The hotel is new so it is nice and clean. They had cute fall decor throughout the lobby which was a nice surprise. The room was bigger than expected with a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The only negative which was a disappointment is that there is no ice on the premises. No ice machine and no ice in the freezers. The front desk confirmed they do not carry ice at the hotel.

All that's missing is a pool! Clean room, parking layout of the hotel is good, but the entry points from the gas station may confuse some. Staff was very friendly and personable. Great stay.

Didnt use the kitchen, but it was ready to cook up some good viddles in. Parking was safe and easy, accessibility is easy just follow the signs. Everything was just right. Only thing i didnt have was fresh ice in the room, they didn't have an ice machine on site. Refrigerator had ice trays so didnt do without that either. Price was very good, and the staff members were very nice and polite. Recommend with 5 stars!!!

There was a bug in the bathroom (think it was a German cockroach), dirty floors and the only elevator in the entire building was broken (this hotel was opened in May 2025) and we had to bring all our suitcases down the stairs. Very loud from I-75 so don’t expect upgraded windows.

Plenty of free parking. Kitchen was adequately stocked with available kitchen utensils free of charge. Bed firm, pillows flat. Blinds light filtering, which means not dark for late sleeping. Very clean. We had a King suite. Lots of room whit a separate bedroom and living area. Full refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop with microwave and dishwasher.

Staff was friendly & went out of their way. Beautiful room & very clean. We only stayed one night, but if we had stayed longer, the kitchen would've been nice...full-sized fridge, even a full-sized dishwasher. No breakfast included, but we knew that when we booked it, & from the money we saved compared to other hotel prices in that area, we could've bought a nice breakfast.

Amazing. Everything smelled good and was clean, beds were fantastic. Clean. Spacious rooms, full kitchens, good water pressure. Friendly staff. Happy guests. 100/100 recommend!!

This hotel is either a new construction or fully renovated, which is a good thing. However, the housekeeping is lacking significantly. The room had visible stains and debris on the floor. The furniture had crumbs and dust. We reported the issue to the front desk after the first night and asked them to send someone to clean the floors. When we returned at the evening, the room had not been cleaned. The floors looked exactly the same. It’s a shame because this hotel has potential to be a good place to stay near Gainesville on football weekends.

The road noise is unbelievable. It's about 80 feet off of I 75, I couldn't sleep, Even with earplugs. Then there was the every visit to the bathroom, I found a bug. After three bugs I killed and threw in the toilet, I had to walk into the bathroom with a shoe in my hand. I called down to the front desk, and they offered to change my room. I said that helps with the road noise, but not with the bugs. I was told I would be refunded for the second night, so I checked out. Now they tell me there's no refund policy, and a manager (who did not show up at 8 o'clock, and didn't answer any calls) has to approve a refund, they won't refund my second night. If I had been told that I would have stayed. Don't stay there unless you like bugs and highway traffic all night.
