Just finished an 8 day stay at this location and it is excellent! The location alone is 300ft from the Gustave-Roussey (spelling might not be correct) M-14 Metro station which means you are 25 minutes from downtown Paris for 2.5 Euro’s! Station was secure at all hours and very safe with excellent lighting! The hotel staff was friendly, spoke English and helpful. Dining options on the 10th floor, small workout room for fitness and of course was very clean and almost brand new. The area is being developed now that the metro station has come. Local food/shopping is a mere 15-20m walk through town. A huge Carfour grocer is also close! Water, sheets and kitchenette all in excellent condition. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would stay here again along with my family and friends, especially this is your first trip.

Hôtel neuf, très propre, d’ailleurs la vaisselle et les ustensiles avaient encore les étiquettes (n’avaient jamais été utilisés). La chambre, excellent qualité/prix. Très confortable. La vue sur Paris de la terrasse au 10e étage, superbe. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, ça vaut la peine de le prendre avec la chambre. Beaucoup de choix et c’est frais. Points à améliorer : La température de l’eau de la douche n’était pas stable. Manque d’ustensiles pour cuisiner (spatule, louche, cuillère trouée …) L’un des ascenseurs siffle (sille), notre chambre étant à côté nous l’entendions la nuit. Pour trouver l’hôtel ce fut une vrai galère. La rue pour s’y rendre est fermée. Nous avons tourné rond en taxi pendant plus de 15 minutes. Aucune indication de l’hôtel visible! Nous avons pris le chemin militaire jusqu’à l’institut Gustave-Roussy. Et nous sommes allés à l’hôtel à pied via le chemin piétonnier qui longue les travaux de la future station de Métro Gustave-Roussy. L’accueil fût chaleureuse et le personnel s’est fondu en excuse pour le désagrément des travaux. Mais nous n’avons pas vu de changement dans les alentours pour faciliter l’identification de l’hôtel pour les futurs clients (nous sommes restés 5 jours). Chaque jour des clients arrivaient fâchés de la situation! De plus, nos 2 derniers jours au petit déjeuner il n’y avait pas de jus d’orange car le livreur n’avait pas trouvé l’endroit. J’espère que l’hôtel installera des indications visibles claires bientôt.

New property, even though construction is happening around the building it did not bother me. Very close to station 14 that can take you to central paris. Station is also pretty new and it's not busy. Also there is a terrace where you can see the Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again

Das Hotel ist sauber, modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind schön groß und die Betten bequem. Man sieht sogar den Eiffelturm von weitem. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und sehr bemüht. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Metrostation, so dass man das Auto beim Hotel lassen kann und bequem in die Innenstadt kommt. Das einzige Problem: zur Zeit (Juli 2025) befindet sich rund um das Hotel eine riesige Baustelle und die Umleitungsbeschilderung ist eine Katastrophe. Wir haben eine Stunde gebraucht, um irgendwie den Eingang zu finden. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber eine Vorwarnung seitens Expedia wäre nett gewesen.

Enkelt rom og fasiliteter. Supert at metroen var 2 minutt unna. Trekker litt ned på at vannet i dusjen varierte fra kaldt til varmt ukontrollert. Trimrommet var minimalt og tredemøllen kan ikke løpes på.

Привітний персонал,чисто,акуратно,поряд метро з яким можна добратися в любу точку Парижа.Трішки виникла проблема з паркуванням,поряд будівництво і ніде немає вказівників підземного паркінгу готелю,але працівник готелю допоміг і все розяснив.Забувають повертати завдаток,потрібно нагадувати .Можливо банк проводив довго операцію,але як тільки я звернувся в службу підтримки ,то зразу отримав гроші на рахунок.Взагалі готель рекомендую!Сучасний гарний з хорошим видом.

Quartier en travaux...j'ai tourné pendant 1h30 autour. Impossible d'accès à l'hôtel, il faut traverser le chantier. Pas de café au petit déj ni grille pains car plombs sautent tout le temps pourtant facturé au prix normal !!! Malgré mes relances au services de l'hôtels: Pas de TV ni connexion internet sur un des chambres Pas de rideaux occultants sur un des chambres Ouverture prématuré !!!

It was not easy to drive to the hotel due to road works. There is the car pack under the hotel, that you need to pay before packing, which is a bit unconvince for people ( no where for you to park when checking in, as you need the access card to enter to the car park and reception door). Apart from that, the room is good and the MRT is just near by.

È una zona nuova, quindi con lavori in corso ma la vicinanza alla metro sia per aeroporto che per centro città è comodissima. Dovrebbero avere però nell'hotel almeno le macchine automatiche par acqua e snack visto che nei dintorni chiudono tutti prestissimo. Migliorabile per varietà la colazione, ma tutto sommato non male.

The hotel was fantastic, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was quite large and the beds comfy, we had a fantastic view and the little kitchenette had all the amenties we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

L’hôtel est récent et très bien situé. A seulement 30 mètres à peine de l’IGR, pratique pour ceux qui souhaitent s’y rendre. Métro à 1 minute de marche qui relie tous les centre d’intérêt de Paris. Hotel dans une rue très calme. La chambre est spacieuse prière et confortable. Le personne est très sympathique. J’y reviendrai

The hotel is conveniently located, on the subway line between Orly airport and city center (Gare de Lyon/Chatelet/Madeleine), literally 1-2 minute walk from the subway station. The rooms are spacious, with all the amenities, and plus the kitchenette with the fridge, the bathroom has the bath. Some minor issues I had was the constantly changing temperature of the water in the shower (may be some minor troubles because of cinstruction works nearby), and lack of room service, even the coffee supplies were not updated, and also TV had some programming issues. All in all hotel can definitely be recommended as a moderate-priced option for Paris.

Hôtel difficile d’accès à cause des travaux autour… Le problème principal est l’impossibilité de régler le chauffage !! Réglé à 25 ! J’ai dû aller demander 2 fois à la réception qu’ils le baissent !! Le directeur interdit au client de le régler lui meme ! Inadmissible.

Just finished an 8 day stay at this location and it is excellent! The location alone is 300ft from the Gustave-Roussey (spelling might not be correct) M-14 Metro station which means you are 25 minutes from downtown Paris for 2.5 Euro’s! Station was secure at all hours and very safe with excellent lighting! The hotel staff was friendly, spoke English and helpful. Dining options on the 10th floor, small workout room for fitness and of course was very clean and almost brand new. The area is being developed now that the metro station has come. Local food/shopping is a mere 15-20m walk through town. A huge Carfour grocer is also close! Water, sheets and kitchenette all in excellent condition. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would stay here again along with my family and friends, especially this is your first trip.

The property was clean and comfortable for the most part, as was the staff. It was an enjoyable stay. It was just a little further away from the main attractions of Paris than I would've liked but the metro station is only a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We felt very safe in the area. Unfortunately, it has very little amenities surrounding it - no grocery, pharmacy or restaurants. And the restaurant on site closes at 10 pm. That having been said, the hospital (a 3 minute walk away) has a "cafeteria" with quite a selection in it, that is open daily, and it probably has a pharmacy within it. Sadly, we only found out about this food option the day before we left and we were told by a few guests and not the staff. Also, it was also difficult to get any extras - we wanted a couple of extra pillows / towels - but only received one of each. I would still highly recommend the property and only leave the negative comments for improvement purposes.

Ideal location very near new metro station, new hotel in good condition room was ideal with small kitchen facility, although no sauce pans only frying pans available. Only issue was the requirement to give a 100 euro deposit at check in, but for us and others they were unable to take it as a credit card as it would not work on their computer. They blamed our cards despite just having paid the costs of the stay on the same card! They insisted we had to pay in cash or we could not be allowed to check in, that left me with hardly any cash as i normally pay with credit card. Not a good start to our stay, you need to take cash for the deposit if you stay here!

Additionally, when I needed to purchase water at night, I was informed that the hotel neither sold water nor had any available, and there were no nearby stores. This was quite frustrating.

Accommodatie ligt op 1 minuut lopen van de metro. Ideaal en snel in het centrum met de metro 14. Prachtig en superveilige station. Omgeving accommodatie is nog een bouwval. L’hôtel est récent et très bien situé. A seulement 30 mètres à peine de l’IGR, pratique pour ceux qui souhaitent s’y rendre. Métro à 1 minute de marche qui relie tous les centre d’intérêt de Paris. Hotel dans une rue très calme. La chambre est spacieuse prière et confortable. Le personne est très sympathique. J’y reviendrai

New property, even though construction is happening around the building it did not bother me. Very close to station 14 that can take you to central paris. Station is also pretty new and it's not busy. Also there is a terrace where you can see the Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again

Etablissement idéalement situé au pied du métro 14 à 3 stations d'Orly et à 20min de Paris centre. La zone est actuellement en pleine construction et sans service (restaurants...) aux alentours, mais au regard du prix ac tuel et de sa localisation, je reviendrai à coup sûr

Vorweg: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Expediaplattform bietet die Unterkunft inklusive Frühstück an und ich hatte alles komplett bei Expedia bezahlt. Als wir ankamen sollte ich die Unterkunft nochmals bezahlen und um das Frühstück zu bekommen musste ich an mehreren Tagen in Diskussion gehen. Da verschiedenes Personal da war und es nicht im Hotel als Information hinterlegt war. Der Bahnhof vor der Tür ist noch am entstehen und die Adresse die bei Expedia hinterlegt ist, half uns nur bedingt auf Grund der Baustellen. Selbst der Taxifahrer war ratlos und schmiss uns irgendwann mit der Ansage das wir in die Richtung laufen müssen. Wir fragten uns eine ganze Stunde durch und kamen dann schließlich an unser Hotel an. Wir mussten einen Schleichweg durch eine Baustelle nehmen, dies ist auch aktuell der einzige Weg zu Fu ß, was sich später herausstellte um zum nächsten Bus zu gelangen. Ich vermute wenn die Baustellen fertig sind und das Hotel sich besser mit den auserwählten Plattformen beschäftigt, ist das eine tolle Gegend. Große Zimmer mit Badewanne, Küche und mit etwas Glück ein Zimmer mit einem Blick über Paris inklusive Eifelturm.

It was not easy to drive to the hotel due to road works. There is the car pack under the hotel, that you need to pay before packing, which is a bit unconvince for people ( no where for you to park when checking in, as you need the access card to enter to the car park and reception door). Apart from that, the room is good and the MRT is just near by.

La strada che porta al residence è chiusa per lavori: nessuna info a riguardo, abbiamo vagato per un'ora prima di trovarlo. In appartamento veniamo informati da un cartello che a chi andrà via senza aver lavato i piatti verranno addebitato 30 euro. Non troviamo né detersivo, né spugna né un semplice strofinaccio. Evitiamo di prepararci una tisana e andiamo a letto. Per il resto: appartamento pulitissimo, comodo e spazioso, anche per 4 persone. Colazione al decimo piano panoramica e di ottima qualità.

Hôtel neuf, très propre, d’ailleurs la vaisselle et les ustensiles avaient encore les étiquettes (n’avaient jamais été utilisés). La chambre, excellent qualité/prix. Très confortable. La vue sur Paris de la terrasse au 10e étage, superbe. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, ça vaut la peine de le prendre avec la chambre. Beaucoup de choix et c’est frais. Points à améliorer : La température de l’eau de la douche n’était pas stable. Manque d’ustensiles pour cuisiner (spatule, louche, cuillère trouée …) L’un des ascenseurs siffle (sille), notre chambre étant à côté nous l’entendions la nuit. Pour trouver l’hôtel ce fut une vrai galère. La rue pour s’y rendre est fermée. Nous avons tourné rond en taxi pendant plus de 15 minutes. Aucune indication de l’hôtel visible! Nous avons pris le chemin militaire jusqu’à l’institut Gustave-Roussy. Et nous sommes allés à l’hôtel à pied via le chemin piétonnier qui longue les travaux de la future station de Métro Gustave-Roussy. L’accueil fût chaleureuse et le personnel s’est fondu en excuse pour le désagrément des travaux. Mais nous n’avons pas vu de changement dans les alentours pour faciliter l’identification de l’hôtel pour les futurs clients (nous sommes restés 5 jours). Chaque jour des clients arrivaient fâchés de la situation! De plus, nos 2 derniers jours au petit déjeuner il n’y avait pas de jus d’orange car le livreur n’avait pas trouvé l’endroit. J’espère que l’hôtel installera des indications visibles claires bientôt.

Das Hotel wird bald eins der besten Hotels in Paris. Neu gebaut. Obwohl es Anfangsschwierigkeiten hat, es ist ein tolles Hotel. Total sauber und schön, Bald ist die neue Metro Station fertig und man kann direkt innerhalb von drei Minuten von der METRO zum Hotel laufen. Jetzt gibt es einen großen Umweg. Wir hatten von dem neunten Stock direkt einen Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Schön war das jeden Morgen den Eiffelturm zu sehen. Und das Frühstücksraum ist im zehnten Stock, deswegen hat man einen Blick auf die ganze Stadt Paris. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

È una zona nuova, quindi con lavori in corso ma la vicinanza alla metro sia per aeroporto che per centro città è comodissima. Dovrebbero avere però nell'hotel almeno le macchine automatiche par acqua e snack visto che nei dintorni chiudono tutti prestissimo. Migliorabile per varietà la colazione, ma tutto sommato non male.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Paris. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring the city. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the peaceful atmosphere after long days sightseeing. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again on my next visit. The hotel has very convenient transportation. You can take Metro Line 14 to the city center, which takes about 30 minutes. The room is clean and comes with basic kitchen facilities. There is also a fridge, which is a bonus. The only downside is the air conditioning. It is centrally controlled, meaning only the hotel can adjust it. I asked the staff if they could lower the temperature in my room, but they said it wasn’t possible because it would affect the entire floor, which was a bit frustrating. The temperature was around 20–24°C every day, and since my room faces the west, it gets quite warm even with the window open. If you’re someone who gets warm easily, you may want to consider this if you’re visiting France in April or May.
