프런트의 직원분들이 다 너무 친절하셔요. 방도 가격대비 훌륭해요. 로비도 작지만 쾌적하고, 짐보관 장소도 따로 있어요. 가장 훌륭한 부분은 테라스 같아요. 정말 200프로 만족했어요. 아침에 테라스에서 간단하게 차려서 교회랑 황새둥지보면서 새소리 들으며 먹는데 정말 행복했어요..

Wir sind erst spät angereist doch der späte Check-In war kein Problem und wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Der Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert, vor Ort muss lediglich noch die Touristen-Steuer bezahlt werden (sowohl Bar als auch mir Karte möglich). Das Zimmer war klein, aber für den Preis angemessen. Für längere Aufenthalte mit Koffern zu klein, für eine Nacht jedoch ausreichend. Allerdings war das Zimmer beim betreten sehr warm, wärmer als draußen. Nach kurzem Durchlüften und Einschalten der Klimaanlage aber schnell behoben. Das Hotel bietet eine kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Check-out an, was uns sehr gelegen kam:)

Great place with excellent people! They really went out of their way to accommodate every need and even held our luggage for five hours after we checked out. Definitely would recommend this establishment.

A very nice, very clean, modern interior property. Room had all basic amenities. Great location, only a short walk from marina and shops, cafe s and bars. Had underground parking at a price which can only be accessed by seeing reception first so very secure. Only a few spaces though so could be a problem if a lot of people had cars. Used this as an overnight stay after arriving at the airport and travelling onto holiday destination next day. Would recommend as reasonable value for money, very tidy, easily accessible from airport and pleasant staff. Definitely worth a try. We chose this as other reviews were very positive and they were not wrong.

Property is located at a very busy traffic intersection with constant vehicle beeping and human voices that continue well into the morning hours. The room was clean but bed was very uncomfortable. Most of the personnel were friendly, except for one guy named Nuno who was obnoxios despite having a smile on his face. We reserved two nights and stayed only one. They have 7 car garage and offer a parking at 7.50 a day. I initially paid for 2 days. My car was the only one in the garage. Since we left a day early i asked if we could be charged for 1 day and that was immediately refused. This is not a money discussion but an example of how desperate these people are.Definitely made a wrong choice by staying there. Avoid the place; you can do a lot better elsewhere.

Hote was almost perfect for our needs, close to hospital and old town. Staff wobderful and helpful, storing suit case before we arrived. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of variety and choice.

Very average facility, clean, well kept, cheap furnishings, Bed was not comfortable, staff however was very good. 5 minute walk to train or bus, excellent location. Everything worked well and it seems that the place was well maintained. There is a parking garage and a reasonably priced breakfast.

Well the first room we stayed in on the second floor had ants all over the bathroom walls and in the room itself we thought we got them all but an hour later loads more came from no where told reception thay tried to fob us off at first but then moved us to another room but then woke up with bites all over my head from bed bugs so I would highly recommend you avoid this place my head as been sore now for 24 hours from leaving this place

Hotel muy céntrico en Faro, pero mal cuidado. Baños sucios con mobiliario en mal estado. Camas bien, funcionales. Sin problemas. No había sitio para dejar las maletas. Echamos de menos un frigorífico en la habitación. El personal muy atento y servicial. Precio algo excesivo para el hotel que es.

This property was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are sufficient - no frills at all. The rooms are extremely small, beds are also very basic and not very comfortable. The bathroom may possibly be the smallest bathroom I have ever been in. I had to position myself in the corner to be able to shut the door. We did not stay for breakfast but there was a nice courtyard and breakfast area. This is a no frills, basic hotel - but also low cost. Parking was not convenient. This hotel was fine for a quick sleep and is a decent low cost alternative but if looking for more - this may not be the hotel for you.

This hotel is centrally located in Faro and is a solid choice but the room we stayed in the first night was super noisy due to it being so close to the busy street. On the second night we moved into one of the interior rooms which was much better for sleeping.

Nice staff, clean hotel with paper-thin walls. I could hear all the rooms in the hotel - music, conversations, yelling - you name it. Motel 6 has more privacy. And, I had to go out to get coffee, or buy 15 euro breakfast in the hotel just to get coffee. The average price for coffee is 80 cents.

It was clean and convenient. The staff was great. However the rooms are very small! They don’t list the size of the rooms in the listing and I suspect this is because they are so small. We stayed one night. Came in late and left early so it was ok for us but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer.

I spent 4 nights here with my sister. Check in was very straightforward, Daniela was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was exceptionally clean. We had breakfast each morning in the courtyard, there was a hot choice of scrambled egg/sausage/bacon along with various meats, cereals, fruits and cheese. Great value for money. It is in a great location for the Old Town, Bus station and Railway station. We would definitely stay here again.

Front desk, Root, was amazing. Got me an earlier check in because I wasn’t feeling well. Also listening to people asking for information she gave them in detail info and so friendly. Also she was giving help booking and making arrangements for guests. The area is not the best but so close to train station and old town.

Is my second time with Kavia and don't regret. Small hotel in city centre of Faro. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Bedroom and hotel in general very clean. I'll definitely return!

The hotel was in a great location just a block from the main dinning and shopping area. We had a good city view over looking the inner court yard which was nice and quite. The only down side was the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not very congenial or friendly overall with the exception of 1 person whose name we did not get. The house keeping staff on the other hand we very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is centrally located close to the train station, bus station and central shopping area and old town. There were lots of restaurants close by also. The staff were welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and modern but basic. I personally didn't like the position of my room, it was located on the ground floor with the window looking out into a public courtyard, as such I never felt comfortable opening the curtains as everyone passing by could see straight into the room, however I think almost every other room in the hotel was better situated!

The hotel is centrally located close to the train station, bus station and central shopping area and old town. There were lots of restaurants close by also. The staff were welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and modern but basic. Location, location, location. A couple of hundred yards/meters from the old city center in an older charming eclectic neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and sightseeing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was of a decent size with a pretty view. Obrigado!

Basic but clean. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and tidy. The bathroom was small and showed some wear and tear but was clean. The room was no frills but it served the purpose and agin was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was a little sketchy at least to us. But it was a quick walk to the train station.

A good solid budget hotel just outside of Faro centre - but just a 5 min walk away. Room was spotless - if a bit basic. It's very near the train station and on the airport side of town so as a transit spot it's recommendable. Staff were friendly and helpful

I spent 4 nights here with my sister. Check in was very straightforward, Daniela was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was exceptionally clean. We had breakfast each morning in the courtyard, there was a hot choice of scrambled egg/sausage/bacon along with various meats, cereals, fruits and cheese. Great value for money. It is in a great location for the Old Town, Bus station and Railway station. We would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel bien placé avec un accueil sympathique. On peut s’y rendre en bus de l’aéroport. Un membre du personnel partait français.Nous avions une chambre triple avec une décoration contemporaine, propre et au calme (côté cour) avec un balcon. Un matelas (à ressorts) était inconfortable. La salle de bain est agréable. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré : le jus d’orange n’est pas pur jus et il n’y a pas de viennoiseries. Les gâteaux emballés ne sont pas très bons. Bon rapport/qualité prix. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Nice staff, clean hotel with paper-thin walls. I could hear all the rooms in the hotel - music, conversations, yelling - you name it. Motel 6 has more privacy. And, I had to go out to get coffee, or buy 15 euro breakfast in the hotel just to get coffee. The average price for coffee is 80 cents.

Very good unpretentious hotel with the city centre, bus and train stations all within easy reach. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, fresh bedding and comfortable bed. Very welcoming friendly staff. Breakfast mainly continental and as expected for a Hotels.com 3* hotel. Would stay again as a single traveller.

Wonderful and helpful front desk staff went above and beyond to be helpful:) The lady with the long dark hair was particularly kind and welcoming. Beautiful courtyard. Modern rooms. Comfortable beds and Ac. Our room ac unit seemed moldy or dusty and seemed to maybe need routine cleaning. There was mold behind toilet in bathroom and peeling paint. The room smelled strongly of air freshener coverup. The location is great. 15 mins drive from airport. €11 Uber. Easy walk to loads of restaurants. There’s a convenience store under a minutes walk from the hotel with a good selection of food and drinks.

My room had a sizeable amount of MOLD in the bathroom, behind and above the toilet. This is a HEALTH HAZARD! I went downsairs to tell the front desk person about the mold and that I wanted to change rooms. At first he said that there were no rooms. Then he said if he moved me to a different room I would have to pay the difference since it was a larger room. I told him that was not acceptable since the mold was not my fault. Then he told me he would work on it and get back to me after I went to dinner. When I came back from dinner he said there was a room on an upper floor but the elevator didn't go there. I'd have to carry my large luggage up 2 flights of stairs. he said he couldn't assist me. I specifically booked this hotel because they have an elevator and I have back issues. I declined the rooms change and kept the bathroom door with the mold closed all night. I checked out super early so as to not be in a room with MOLD. I spoke with a manager the next day and she said she'd get back to me Monday, but didn't. I wrote to her again. The Hotel Director REFUSED to give me any refund or compensation for a room with mold. They took no responsibility for this health hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE!
