The employees were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet the standards I typically expect from a Hilton stay. The bathroom was outdated and in need of upgrades. Additionally, there was a noticeable odor throughout the room that appeared to be coming from the carpet. The carpeting likely needs to be replaced to improve the overall cleanliness and guest experience. While the staff made a positive impression, the condition of the property left much to be desired. I hope management will invest in renovations and address these maintenance concerns so the hotel can better reflect the quality associated with the Hilton brand. The left elevator is defective and very loud.

Property was clean and well maintained. Netflix is available. Unfortunately, none of the channels worked the evening I was there. It just said channel not available for every channel. Oddly, the channels worked in the morning. You have to pay for breakfast. Nearby Waffle house was the better deal, so I ate there.

Michael was a great help, I guess the room key creator was not working. Michael walked us up to the room, then when the system came back up, he brought us our room keys. This room was on the 6th floor. Thank you again Michael! Excellent service!
