Eu esperava mais do hotel, fiquei decepcionada. Pegamos uns dias de muito vento, piscina aquecida a base de pagamento por dia, cama muito mole, fazendo um buraco nas laterais e no meio mais alta! A refeição no festival bauxada santista foi de um preço bom, mas deixando a desejar na textura da carne e sabor. Sugestão da sobremesa não foi boa! A pizzaria não tinha chopp, no hotel um chopp dama horrível! Restaurante muito caro por pessoa fora a bebida. Os atendentes todos muito atenciosos e prestativos! Pelo preço esperava um hotel mais luxuoso. Ele é simples, Rústico e pouca atração! Cobrando no cartão ao entrar 4 mil reais, no check-out gastamos 1.100 reais, mas no nosso cartão ainda consta os 4 mil na nossa fatura! Viagem de aniversário e foi razoável Obrigada terezinha

Beautiful property and beautiful beach to walk around. Views from the patio to the pool area/ocean were incredible. It truly was paradise. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 was there’s not much to do during the week. The list of things to do states casino. We get there and we’re told it’s only open Friday and Saturday. That was misleading. Also it says golf course but it’s not part of them. Also misleading. Only one of the two restaurants is open during the week as well and there’s really no options to choose from there. Finally, I would like to see a hot tub. That was a disappointment

Hotel com estrutura gigantesca, muito bonito e aconchegante. Possui um lobby bar com variados drinks, feitos com maestria pelo Roberto e servidos pelo Welington, sempre de bom humor e competência nota 10. Oferecem serviço de praia com bebidas, petiscos, etc, e o Jean nos atendeu super bem, rápido e eficiente. As refeições que estão inclusas no pacote são servidas no restaurante Brisa, sempre com frutos do mar, peixes, saladas variadas e carnes grelhadas na hora. Muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e cama muito boa. Resumindo, o hotel me surpreendeu positivamente, melhor do que eu esperava. Podem ir de olhos fechados.

Experiência gratificante em um final de semana com o nosso filho de quase 2 anos. Ambiente praticamente 100% climatizado, pé na areia, ótima estrutura e serviço de praia/piscina. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Comidas boas e sem repetição.

O hotel Jequitimar esta otimo em tds os sentidos: alimentação, limpeza, conservação da piscina, academia, funcionarios siper atenciosos. Os maitres providenciavam uma mesa proxima a pista de alimentação, p meu pai, alem de ovos quentes em tds as refeições. So tenho elogios.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. Only 1 pool, and no indoor or heated option (you have to pay extra to use the spa pool). Front desk staff didn’t help much on check in and did not explain how the full board system worked, and did not give all the information about hotel amenities. The hotel was super busy because of a conference and the restaurants were super full and did not accommodate all guests. The room was great (deluxe with ocean view), with an incredible view and very modern and clean. Sometimes, there was a light smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but nothing major. In the end, we enjoyed our stay but it is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED. For the price we payed, I expected exceptional service and amenities, but was only great.

Muito boa mas as informações sobre os serviços e acomodação não foram claras inicialmente embora devo destacar que os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos no decorrer da estadia.Os produtos oferecidos pelo hotel são excelentes.O maior problema foi ter encontrado uma BARATA circulando no café da manhã.

Foi uma experiência incrível. Antes de reservar eu li algumas críticas e sinceramente, são críticas que não fazem sentido algum. O hotel é maravilhoso, o atendimento espetacular, a comida deliciosa... O quarto sempre limpo e perfumado. Funcionários, desde a recepção à limpeza sempre com sorriso no rosto. Com certeza é um hotel que está na lista dos meus favoritos e pretendo voltar em breve.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. A equipe foi super prestativa e nos atendeu super bem , era nosso aniversario de casamento, ganhamos espumante com frutas no quarto, foi impecável. A estrutura do hotel também é muito boa, e a vista é impecável, o nascer do sol dentro do quarto, praticamente.

Outstanding “on the beach” location. Outstanding beach. Great french food Great and spacious rooms. Wishing it would be a bit more affordable so I could stay longer…😊

Possui um lobby bar com variados drinks, feitos com maestria pelo Roberto e servidos pelo Welington, sempre de bom humor e competência nota 10. Oferecem serviço de praia com bebidas, petiscos, etc, e o Jean nos atendeu super bem, rápido e eficiente. As refeições que estão inclusas no pacote são servidas no restaurante Brisa, sempre com frutos do mar, peixes, saladas variadas e carnes grelhadas na hora. Muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e cama muito boa. Resumindo, o hotel me surpreendeu positivamente, melhor do que eu esperava. Podem ir de olhos fechados.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. Only 1 pool, and no indoor or heated option (you have to pay extra to use the spa pool). Front desk staff didn’t help much on check in and did not explain how the full board system worked, and did not give all the information about hotel amenities. The hotel was super busy because of a conference and the restaurants were super full and did not accommodate all guests. The room was great (deluxe with ocean view), with an incredible view and very modern and clean. Sometimes, there was a light smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but nothing major. In the end, we enjoyed our stay but it is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED. For the price we payed, I expected exceptional service and amenities, but was only great.

Faltou um pouco mais de informações no check in, com relação a política de bebidas contratada, relação dos restaurantes disponíveis na estadia e o check out com relação aos lançamentos que seriam lançados e aonde se dirigir para efetuar o check out, o que não fica claro nas informações visuais do hotel, já que existem estações de atendimento dos dois lados. Descobrimos a opção de contratar o late check out por conta e a contratação também não foi digna de uma nota 10. No mais os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, com exceção de alguns seguranças da praia que mesmo dando bom dia duas vezes fazem questão de não responder. Contam com uma boa estrutura, a manutenção é percebida e portanto é um bom custo benefício, carecendo de pequenos detalhes para ficar excepcional.

O hotel Jequitimar esta otimo em tds os sentidos: alimentação, limpeza, conservação da piscina, academia, funcionarios siper atenciosos. Os maitres providenciavam uma mesa proxima a pista de alimentação, p meu pai, alem de ovos quentes em tds as refeições. So tenho elogios.

Hotel excelente! Já nos hospedamos outras vezes. Comida maravilhosa e variada. Serviço no restaurante deixou a desejar um pouco. Com excessão do garçom Marcelo que nos oferecia um excelente atendimento. Todo restante esquecia constantemente os pedidos de bebidas ou demoravam muito para trazer o pedido. Percebiamos, toda família ( estavamos em 12 pessoas) , que tinha poucos garçons e as vezes estavam mais preocupados em limpar as mesas do que atender e servir. Mas de resto estava maravilhoso. Excelente hotel!

Beautiful property and beautiful beach to walk around. Views from the patio to the pool area/ocean were incredible. It truly was paradise. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 was there’s not much to do during the week. The list of things to do states casino. We get there and we’re told it’s only open Friday and Saturday. That was misleading. Also it says golf course but it’s not part of them. Also misleading. Only one of the two restaurants is open during the week as well and there’s really no options to choose from there. Finally, I would like to see a hot tub. That was a disappointment

Estrutura do hotel muito boa, facilidades por ser pé na areia, piscina muito boa. Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, estava na dúvida entre esse hotel e outro que me indicarão, mas o Jequetiba me surpreendeu. Recomendo tanto para casa como para famílias com crianças.

Restaurante bufê mas muito bem conduzido, com boa variedade, todos os pratos que provei eram ótimos. Amenities Loccitane muito acima da média! Só falta uma esponja de banho para aproveitar ainda mais o sabonete líquido.

Eu esperava mais do hotel, fiquei decepcionada. Pegamos uns dias de muito vento, piscina aquecida a base de pagamento por dia, cama muito mole, fazendo um buraco nas laterais e no meio mais alta! A refeição no festival bauxada santista foi de um preço bom, mas deixando a desejar na textura da carne e sabor. Sugestão da sobremesa não foi boa! A pizzaria não tinha chopp, no hotel um chopp dama horrível! Restaurante muito caro por pessoa fora a bebida. Os atendentes todos muito atenciosos e prestativos! Pelo preço esperava um hotel mais luxuoso. Ele é simples, Rústico e pouca atração! Cobrando no cartão ao entrar 4 mil reais, no check-out gastamos 1.100 reais, mas no nosso cartão ainda consta os 4 mil na nossa fatura! Viagem de aniversário e foi razoável Obrigada terezinha

Beautiful property and beautiful beach to walk around. Views from the patio to the pool area/ocean were incredible. It truly was paradise. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 was there’s not much to do during the week. The list of things to do states casino. We get there and we’re told it’s only open Friday and Saturday. That was misleading. Also it says golf course but it’s not part of them. Also misleading. Only one of the two restaurants is open during the week as well and there’s really no options to choose from there. Finally, I would like to see a hot tub. That was a disappointment

Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. Only 1 pool, and no indoor or heated option (you have to pay extra to use the spa pool). Front desk staff didn’t help much on check in and did not explain how the full board system worked, and did not give all the information about hotel amenities. The hotel was super busy because of a conference and the restaurants were super full and did not accommodate all guests. The room was great (deluxe with ocean view), with an incredible view and very modern and clean. Sometimes, there was a light smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but nothing major. In the end, we enjoyed our stay but it is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED. For the price we payed, I expected exceptional service and amenities, but was only great.

Hotel excelente! Já nos hospedamos outras vezes. Comida maravilhosa e variada. Serviço no restaurante deixou a desejar um pouco. Com excessão do garçom Marcelo que nos oferecia um excelente atendimento. Todo restante esquecia constantemente os pedidos de bebidas ou demoravam muito para trazer o pedido. Percebiamos, toda família ( estavamos em 12 pessoas) , que tinha poucos garçons e as vezes estavam mais preocupados em limpar as mesas do que atender e servir. Mas de resto estava maravilhoso. Excelente hotel!

Já fui várias vezes inclusive alguns Reveillons e apesar da estádios ter sido agradável, a parte de alimentação estava sofrível: muito repetitiva e sem criatividade. O café da manhã tb já foi muito melhor e com mais variedade. Acho que comi já fui várias vezes no Jequiti Sofitel … Achei inferior
