Positivo: eramos una familia de 5 ,amabilidad y disposición del.personal las picinas la picina cerca a la.playa la habitacion aire acondicionado, buenas camas bebida de bienvenida botella de agua gratis en general estubo bien pero mo malo que si dejas abierta las ventanas o puerta en la tarde o noche entran las lagartillas los insectos etc supongo al estar en la selva el.hotel es normal pero lo que si fue muy malo los precios de las comidad yo vivo en suiza y los precios son caros pero aca siendo tailandia es como si comieras en un restaurant de suiza es el doble de españa y mas que el precio de suiza y solo por comer mas los inpuestos salio mas caro bueno por el.resto muy bien

If you are looking for R&R, this place is for you, provided you can handle stairs. Our room was spacious and the sea view was beautiful. We had room 111. We truly believe it is the worst room they have. We were forewarned during check in that it was a distance away and involved stairs, but was the room that fit with our booking of king bed and sea view. We had 54 stairs to climb from our rm to the main lobby. 35 stairs to the restaurant. We couldn’t get to anything without stairs. We even had to go up one set of stairs and down another to get to the pool. We also like to sit out on our balcony after returning from the pool. Our balcony was directly above a staff area, so at times, was quite noisy. (Voices, a noisy water pump (?) I don’t know what the phone ext. was for our rm, but twice in 9 nights we received calls from other guests. The first was around midnight asking for water to be sent to their room. The second was at 1:45 am asking for help with their luggage. Both times we were sleeping. Speaking of pools, they are lovely (but in need of some work). Again, 8 steps down to the infinity pool and another 22 to the lower pool. Kudos to the chefs! We didn’t have one single meal that wasn’t delicious! Our second last night, we saw a daytime activity schedule at the top of the stairs near the lobby bar. Who knew!? They offer currency exchange, but not for Canadian $ There is literally nothing to do here. Beautiful place but 10 nights was too long.

The views of this place and that food from there restaurant also all the employees were friendly etc

Chambres vieillottes. Les salles de bain méritent d’être refaites. Gros problème de services aux restaurant le soir.

Personalet var super hjælpsomme, søde og vi fik den bedste service. Morgenmaden var skuffende. De 2 svimmingpools var fantastiske om morgenen med den skønneste udsigt over havet, men det virkede som om, at filtret ikke kunne følge med, så de blev hurtigt grumset og snavset. Der var ingen håndsæbe på toiletterne ved poolen. I de 7 dage vi boede på hotellet, var poolbaren lukket, og den lille butik var også lukket.
