The location of this house is great with easy access to the beach. The views are also nice. The fully fenced backyard is good for dogs. Otherwise, the property is pretty basic and no frills. It has what you need but everything is a little rundown and home made. The price is high for what you’re getting.

We thought it was very well appointed. Immaculatey clean. The down side was the fly screeens and window locks have see better days. They also need to secure the fence where the gate is to secure pet safety. Also the washing line area needs a tidy up. An awning on the upper deck would relieve the heat as it’s difficult to sit out there in the full sun and enable guests to utilise the area in showery days as we experienced. Other than that we loved it. Stunning location.

Brilliant location being beachfront as we had amazing views but property needs some serious updating. From faulty balcony screen door to no front screen door, unable to keep little bugs and Christmas beetles out. Kitchen utensils for eg. non gripping tongs and pots with broken handles need replacing. Also difficult access to beach due to very overgrown footpath. We thoroughly enjoyed the views.

Great place to unwind and excellent beach access. Woolumboola Lake was a bonus discovery. House was clean and a comfortable place to hang out. Despite peak tourist season, Culburra felt calm and not over-developed like many east coast towns.

The house is in a fantastic location and suits a family stay well. The house is very pet friendly although the easiest access to the yard is through the bedrooms. The house is a bit run down and could do with some attention, particularly with regards to the kitchen utensils and crockery. It has an simple no fuss feel to it which we all liked. Professional Holiday Homes were very responsive when we had problems, even on Saturday night after hours when the entry keypad failed.
