This hotel was rated as very good and honestly, I’m not sure why. When we walked into the room, there was half of a candy wrapper and a cellophane wrapper of some type on the floor. The carpet was sticky, so we kept our shoes on at all times. The sink had toothpaste splatters on the faucet, handle and the area behind it. The door to the outside didn’t close tightly and seal. You could see through the crack to the outside which means god knows how many bugs could get in. It was just a very icky room. Not sure why they accept pets because there was no clean grassy area to walk them. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was incredible. The only two things that were slight inconveniences where that the back door lock demagantized the key everytime we used it. Apparently the staff knew about it and we were not informed at check in, plus there was no sign informing people about the lock messing with their keys. The breakfast in the morning wasn't very good and we decided to have breakfast off property.

We came in with 2 children for a 3 day stay and was very pleased with this motel. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. The customer service was very accommodating. My only disappointment was the breakfast. They need to add a protein other than boiled eggs.

Parking lot had fresh blacktop making entrance more difficult to enter. Had repeated issue with door being able to be locked. Entrance angle caused the front end of my car to scrape. Room was clean and updated. Staff was very good.

Room was ready. Bed was made with a dirty sheet. Called office, sent maid. Maid looked at spot and touched it said oh it won’t come off on you. Told her I wanted a fresh sheet. She didn’t take kindly to that. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have. Lamps were almost fully rusted thru. Took air conditioner along time to cool room. Bathroom sink area was dirty. When we look into the breakfast room, they had counters filled with dirty laundry. Very uncomfortable and old mattresses, the pillows were so lumpy and disgusting. One had 1 washcloth and one towel for king size room with 2 people staying in it. Would not recommend this place.

Most discusting unclean place I have ever stayed at. Used condoms behind the bed. Dirty sheets with stains and cigarette burns on them. The shampoo was completely empty. The room was disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was a joke. For the money I paid I was not very happy I feel as if I was ripped off

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have worked in house keeping many MANY years, & this was horrendous. To run from Florida to make sure we were safe from a hurricane & have to lay our head at a hotel that we didn't even feel comfortable or clean is was ridiculous. Ketchup packet tears left on the counter, hair EVERYWHERE that was not ours, some ketchup greasy stuff in the sink, what looked to be blood on the walls in two different spots.

Terrible place to stay. Infested with roaches. They scattered everywhere when I turned the bathroom light on. Staff was friendly but I couldn’t even bring myself to bring my bags in or stay the night in the room because of the bugs.

Entry door to room didn’t seal or close very well, you could see light around door when closed at night. Remote to TV was evidently not a remote intended for the TV. Will not be my first choice for a place to stay when traveling through the city again.

When we first opened the room, the air was filled with smoke. I booked a non smoking room for my family and I. They changed our room. It was outdated, dirty, bugs on the wall, and brown stains on the sheets. I just felt so disgusted. I called the front office and informed the woman that there were stains on the sheets and requested clean ones. She proceeded to ask me where were the stains. Ma\'am, on the sheets. She seemed annoyed and unwelcoming. I called the front desk around 5:30 am and asked the same woman what time does breakfast start and she said 9am. I decided to clean up a bit to let time past until 9am. I get there at 9am and she said it was over. I said, "I called and you stated 9am". She laughed on my face in front of other customers. Not funny. We checked out and went across the street to LaQuinta where we had a great experience. I would not recommend this place. It is dirty and we didn\'t feel welcomed.

It was great. I was able to get a room within minutes because I had to cancel at another hotel nearby due to the cleanliness! Staff was very informative and friendly!

There was no shower curtain. Desk clerk refused to bring one. Told me housekeeping was not available. The toilet stool handle was not functional. I had to flush toilet by reaching down in the water.

I had a nice stay here. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom floor had stuff on it like it hadn't been swept, though it did smell as if it had been mopped, and there was trash in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk was very cheerful, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was continental and the coffee was good. The location was excellent with many restaurants within walking distance, though beware that there are no sidewalks and the street is very busy. I thought it was slightly pricey but I would probably stay here again.

Most discusting unclean place I have ever stayed at. Used condoms behind the bed. Dirty sheets with stains and cigarette burns on them. The shampoo was completely empty. The room was disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was a joke. For the money I paid I was not very happy I feel as if I was ripped off

I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was incredible. The only two things that were slight inconveniences where that the back door lock demagantized the key everytime we used it. Apparently the staff knew about it and we were not informed at check in, plus there was no sign informing people about the lock messing with their keys. The breakfast in the morning wasn't very good and we decided to have breakfast off property.

Very convenient to the Mall of LaGrange and to fast food. Breakfast and staff are excellent and everything is very clean. Slightly older building.

We came in with 2 children for a 3 day stay and was very pleased with this motel. Pool was nice. Rooms were clean. The customer service was very accommodating. My only disappointment was the breakfast. They need to add a protein other than boiled eggs.

We loved our stay. The room was in good condition, no bugs. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff was friendly.

Nice clean room. Nice, helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was a bit blah … continental means basically prepackage processed food except for boiled eggs. Coffee was good.

Their breakfast was lacking options!! They had cereal, yogurt, bagel, muffins and a barely working pancake machine. But other than that things were good! The full-size double beds were small but slept 3.5. I would have booked else where if they had a refund policy. I even had insurance on the stay and canceled it because it was a refund policy with the hotel itself so if you book it don’t get insurance!! But they were next to every food joint you could want and walk to!! Including a mall

We waited one hour to check in. The hotel needs more staff at peak check in hours. The breakfast need’s protein items. Nothing butter sugar cereal and pastries

The bedspread had ink spots on it an it wasn't that clean, the bathroom door didn't close to good,you have to pull really hard on it .the front door has a big crack in it were we got bugs in the room at night, behind the nightstands were very dirty. I didn't like when I checked in an I didn't have a bath mat an the lady didn't believe me as if I was lieing, she keep saying I don't believe it not a bath mat.😡. Ms. Ruthie went over an beyond her job an I really appreciate it.
