Love the hotel. Very convenient right in front of bus stop. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The hotel provided free bikes and free umbrellas & beach chairs which is great. Breakfast is plenty with beautiful sitting. Everyone is very helpful and nice, especially Shirley at the breakfast. She always with smile and help us with bus and things to do. I will definitely be back if we in town.

La stanza forse troppo piccola, box doccia inesistente ma aperta e un pó scomoda. Sanitari nuovi. Bagno pulitissimo. La camera dispone di un bel balcone ed é molto accogliente. Colazione non compresa nel prezzo ma c’é la possibilitá di farla anche al bar: ottimi cappuccini

Check in/ Check out war problemlos. Das Personal (Rezeption, Frühstück) war sehr hilfsbereit. Hotel scheint zum Teil renoviert (außen, Treppenhaus, Lobby, Bad der Zimmer), der Rest ist eher altmodisch Sehr sauberer schöner, feinkörniger Sand-Strand ca. 200 m entfernt. Man kann weit ins Wasser gehen bis man Hüfthoch im angenehm kühlen Nass steht (Kinderfreundlich) Zimmer (Economie) + sauber (Zimmer, Bad) + Bett war bequem + Klima hat funktioniert - wenig Ablageflächen - kleiner Fernseher (unnötig) - schmutzige Fenster (Straßenseite/Kreuzung) - sehr schalldurchlässige dünne Fenster (Live-Musik im Nebenhotel und Straßenvekehr hörte man sehr laut; schwierig bei leichtem Schlaf) Anreise mit Auto: - Parkplatz vor Hotel sehr eng und klein (kostenpflichtig 10 €/Tag) - einige Parkplätze umliegende in Seitenstraßen vorhanden, (blau markiert: 5€/Tag; kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden) Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: + Bushaltestelle direkt vor Hotel (fährt alle 1/2 h in Richtung Jesolo, sowie Punta Sabbioni) Sonstiges: + Fahrradverleih möglich (€) + vergünstigte Tickets für bspw. Aquapark Caribe Bay + oder Schifffsfahrt nach Vendig im Hotel Cadi Valli erhältlich + Bankautomat in der Nähe (Gebühr: 3,90€) + kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Souvenir, Kleidung, Luftmatratze, Taback uvm) in der Nähe und Umgebung + verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe (absoluter Geheimtipp Rest. Pina Colada: 10 min zu Fuß Richtung Punta Sabbioni; Cocktailbar nebenan ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert)
