The Garden Room, 1 Heath Cottage

Good, but really needed kitchen sink with running water and a stove.

The Garden Room is a lovely, peaceful and safe place to stay for a lady on her own. I recommend it highly. However the directions on this website for the Garden Room are completely incorrect and gave us directions to a place miles away from The Garden Room. Advice to anyone else booking is to ignore the website and purely go by the postcode. The hosts, position and cleanliness are excellent and I couldn’t recommend it more so book it!

Had gotten lost and ended up 3.5 miles away from the property (with no car), but Nigel offered to pick me up late at night and even gave me a lift to my event the next day. Property was very clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of snacks and food. It most certainly ticked a lot of boxes. A big thank you to Nigel for going above and beyond during my stay!

A very clean and inviting little garden property in a quiet and inviting location. It had everything I needed and as I was alone I felt very safe and welcome.

Booked The Garden Room for a two night mini trip with my elderly mother. It was a perfect choice, had everything that we needed and is set in such a tranquil and picturesque location. The hosts, Nigel & Lesley responded very quickly to any messages in the run up to our stay, and were so welcoming on our arrival. Spotlessly clean throughout, very comfortable beds, and so very cosy in the evening. The welcoming goodies left by the hosts were a lovely surprise and so thoughtful. Wonderful find for a mini getaway in beautiful Cheshire.
