Dirty on arrival No heat was on, and the night was ice cold Not a child friendly place

We contacted the owner 4 weeks in advance to ask for a cut and a high chair, got told it was not a problem and both would be present on arrival. When we arrived with our 6 months old son, nothing was prepared for us, we had to let him sleep between us even know he never does that. We had to buy our own travel cut for our son to sleep in. The heat was turned off when we arrived late, and there where no emergency number, the first night was freezing cold. I got a hold of a rude employee the next morning and got told, they did not know when the heat could be turned on. After a few hours somebody came and turned on the heat. The place was dusty and not clean, we had to do extra cleaning to make it nict to stay there. We are never going to book this place again, and I would recommend everyone else to find another place to book too

We have stayed five days there, it is nice and cosy place it has got everything you need, you just need to bring your own food, I haven’t liked that the check - in starts at 3pm but when you need to check - out is very early, at 10 am, I understand it is policy, but bare it in mind if you travel from far, you might want to book more days, also there was no sitting area outside, like at least plastic chairs or something similar if you want to enjoy the view, we have cought not so cold weather maybe this why the heating was not working (there was small electirc one, not enough for all the area) Overall we enjoyed much as we were exploring the area, would reccomend and come back there again.

Location was nice, cooker had mismatched knobs, ignitor on cooker did not work so we had to eat out, no instructions on how the heating worked, only heated we had was in the lounge, there is no wifi on sight, a lot of holes in walls where stuff had been removed, when we arrived the bathroom floor was very wet, we run out of hot water the day before we left and no idea how to fix this issue, we also could not find any staff on site to help with these issues.
