ASPEN GRAND HOTEL LaPorte

Très belle hôtel , très propre, mais pas d eau chaude. Pas capable de prendre une douche soir et matin, très désolant.

Advertised with free breakfast including a sign behind the front desk of free breakfast buffet, no breakfast. Elevators were out of order so they forced me to carry my bags up the stairs to the 4th floor. I requested a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Stains all over the carpet and bed sheets. I called to complain, and the woman tried to put me in the room directly across the hall. That room also had stains everywhere and the lights were all flickering like it was straight out of a horror movie. I walked out. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!
