The property is 10-15mins car outside of the nearest town, and up the side of a very very steep hill, so it is not very accessible/walkable. However, the view of the ocean is unparalleled - we could see it from our room and from the resort pool. It was so scenic and peaceful hanging out by the pool (which has two levels) during the day. There is also a shuttle down to the private beach, which is very convenient and very nice. Very beautiful and relaxing stay. In terms of our room, it was comfortable, with good AC. The bathroom was a bit unclean on our first night, but once the staff came and cleaned once it was better. The view overlooking the ocean was amazing, but I wouldn't recommend stepping out on the deck as the deck boards bent a little under our weight when we stepped out. Overall a great stay!

L’hotel est un peu isolé, mais ce n’est pas un soucis car il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place. La vue est incroyable. 2 piscines tres sympa. Une navette qui vous descend a la plage en bas. Chambre tres bien. Prix du restaurant tres correct. Juste le service ou parfois ils sont un puu perdu. Mais ca ne gache rien au sejour passé dàs cet hotel.

Older style resort with beautiful views, pretty gardens and pools. Staff very accommodating and helpful. The spa offers traditional and more modern massage options, I had a fabulous traditional style Thai massage. Great stay!

The view is outstanding and having all rooms with seaview is a bonus..the staff all friendly and helpful however the problem was with the language regardless what position the staff held was very difficult to communicate sometimes that might cause a big problem as we wanted to book a car to go to Big Buddha almost did nearly got the taxi to go but changed our minds good that we did as the site was closed for a month due to landslide imagine we would have paid for the taxi and gone there with the site closed.. Also breakfast was always cold the fried eggs and also the scrambled eggs always cold should be always on an electric warmer ...the pool bar never manned there was never anybody to serve drinks the deck chairs by the pool very uncomfortable..the private beach like been ignored..

Værelset var fint og med flot udsigt, men personalet bar meget dårlige til engelsk og der var lang ventetid på restaurant nogle gange 30 min før man overhoved fik bestilt eller bare fik sine drikke varer. De var simpelthen for lidt på arbejde. Men god mad i restaurant. Lidt kedelig morgenmad, der var halvkold når det skulle være varmt pg omvendt. Pool virkelig god.

The view and the food were definitely the best. Swimming options were also good (although low tide from early afternoon to eve made the beach unswimmable- morning swimming was great. Very clean, but could use some updating.

It is badly maintained. The pool area was dirty and not cleaned at the button and many tiles where loose and there was rough surface - not ideal for kids. The fitness area and the photos where not there and was out of function. The pool bar was not operated. There was no beach for swimming. Only mud and small creatures.

Beautiful area. Pool was amazing. Room was dated and not very clean. Only one outlet in main room, one in bathroom. Restaurant was atrocious. The restaurant manager and the head waiter need to be fired. Confusion and cold food. One night I had an appetizer and a drink delivered after the meal was over. Because of the location there are no outside options. Also, no elevators. And the walking score is 0 for this property, as its on the side of a mountain with narrow, blind-curve roads. Great sunset and sunrise views from the room, though.

We had a very pleasant stay here being our first time at Phuket. Although, things were pretty distance away. They had accommodation and transportation to Phuket Old Town and Shopping which will take 40-50mins via van (must book day prior). Other free amenities were free kayaking and ride to the supalai beach. We had the sea view room which was beautiful. We choose breakfast option which is just couple of dollars more (highly recommended to keep you full). We went at low season in mid May which is a lot quieter and less people. The staff were very welcoming and nice. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend if you want a quiet and beautiful place with free accommodation!

Beautiful hotel with a brilliant view, but... Restaurant is terrible, food terrible, personal without interest. You are in the middle of nowhere without alternatives, you are ready to pay this price but not for what you are receiving. SPA??? You have to find it. To get somewhere is expensive. But if you just want to spend time at the pool or beach and not expect any service this is the nice place. No one wilk disturb you.

Saeed greeted us on night 1 and was so friendly throughout our stay. He kept telling us about things to do and see near the hotel which was really helpful. The staff were so kind, but the property could use a little upkeep. Overall happy with my stay here!

While this hotel was lovely, I wouldn't stay for a long period of time if you want to explore Phuket. You have to taxi/drive everywhere. Nothing around the hotel to look at. No shops, restaurants, or anything at all. Good for a couple of days rest and relaxation. BE AWARE this hotel is all stairs!! There are no lifts to the different levels, restaurant, pool, or reception. Where we stayed we had 3 sets of stairs to the restaurant and breakfast, then another set to reception.

If you choose to stay here then beware there is literally nothing else in the area. Our windows banged and rattled all night even with the gentlest of a breeze. The food is extremely poor prtions for the high price . The extremely steep hill up is dangerous with construction lorrys and works. Do not recommend this accommodation for its prices

I booked a package deal with this resort. If you are going to Thailand to just relax and stay at a resort this is the place to be. NOW if you want to do the things everyone talks about on social media & excursions this is NOT the place you would want to stay at. This place is an hour away from nightlife and entertainment, I had trouble getting a ride from here because no one would want to take the ride. Let’s not mention the big steep hill going up the resort, none of the motorcycles would want to take my rides because of this as well. Staff spoke very little English . I booked a 8 night stay and only stayed for 2 nights and booked a small hotel in patong. The first two days here were very difficult for me & none of the excursions would come this way because it’s too far I would have to meet them at a pick up point . I hope this helps & I wish this review was written before I booked. Asked for an iron and received one with a broken ironing board.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich abseits. Leute die Ruhe suchen, sind hier genau richtig. Dadurch muss man leider auch mit hohen Taxispesen leben wen man sich hier in der Gegend bewegen will. Der Shuttle Service vom Hotel am Berg bis zum Strand ist gratis und sehr empfehlenswert.

Super nice for the area. Up on a mountain side , so great view of bay and water. Close for taking boat to PhiPhi island, which is a must see. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Bed comfortable and room spacious.

Ok hotell men låg väldigt långt ifrån civilisationen.Stog 25 min bil resa men man får räkna med 1-2h in till Phuket old town. Pool området var fint med fin utsikt. Dock stranden var katastrof! Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell om man inte vill äta halvtaskig mat under sin vistelse och långa bilfärdar. Vi flyttade ut innan vad som var tänkt.. det säger väl mycket. Frukosten var inte något att hurra för heller.

The property had an amazing view of the islands in the Andaman Sea from the balconies. Sunrise was spectacular each morning. The pool was pristine and the breakfast buffet amazing. There were so many options to try and it was completely different the two days we stayed. It was peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely come back.

Sehr wenig Möglichkeiten hier. Es wird als Spa deklariert, jedoch nicht möglich. Hotelshop hatte immer geschlossen, obwohl er täglich von 10:00-19:00 offen sein sollte. Sehr überteuertes Restaurant. Bekamen immer kaltes Essen. Das Zimmer war ok. Jedoch kam man nie zur Ruhe, da man alles hörte. Super laut bis um 03:00 morgens. Sehr schade ☹️
