Rigtig fint hotel, med en fantastisk billigenhed. vi var der i start januar og måske off season, hotellet er stort og flot, med pool på taget og disko i kælderen. Det er smukt på en måde der minder om en storhedstid i 80’erne. Vi havde et billigt mindre værelse der var helt ok, ikke noget prangende, men her er sikkert, en god seng, varmt vand og et køleskab osv. Godt for et par der vil bruge mere tid i templer, gader og på Nilen end på et hotelværelse.

Apart from some hicups with the charges of our laundry and the over quoting of our airport transfer the staff and location were great. All issues were fixed and all the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. They took extra care with my son and they all learnt his bame by the time we left. I wouldnt order the cocktails as they werent very good but the other drinks were really nice and the staff serving the food and drinks were very attentive and caring. The view from the roof was amazing and the swimming pool was next level amazing after a hot day out. There was also a small issue with the power going out on and off one day but didnt ruin our experience and was fixed promptly. Walking distance to some restaurants is about 10minutes

We spent only one night at this hotel but it was worth it! Very spacious, comfortable. It had a beautiful view on the roof top. Room was very neat and organized. I’ll add the room air conditioner was not so cold but it felt fresh enough to rest. There was a spa that really helped me relax from all my visits through Egypt this was extra charge but they offered so many options that you can pick. Staff in general very kind and offered a good service. I liked they were so flexible with breakfast, we had to leave earlier in the morning and they packed our breakfast. We were so satisfy with the service.

20min walk from Luxor temple, several restaurants for dinner and a rooptoppool. On arrival they give you a personal tour in the hotel. Only negative point is that there is no extra AC in the gym. Or i didn't find it.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a good size and had a kettle and tea bags which is nice. The staff were friendly and helpful though sometimes it took repeated requests for things such as toilet roll. If you want to use the steam room or sauna there is an extra charge of $10 per person and they need notice so you can’t just go down and use it. Food in the bar is basic so better to go elsewhere. Would recommend the steigenberger hotel nearby as it has 2 restaurants- Italian and Lebanese and the food is good.

Super lækkert hotel. Ligger lige ved siden af Luxor-tempel. Vi var der kun 1 nat, men det er den bedste søvn, jeg fik på hele turen til Egypten. Da vi ankom, spurgte vi efter en chauffør, som kunne tage os rundt til de top 5 seværdigheder i Luxor. Efter 30 min dukkede der en mand op, som var sammen med os resten af dagen. Morgenmaden var glimrende. Vi boede på 5. etage, så larm fra gaden var overhovedet ikke slemt.

Super lækkert hotel. Ligger lige ved siden af Luxor-tempel. Vi var der kun 1 nat, men det er den bedste søvn, jeg fik på hele turen til Egypten. Hotel and room was beautiful. Very nice decor. Checking in was OK. Inwas first at the desk, however I waa skipped and a European man was assisted ahead of me. My room was great!. However the shower wasn't working. It was 10pm at night when I checked in. The hotel didn't seem to have a lot of guest. I had been traveling all day. I asked if they could give me a different room. Instead they sent 4 repair men to my room at 11pm at night. I am a Lady traveling solo. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. It also was very intrusive at that time of night when I was exhausted. Other than that the staff a s everyone was polite. I would come back.

Super lækkert hotel. Ligger lige ved siden af Luxor-tempel. Vi var der kun 1 nat, men det er den bedste søvn, jeg fik på hele turen til Egypten. Da vi ankom, spurgte vi efter en chauffør, som kunne tage os rundt til de top 5 seværdigheder i Luxor. Efter 30 min dukkede der en mand op, som var sammen med os resten af dagen. Morgenmaden var glimrende. Vi boede på 5. etage, så larm fra gaden var overhovedet ikke slemt.

From the security guards to front office to waiters , everyone in this hotel was extremely friendly and polite . Everyone was very helpful , we had come from Cairo with a very bad experience and this hotel blew us away . We’ve not been treated this great at a hotel since our trip to Oman in 2022. Fatthalla went above and beyond for us from check in until check out . He made sure our family was happy and the food was enjoyable . He talked to us about our family and his and made us feel like at home . Mahmoud in the restaurant was very nice and his service was excellent even though we had two young kids , he even played with my daughter like she was the princess . And Fatima sat down with us and listened to us and was very kind ! This hotel should be 5 stars and what you see in the pictures don’t do it justice . The pool water was a little cold for us but other than that , it was amazing stay and would stay here and recommend this place

Hotel and room was beautiful. Very nice decor. Checking in was OK. Inwas first at the desk, however I waa skipped and a European man was assisted ahead of me. My room was great!. However the shower wasn't working. It was 10pm at night when I checked in. The hotel didn't seem to have a lot of guest. I had been traveling all day. I asked if they could give me a different room. Instead they sent 4 repair men to my room at 11pm at night. I am a Lady traveling solo. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. It also was very intrusive at that time of night when I was exhausted. Other than that the staff a s everyone was polite. I would come back.

Rigtig fint hotel, med en fantastisk billigenhed. vi var der i start januar og måske off season, hotellet er stort og flot, med pool på taget og disko i kælderen. Det er smukt på en måde der minder om en storhedstid i 80’erne. Vi havde et billigt mindre værelse der var helt ok, ikke noget prangende, men her er sikkert, en god seng, varmt vand og et køleskab osv. Godt for et par der vil bruge mere tid i templer, gader og på Nilen end på et hotelværelse.

20min walk from Luxor temple, several restaurants for dinner and a rooptoppool. On arrival they give you a personal tour in the hotel. Only negative point is that there is no extra AC in the gym. Or i didn't find it.

Perfect location to discover the beautiful city of Luxor. The hotel is apparently quite new, very well furnished. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Beds were very good. The view from the room was astonishing, but the one from the rooftop was even better. It was very relaxing to use the swimming pool after a day of visits. We had our lunches there: breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the dinner on the rooftop with an unforgettable view on the sunset over the Nile. All the staff people were very professional, dedicated, friendly and efficient. We recommend this hotel, perfect for a very comfortable discovery of Luxor.

Apart from some hicups with the charges of our laundry and the over quoting of our airport transfer the staff and location were great. All issues were fixed and all the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. They took extra care with my son and they all learnt his bame by the time we left. I wouldnt order the cocktails as they werent very good but the other drinks were really nice and the staff serving the food and drinks were very attentive and caring. The view from the roof was amazing and the swimming pool was next level amazing after a hot day out. There was also a small issue with the power going out on and off one day but didnt ruin our experience and was fixed promptly. Walking distance to some restaurants is about 10minutes

I stayed here for a week and found the hotel, and especially the staff, amazing. This very reasonably-priced luxury hotel has a most attractive classical Egyptian theme throughout and everything is kept spotlessly clean I requested a room looking out over the Nile and it was well worth the little extra it cost. The food - breakfast, lunch and dinner - was all to a very high standard, the service was great, and the cost was almost embarassingly low for such quality. The Italian restaurant has a very talented chef and I ate there most evenings. The rooftop bar and pool are a great bonus. Every single member of staff I had dealings with was friendly, cheerful and most helpful. I make special mention of Marina, Katherine and Fatma (front of office supervisors) and Naglaa (housekeeper supervisor) and their staff who looked after me so well. Thank you. I will be back! .

This place took me by surprise, as I had no idea it was so grand when I booked it through Hotels.com. Marble everywhere, huge hallways, three restaurants: - upscale French; casual Italian (delicious lasagna); and a bistro where breakfast is served. There’s also a cozy pub and an outdoor lounge on the roof-top, pool deck, where the chefs pick herbs from the gardens. The customer service throughout the hotel was excellent. I was upgraded to a king room with a balcony offering a lovely view over The Nile to the West Bank - including Hatshepsut’s Mortuary Temple - and I watched the sun go down over the pharaoh’s tombs. The room was spacious and well fitted out: the bed comfortable and the shower hot and strong. I ordered the American breakfast one morning and the most amazing amount of food arrived for the meagre sum of EGP250! Customer Service Manager, Esraa (formerly of the famous Winter Palace Hotel), is an Egyptian goddess who can and does make anything happen: like my very late checkout 🙏. I was instantly addicted to the welcome drink (a secret recipe) and she ensured that my cravings were sated! I had a luxurious three night stay and would happily return.

Staff here were excellent from the moment we arrived they couldn’t do enough for us. A welcome drink and a cool towel were welcome from the heat outside. Rooms were clean, though dated. Food and drinks were mostly good. The pool and rooftop bar were treats for the end of the day heat. Great price for the service and service.

Very friendly staff especially the waitstaff. The rooftop bar/restaurant/ pool was very good and great for sunsets. Room was good. Everyone did their job well. Slightly weak (but free) wifi would be the only thing that could be improved. The area is good, walkable from Luxor temple and many other restaurants. And cab no 498 (Allah?) is very dependable and friendly. We found him just outside in the morning and used him for everything.
