The building condition was in terrible shape. The lobby had water leaking into buckets and no breakfast was served as promised. My room's vanity lighting was not working and the TV remote was broken. The shower head did not work. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

QWe stayed here before and it was great. Now, the area is not good. We had to ring a bell to be able to get into the locked reception area. The ceiling in our room had a leak and the plaster is still not fixed. Paint chipped off from all areas in the toilet area. The staff person was less than friendly. Minimal answers. No thank you.

waited in the lobby for an hour just to check in, i traveled from florida. had to be somewhere by 530pm, parking lot full of trash, landscape around building all overgrown, walked into room and immediately was confronted with a horrible stench plus ciggarette smell, super dissapointed!!! the bed looked like a bowl it was so curved. not sure how you can charge that much for this place is insane, mind blown

Place is worn down had to change rooms when checked in. Light didn’t work over bathroom sinks. Nor did phone work. Second room tv remote did not work. Shower/tub not clean. Vending area nasty. Moldy. Grounds dirty. Hangers on ground in walkway. If hadn’t been driving for 9 hours would have went elsewhere

The only positive thing I can say is that it was conveniently located. However, there are many other motels/hotels within sight of this location, so I can't even give it a positive for that. When we pulled up, we immediately noticed the run-down/dirty property. Trash littered the ground that has been there for sometime. Building looked in disrepair. Nothing like the advertised photos. The room itself was filthy. Carpets were sticky & even covered our suitcase with an unknown brown sticky substance. There was trash on the floor (mostly candy wrappers) & there was a strong mildew smell & the pillows reeked of cigarettes. The linens were dirty - stands of hair in the bed & bits of dirt/debris & smelled of feet. Linens were torn- large rip in the middle. By the bed we discovered a blood smear & boogers on the wall. The bed did not fit the frame & all the furniture was dirty & in disrepair. The nightstand lampshade was not secured, so it would fall off. The nightstand was water damage & warped. The dresser draws were filthy. There were roaches- we even found one in the coffee maker. The was not microwave. The pool was closed for remodel. There were dead bugs stuck to the ceiling & a dirt ring around the bathtub. There was also an unfinished wall repair. All the metal fixtures were rusted. We heard nearly a dozen complaints to staff from other guests of same issues & more. Staff was rude to other guests & complained of guests in front of us. Poor management & staff.

We booked this hotel because it was on our way home from North Carolina. Online it had a some very misleading pictures that made it look like a nice hotel. When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk for over 15 minutes, when he finally arrived, he apologized and claimed he was fixing a rooms tv. The grounds are dirty with dead and alive bugs all over. Rooms smelled and the bathrooms were very old and dirty. We had to keep our shoes on because the rug was sticky and disgusting. We felt stuck because we prepaid $90 for this stay. The pool area was a joke, the concrete was cracked or had peeled off, chairs were rusty and dirty. WE went to use the pool, but hotel front desk couldn't find any clean towels, so he brought our three hand towels we thought as a joke, but that was all he had. In the morning we went to have coffee and a hot breakfast, well apples, milk a juice machine with two waffle makers but no waffle mix to use. We asked the lady at the front desk, and she said I can make you some batter if you want a waffle. After returning from the kitchen after 5 minutes she had enough mix for one waffle and went back to the desk, we had 6 people waiting for waffles, we left his bad experience behind and will never stay at a Quality Inn again. I am disappointed Hotels.com has this even available for anyone to stay, it's an embarrassment.

You have to ring a door bell to enter the lobby (this is around 5pm) which had buckets on the floor to collect water dripping from the ceiling. It was stuffy and muggy no air conditioning or fan to blow the stagnant air. My room key didn't work so back to the lobby I went. The women (I assume owner because she didn't have a uniform on) who checked me in completely ignored me, she made eye contact then walked away. A uniformed employee walked me to the room to show "how" to open the door, apparently you must insert the card 5 to 7 times to get the green light then pull the handle up not down to open. Once inside good golly disgusting. Cigarette burns on the furniture of the non smoking room, stains on pretty much every surface, dust and random hair on lamps and headboard, remote control greasy, toilet and bathtub heavily stained and there was used soap with hair on it in the shower. Vomit. I was not expecting the Ritz however I was expecting clean.

When we arrived there was mattresses outside which should have been our sign to leave but we decided to try and stay. Upon check in after three rooms there was black mold in all of them. Used condoms under the bed, crack pipes and used needles all over the parking lot and worse’s of all we seen dead bed bugs which means you know there is live ones.

The rooms were not the cleanest. There was no mattress pads on the beds, the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. There was mold in the bathtub. They had no ground floor rooms available which made things hard for me to navigate the stairs.

There was no remote in two of the three rooms that I booked. All of the floors were dirty. One of the beds looked as if it had been slept in already. There was no trash can or coffee maker in one room as well. Another room had terrible water pressure. There was a lamp shade that I had to attach in one room. The pictures looked absolutely nothing like the actual hotel. The only reason we stayed was because we were so exhausted from an all day trip to an amusement park and because I had prepaid and booked prior to leaving for our trip. I have reached out to the hotel but no response from anyone there. There seemed to not be a lot of concern for guests comfort just from the experience we had. Also, I booked three rooms and they were all separated from each other all over the hotel.

Room was disgustingly run down. Holes in walls, dirty walls, dirty bathroom, ice pail was filthy with no bags to put ice in. The whole place was so rundown. Staff was rude. Would never ever recommend this hotel…

Well when I went to check in and was given a room, all the lights wouldn't work but one. There were six lights in the room. I called the front desk about not having working lights. I was told by the person at the desk that house keeping wouldn't be back until tomorrow. At that time, the lights can be replaced. I was not satisfied with that response. Me and my son went up to the front desk and I was assigned another room. This room had issues of its own. There was a smell in the room. There was a hole in the wall, wallpaper coming off in the bathroom. There was a stain in the sheets. The fitted sheets didn't fit what appeared to be full size beds that suppose to be 2 queen beds. This exposed not so sanitary mattresses thats no safe for anyone. There was no phone in the room. Tub not clean, it was brown. Door wouldn't close all the way. Water didn't run out faucet freely Remote didn't work. And to top it all, when I returned to the room later that evening around 9:30, there a SNAKE in front of the room that went into the shrubbery. Again, the office was called on my personal phone(no phone in room) to make them aware of this snake in front of the room. I was told that the manager was texted and made aware. Wow!!! I went for coffee in the breakfast area arriving at 5:57 am. I was fully aware that breakfast starts at 6 am. This young lady was playing very vulgar music not fitting for an establishment of this magnitude (or so I thought) loudly. I was ashamed the company itself!!!

Door wouldn’t open, no one at desk. Tv, alarm clock and coffee maker didn’t work. Was told they didn’t have any rooms available to switch us. This morning at 6:30 am doors were locked at lobby and no one answer door bell so we couldn’t return keys . Def will not stay at that property again
Door wouldn’t open, no one at desk. Tv, alarm clock and coffee maker didn’t work. Was told they didn’t have any rooms available to switch us. This morning at 6:30 am doors were locked at lobby and no one answer door bell so we couldn’t return keys . Def will not stay at that property again

The service was on the bottom of the scale. Not professional at all. The room was horrible. The door lock was barely hanging on the door and didn’t lock! The next morning after not sleeping at all- the staff wanted to argue with me about the bill that showed a credit (within parentheses) and she said that definitely shows a charge. Then they at first didn’t want to give me a refund!!

Long hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Mold and certain corners of the hotel room. Door bent and big cracks in the door frame. Found other people clothes left in the hotel room. And I barely could get the TV to work. I was very upset and unsatisfied.

First off the general manager is never on property, she handles all business with her employees over the phone. Stayed at hotel for several weeks waiting for house to be renovated. Nothing worked but Housekeeping staff was amazing and friendly and did their best to accommodate my family. Asian lady closed breakfast early and then snapped at my kids for not understanding that she was shutting down breakfast. Front desk clerk name Sky clearly could careless about her job none the less the plp who come in and out hotel. She never had an answer for anything, held personal conversations (cursing and all) on her phone while checking in guest, went to lobby one day and she even had her baby behind the desk while she worked. She’s also the one who told me hotel couldn’t take cash, so then she charged my card and then when the charge was pending, told me I would then either have to pay cash for the night or leave, told me they didn’t charge my card ( they clearly did) and that the money would be returned back to my card. It never was. Called corporate who then told me they would have to wait to speak to the general manager ( who is never present at the hotel) to verify my refund. I’ve never seen a hotel ran like this, but it’s understandable being that there is never a manager around, please do not stay her, def recommend Baymont right next door, they were just a lil pricey for my current situation, but I should’ve payed to stay there rather then deal with the BS at quality in.

The only thing was great was the feeling of the shower. This hotel has really went down. Every time I go to Valdosta this was our go to hotel, but not anymore it’s gotten worse. Not only that Customer Service was horrible. Receptionist was very rude. There wasn’t any housekeeping not enough towels and I had a 2 bed hotel room. I had to change rooms and the pictures are proof of why. I have a video of the AC making a loud noise like as if maintenance was trying to fix it and didn’t put the cover back on all the way. Next time we come back this hotel will not be the one.

Nothing worked, tv didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, housekeeping staff was very nice and friendly, one of the front desk clerks should be fired literally brought her baby to work and cussed on her personal phone calls while checking in customers, General manager is never available, and handles business with her employees Over the phone

Room listed available & booked & paid for . Front door locked with kids running around. Waited over an hour to check in to be told they were over booked. Upon checking into the room we noticed that the bedding was not changed after the last check out. While in the room on the second day front desk staff checked someone else into our room (we had not checked out) so a stranger was able to walk right into our room. Property is not maintained. Ceiling in front lobby leaking right in front of clerk desk …. No one cared. Will not stay again nor will I recommend to anyone

You have to ring a door bell to enter the lobby (this is around 5pm) which had buckets on the floor to collect water dripping from the ceiling. It was stuffy and muggy no air conditioning or fan to blow the stagnant air. My room key didn't work so back to the lobby I went. The women (I assume owner because she didn't have a uniform on) who checked me in completely ignored me, she made eye contact then walked away. A uniformed employee walked me to the room to show "how" to open the door, apparently you must insert the card 5 to 7 times to get the green light then pull the handle up not down to open. Once inside good golly disgusting. Cigarette burns on the furniture of the non smoking room, stains on pretty much every surface, dust and random hair on lamps and headboard, remote control greasy, toilet and bathtub heavily stained and there was used soap with hair on it in the shower. Vomit. I was not expecting the Ritz however I was expecting clean.

So we arrived on 12/12 and was stuck waiting for almost 40 minutes. Called several of times while in the lobby no ring and nobody at desk. My stay there was not a good one. Housekeeping never came to clean the room the whole time I was there and I had to get my own toilet paper. The two ladies there the one when I checked in and the one when I checked out was great but that was all good about that stay. The place is old and need a lot of upgrades.

We had stayed at a Quality Inn the night before in Indiana and had a good experience, so we took a chance on this one. The hotel was situated back behind buildings, finding the entrance was not easy. The clientele was not the most desired. This is definitely NOT a family place. The king bed sank in the middle, and we had only 1 towel between the 2 of us. The coffee service in our room only had decaf selections and was missing a piece from the coffee maker so the coffee could not even be made properly. At the end of the stay, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom (at least it looked like one). I have been banned by family again to pick the hotel.

Got subway left my sandwich on the table to go get my drink out the car and within 5 minutes when I returned to the room ROACHES close to 10 was enjoying my sub. 😳😳😳. I went to the office to address my concerns and was blown off and refused to help. I checked out right then and left. Ending my birthday weekend early

While the staff was ok, (nothing above the basic job,) the property wasn’t your average Quality Inn. People hollering all night, insane number of plates of food surrounding the parking lot I’m assuming the permanent resident in 112 who roams around yelling “Holy blood!” sets out for cats? There were tons of bugs crawling in the sink, breakfast was less than desirable, TV didn’t work, door didn’t close all the way, etc. All to be expected if you paid $20/night off the interstate but for $70/night I’d expect extermination and a working TV at least.

The building condition was in terrible shape. The lobby had water leaking into buckets and no breakfast was served as promised. My room's vanity lighting was not working and the TV remote was broken. The shower head did not work. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

If you’re wanting to stay here don’t…I booked this hotel online due to it being a halfway point to our location. We arrived here in the early morning hours (1ish). We get to our room to find stains on the sheets and black mold in the bathrooms.. asked about a room change but was told this was the only double room available. Keep in mind there’s 12 cars in the huge parking lot. The only positive was free breakfast. They have waffles.

We booked this hotel because it was on our way home from North Carolina. Online it had a some very misleading pictures that made it look like a nice hotel. When we first arrived there was no one at the front desk for over 15 minutes, when he finally arrived, he apologized and claimed he was fixing a rooms tv. The grounds are dirty with dead and alive bugs all over. Rooms smelled and the bathrooms were very old and dirty. We had to keep our shoes on because the rug was sticky and disgusting. We felt stuck because we prepaid $90 for this stay. The pool area was a joke, the concrete was cracked or had peeled off, chairs were rusty and dirty. WE went to use the pool, but hotel front desk couldn't find any clean towels, so he brought our three hand towels we thought as a joke, but that was all he had. In the morning we went to have coffee and a hot breakfast, well apples, milk a juice machine with two waffle makers but no waffle mix to use. We asked the lady at the front desk, and she said I can make you some batter if you want a waffle. After returning from the kitchen after 5 minutes she had enough mix for one waffle and went back to the desk, we had 6 people waiting for waffles, we left his bad experience behind and will never stay at a Quality Inn again. I am disappointed Hotels.com has this even available for anyone to stay, it's an embarrassment.

We had to book last minute. The staff member was great and tried his best. The staff member was alone. With lots of people to help. The room we booked and paid for was not avalible. Only 1 bed for 4 people left. The room was not very clean. Was not the best experience.

Room was great but I'm a non smoker and the room had a scent of smoke the entire stay that bothered me and the scent was in my clothes
