Rodeway Inn Norcross

I really enjoy staying at this Inn. The rooms are pretty retro but the outdoor lighting is bright and inviting. Shower stays hot no matter how long you shower and the bed is pretty comfortable considering it not being a 5 star. I really like how bright the outdoor lights are at night and how the black out curtains keep all of that out. I also really like the security cam set up. They're everywhere. It may seem as overkill but as a single woman, i couldn't feel safer. The gentlman that greets me in the Lobby is very nice and so is the lady in the morning.

The property is very secure, it’s very quite, the price is reasonable, great staff welcoming!!!

Room smelled of cigarettes and it was so strong i can smell it through the bed sheets.

I come here often because it’s quiet. I reported a musty smell and worn out bed. I complained and they came and replaced a broken chair and I was told because I used the bathroom I couldn’t get another room. I’ve never had a problem until this last stay.

The stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and properly stocked. The staff was cordial and polite.

Nothing we're clean about this hotel.But the guy that checked me in with a pretty nice guy, I did not feel welcome with the other staff.

The place was old and smelled like mold. Lights all had to be turn on with an individual switch. And I was charged extra fees when getting there.

This place should be shut down. I stayed at the Rodeway Inn in Norcross, Georgia, and it was one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life. When I walked into the room, the bathtub was completely stopped up, and it got worse from there. There were used needles floating in the toilet, clear evidence that someone had been shooting up drugs in the room. If that wasn’t enough, there were bloody stains on the blanket and actual feces on the bathroom floor. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks — maybe months. I immediately went to the front desk to complain, and the staff was either indifferent or overwhelmed — either way, nothing was done. This hotel is a serious health hazard and no one should be staying here. I wouldn’t even let a stray animal sleep in that room. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and downright vile. Consider this your warning.

It was comfortable and clean, the staff was exceptional. It was very quiet and close to the hwy.

Bed was comfortable and had a good night sleep. AC works great, good water pressure. Room was spacious.

Its a bit outdated and rn down. But the people are nice and the rooms are mostly clean

Very quiet,slept great,left my eyeglasses on the bed...definitely going to stay anytime I am in town for work

The water has a strong chemical smell but has good water pressure. The ac is cold. The furnishings are nice and the bed was comfortable.

You get what you pay for. At least no roaches. Neighbors fought all night

This property was a great area to stay until my recent booking with them.. Very unprofessional employees and vulgar Owner of this property. Front Desk employees half doing there job it's pathetic! Rooms are beaten down with holes and stains on the wall... Broken toilet paper rolls and sink continues to run water even when it's turned off ... Paint chipped in sink bowl, and mainly very disrespectful housekeepers only provided room with (1 towel and 1 wash cloth) DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER TOWEL, WASH CLOTH, NO HAND TOWELS OR A BATH MAT! Property is just plain out disgusting and lazy... NEVER WOULD I STAY AGAIN!!

The lady who works in the front always has an attitude and is rude. She picks and chooses when to charge a late fee and doesn’t knock before she enters your room.

This hotel is my go to as long as it offers competitive rates per nignts stay. I have stayed at multiple hotels, inns, motels and extended stays for work and I have found Rodeway to be my go to. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. Thank you to Rodeway for giving me a safe, affordable stay. W

The motel and staff were fine. We have been staying at hotels for over a month at this point with no issues. We only stopped here because one of our cars had a brake issue and we put it into brake shop that took overnight. The room was basic yet clean. No bugs. Quiet. Not a lot of traffic or people but the police are an absolute pest. Threatened my husband with arrest for "loitering" while waiting outside our room for our instacart order. Completely overbearing and insane when a family has 2 rooms booked for 2 nights. Said we can only go to car and immediately back to room and its the law. We own a campground and I have never in my life dealt with such nonsense. The surrounding area may have a bad reputation but decent hardworking traveling people shouldnt be harassed for exisiting in a normal manner. Would stay again in the future if it wasnt for the overreaching Norcross police department. Will not be back.

No dining paid 100 dollars deposit still haven't received my deposit not to mention the room nextdoor to me had a fire because they have electric problems not to mention the video I have when I used the bathroom I had to cut the TV off because the bathroom lights jumps when you used the bathroom light and TV oh my daughter got shocked plugging up her phone I have videos of and the fire looking into a lawyer
