This is a basic but lovely motel. The man who checked me in was very nice and helpful, and I appreciated his warmth. The coffee area open 24 hours was a plus too!

This was our 2nd time staying here and I just can't say enough about the service, friendly staff and the over all cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms is great. Always clean towels, bed made and the rooms always smell so new and fresh. I know where to stay when I am in the area and I would recommend this motel all the time to anyone in the area or passing through. This motel hands downs beats my last stay at a big chain hotel that didn't even empty our garbage pail daily. You won't be disappointed in staying here.

It was amazing! We needed AC to the max because we just finished a hard day in the heat. The management cranked the AC for us as we drove in. The beds were soft, my whole team woke up super refreshed!

Really great overall experience on my sleep stopover during a long trip. The room was simple but clean and had everything I needed. The area had some basic amenities while also being surrounded by natural beauty. I was glad for driving the extra 25 minutes to avoid larger cities and chain hotels. I highly recommend! The property was perfect, very clean and well kept. You can tell it is run by people who really care. Service was outstanding. When we asked for an item they did not have on hand, they went out to the store to get it for us!

This was one of the best motels I have stayed in. Right from check in to check out everything was wonderful. The rooms were very clean the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar was very well stocked and very clean. This motel gives you a small hometown feel the mats very inviting. I would definitely stay again and am looking forward to my next stay there.

The stay was great as usual. we have stayed here multiple times and enjoy every visit.The rooms are extremely clean. Beds made every day fresh towels the room very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this small little motel on the side of the road to anybody that’s traveling on route 17 in New York or is anywhere near Hancock, New York great Little town. We suggest the old bat factory for your coffee and breakfast needs good sandwiches made fresh in the restaurant area, again friendly staff and it’s walkable distance from the motel. They also have mobile gas at that location. There is a McDonald’s diagonally across the street which closes early so don’t wait till late to get your snack from there. There is a small old-fashioned diner in town that also has good food and an Italian restaurant which we didn’t get to try, but it looked like it was busy.I suggest you give this motel a try you won’t be disappointed as far as I’m concerned.

They also have mobile gas at that location. There is a McDonald’s diagonally across the street which closes early so don’t wait till late to get your snack from there. There is a small old-fashioned diner in town that also has good food and an Italian restaurant which we didn’t get to try, but it looked like it was busy.I suggest you give this motel a try you won’t be disappointed as far as I’m concerned.
