Booked a last-minute trip to LA for Universal Studios, horror nights,so just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I found this room for a super great deal and booked it not having high expectations. Parking is definitely limited.

I do not recommend this property we showed up there. It was disgusting in the room. There was bars on the windows parking lot had all junkie cars that you wouldn’t wanna park a car next to very disappointed. Do not recommend. I got my money back and we went to another hotel was super inconvenient for us.

Cockroaches in our room, bathroom, crawling on top of suitcases. No vent in bathroom so you had to open the window which led to an alleyway which was full of homeless people. They tried to get into our room thru the bathroom during the middle of the night while we were sleeping. I asked for handicapped room which they said they had but when we got their, there wasn’t any handicap facilities. Walker doesn’t fit thru bathroom door. No grab bars in shower, no shower seat, toilets are very low to the ground. There is only 6 parking spaces available for 20 rooms. Very awful place. Do not stay here. A very horrible place. Ac only gets cold to 67 degrees. No extra pillows or towels. The manager/owner screamed at my kids for ringing the bell at 3am when we lost our key at Santa Monica pier. She told us to Sleep in our car until morning that’s when the office will be open.

Don't let the price fool you, you're getting exactly what you pay for. The rooms are minimalist at best, no coffee maker or anything, and there are no blankets, shampoo or conditioner. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk tried to get a $20 security deposit from us on cash only- no card. The parking lot is incredibly narrow and cramped, and people regularly clog it up with parked cars. Avoid this place and pay the extra money, it'll be worth it.

Don't let the price fool you, you're getting exactly what you pay for. The rooms are minimalist at best, no coffee maker or anything, and there are no blankets, shampoo or conditioner. The hotel was so poor it was so what cleaned it was infested of roaches. We reserved 2 rooms and both rooms had all size of insects. It was a horrible stay. Left the lights on so we can see if they were roaches crawling it was disgusting.

The floor was completely filthy, we were given 2 very small bath towels and 1 hand towel and nothing else. The shower barely got warm, there was no toilet paper holder. The window in the bathroom had no covering and barely closed. The walls were paper thin and we could hear absolutely every single sound.

The room smelled so bad, cigarette smell. The bathroom door was punched in, the floor of the shower was so dirty and gross (bring sandals). The furniture selection is as if it was picked up on the side of the street (all different color). This place was just horrible!

The individual that helped us with check in did not seem to understand the questions we were asking and was very disengaged in the conversation. My booking was paid in full and he still tried to collect a large payment at check in. It was ultimately figured out, but was a very unprofessional experience to say the least. The room was decent, but very small in comparison to the photos and the floors needed to be swept and the shower had hair on the walls.

Never again , they claimed to not have my reservation and told me that I had to call Expedia . But somehow found it and they had to manually put my info in. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and place looks run down

This hotel is awful. Has stains everywhere. Paper towels in open outlets sockets. Missing tv. Roaches everywhere. Bathroom door broken. No hot water. This is the worst hotel ever. My brother reserved seperate handicap room. Front desk guy admitted to selling to walk in and cancelling it. Then yelled at him and was very unprofessional. Stay away!!!!

Pictures of the property are outdated. The room itself was not in good condition. At least it was functional so it made the stay bearable. The towels seemed clean but some hair could be spotted on some and also around the room. It definitely needs a refresh.

The manager at the desk was very nice and accommodating as I got there 3 hours early, gave me an available room immediately. I'm sure he as to deal with a lot of shady characters.

HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! I BOOKED FOR ME AND MY TWO KIDS. PAID IN FULL AND SET FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION. EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THAT THE SYSTEM THEY ARE USING OVERBOOKED FOR THE WEEKEND AND THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE. I DROVE 8HRS WITH TWO YOUNG KIDS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE TIME TO CALL AND TELL ME AHEAD OF TIME. MIND YOU IT WAS PASS MIDNIGHT AND EVERYONE IS TIRED. WHAT'S SO FRUSTRATING ABOUT IT, THEY KNOW THEIR BOOKING SYSTEM HAS BEEN ACTING UP. DON'T TRUST THIS MOTEL.

I don’t normally write reviews, though I have to state. This is place is awkward. When I went to check in, they needed me to give them $20 in cash in order to get my room. They didn’t charge my card or anything. They needed cash. And when I didn’t have, they just happen to have an ATM which was conviene and yet completely awkward to place me in a position where I needed to dom something not in any way needed. There were no towels in the room. Like none. None to shower with. None to dry your hands with. No towels whatsoever. The two good things, was the staff was nice, and the bed wasn’t too bad. Other then that, this hotel needs some work. A lot of work.

Booked a last-minute trip to LA for Universal Studios, horror nights,so just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. I found this room for a super great deal and booked it not having high expectations. Parking is definitely limited.

I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well.

I do not recommend this property we showed up there. It was disgusting in the room. There was bars on the windows parking lot had all junkie cars that you wouldn’t wanna park a car next to very disappointed. Do not recommend. I got my money back and we went to another hotel was super inconvenient for us.

Cockroaches in our room, bathroom, crawling on top of suitcases. No vent in bathroom so you had to open the window which led to an alleyway which was full of homeless people. They tried to get into our room thru the bathroom during the middle of the night while we were sleeping. I asked for handicapped room which they said they had but when we got their, there wasn’t any handicap facilities. Walker doesn’t fit thru bathroom door. No grab bars in shower, no shower seat, toilets are very low to the ground. There is only 6 parking spaces available for 20 rooms. Very awful place. Do not stay here. A very horrible place. Ac only gets cold to 67 degrees. No extra pillows or towels. The manager/owner screamed at my kids for ringing the bell at 3am when we lost our key at Santa Monica pier. She told us to Sleep in our car until morning that’s when the office will be open.

It was very noisy at night plus there where people in bikes by parking lot ,helicopter for 3 hours around 2 am did not let us sleep and we found a needle in bathroom

Reserved through Expedia. You get what you’ve paid for. This place is rundown and German cockroaches infested. I had to kill multiple of them by pressing them with my finger. Can’t leave my bags on the ground because of the cockroaches and the laminate floors are not mopped and not even clean. No closet to hang your clothes. There is no comforter at all. The window blinds are loose and no blackout curtains at all. Their towels are not full sized more like hand towels. There are no hanging door knob notification for “do not disturb”. The attendant had to write out on a piece of paper, “Do Not Disturb” and use scotch tape just to try to satisfy my needs. The only thing going for them is the location. The location is ideal because you’re in the center of the Valley and it’s easy to get to places because of the freeway close by.

This place is completely disgusting. Literally the grossest place. The rooms are not wiped down and there was literally urine and hair on the toilet. I don’t want to imagine what else I missed. I felt so dirty even being inside the room. The AC did not cool the room and it smelled like cigarettes. Not to mention the super ghetto people that stay there. It should be condemned.

The staff was super nice but the surroundings were despicable. There was a throng of homeless men right across the street from the hotel and yet the city allows it bringing down the value of the neighborhood and this establishment. We were stuck with a loud couple next to us who argued nightly but the staff was notified and handled it swiftly. The cleaning lady wasn't scheduled to come daily so it was hit and miss as far as getting our room tidied up but they did provide clean towels and toilet paper daily. There was nowhere to sit in the room other than on the bed and nowhere to set down one's suitcase except for on the floor.

DO NOT stay at this place! It is gross unsafe and they have a lot of stastaying on property which looked like they lived there lots of people in and out of the rooms. Even prostitution I could see and man dressed as a woman trying to get my husband to come in his room! Dirty grimy rooms not updated at all. I had to check out early I felt so unsafe. I didn't sleep the night o stayed there! The property does not look like the pictures. AVOID this place like the plague!!!
