Villa Anemolia! Con piscina privata e giardino! Vista sul mare unica! 1 km dalla spiaggia!

Das Haus ist einen guten Zustand und sauber. Der Blick ist fabelhaft und der Garten geräumig mit diversen Fruchtbäumen und Kräutern. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden am Rande eines Dorfes auf kargem Boden. Der Verwalter wohnt in einem eigenen Haus nebenan. Auf den benachbarten Grundstücken wird etwas Landwirtschaft betrieben. Die Wachhunde verrichten allabendlich ihre Arbeit und sind bis in die Nachtstunden gut zu hören. 2x wöchentlich kommt eine Reinigungskraft und wechselt auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir waren mit 9 Personen im Haus. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden. Leider ist keiner der 3 Tische groß genug für die Anzahl der Schlafplätze (10 pers). Die Stühle im Wohnzimmer müssen dringend neu gepolstert werden. Einige Wasserhähne wackeln. Der Essplatz mit Grill am Pool ist sehr schön. Ausreichend Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten sind vorhanden. Für Aktivitäten außerhalb des Grundstücks ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir haben die Woche in der Sonne sehr genossen.

Urlaub war super schön. In der Villa gibt es alles was man braucht. Sie war super ausgestattet und die Lage war auch sehr schön mit einem wundervollen Ausblick.

This villa lived up to our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and spacious for the five of us. We had a hire car which I would recommend as shops/bakery/tavernas/beach are a tad too far to walk in the heat. The old town part of Rethymno is a must for excellent dining. The outside space with plenty of loungers and rattan seats was perfect and the pool was great fun along with table tennis. Excellent communication with Valia and the lovely Mrs Maria who welcomed us, thank you. Fantastic holiday, love to return soon.

The communication with the villa manager Valia was amazing, she could not have done more for us and answered all questions quickly, nothing was too much trouble- thank you. The villa was spotlessly clean and the grounds and pool were very nice. There was a group of us that wanted to get away from it all which ticked those boxes. The Villa is in a very quiet village and walking to the shop/ taverna when the light faces can be a bit hazardous as there isn't much street lightly, I would recommend a car as the taxi into Rethymno is 20E each way. The villa had everything we needed but could do with some more mirrors and more plastic cups/glasses for outside use. The check in and check out was very easy too We all enjoyed our stay.
