They're thieves; they're the absolute worst.

The room was good but the outside and the elevator smells. The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? She sounded like she wanted to fight over my question, and started to tell me that there is a lot of people coming like I am not one of them. That woman doesn’t like that job I bet

Stay far away from this property!!! My family (Hus, Wife, 3 Kids) traveled from NYC to GA for my sons HS graduation. Typically I’d look for accommodations with a pool and lots of amenities for the kids but I knew we wouldn’t spend barely anytime in the hotel other than to sleep and shower, so I went with convenience, something close to my son’s home and graduation. Lawerenceville came up as a good choice and price. So we booked. Did read reviews like I normally do.. just booked! WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! This “MOTEL” is straight up nasty. It stinks, smells old wet clothes and mold. You can tell they have NEVER updated anything there. When we arrived and was checking in I already knew what to expect from the lobby (old smelly carpet, broken down furniture, no proper lightening smh) They owner tried to convince us to take a smoking room.. THE ENTIRE HOTEL SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. As we got to our room ( I booked 2 for the older kids) the first room had roaches. I immediately requested another room (She tried to act like she was shocked “Roached oh my”) but hesitated on giving us another. In the next room the smeel was so bad… The A/C didnt work so they gave us a dusty fan. THEN!!l They have a man who seem to be a long term guest (Yeah certain type of ppl stay here IYKYK!) a man who walked up and down the hall like a crazy person.. We had to use chairs to lock our doors because the bolts where all broken in both rooms. Bathroom, bedroom DIRTY! Absolutely worse stay of my life

Yeah everything is great except for a couple of the fans ac1 got great I'm Raymond James I am going to say I am these couple of fans you can come in behind me every time every f****** time no privacy I swear there's cameras and they're talking to me and I know there is at this point it's it's a given so if you got footage of them going in before and after me I want to sue them there's a plagiarizing and stealing from me copyright infringements definition human being my most favorite crime to give them impersonating human beings and animals too impersonating animals they're not even animals are Furman insects petulance P testy it was so dreamy you know get real real quick

Toilet didn’t work and no towels were provided. Front office service was awful
