Das Hotel ist alt und der Schwimmab Raum ist vergammelt, ungeplegt.Am Abend der Ankunft, musste die Koffer selbst die hohen Treppen schlepen, absolut kein Service, 3 Stunden benoetigt fuer den Safe funktion bereit war!. Der bezahlten Preis entspricht nich die Erwartungen von einem 5 Sterne Haus!!!

Hotellet har jeg brukt før, og det er jo en grunn til at jeg kommer tilbake. Ligger sentralt og fint til. Ikke så mye å så fra utsiden i forhold til mange glitrende fasader rundt, men fint innvendig, personellet ar topp og alltid like blide og hjelpsomme. Tar litt lang tid med innsjekking, men det er forståelig når jeg kommer med en større gruppe. De forklarte uansett godt om hva de trengte av info og gjorde det så smidig som mulig. Veldig fornøyd. Blir nok samme hotell, også neste gang.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were genuinely kind, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. However, we were quite disappointed that we never received a response to our enquiry regarding our son’s birthday request. Even if the request could not be accommodated, a simple reply would have been greatly appreciated. We also wish the maintenance issues we reported had been handled more efficiently. Better follow-up and clearer communication regarding these matters would have made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite these shortcomings, we appreciate the team’s hospitality and the effort shown by the staff. We hope these areas can be improved, as the hotel has a wonderful location and a welcoming team that future guests will surely enjoy.

A very well located downtown property. Our suite was spacious and very well set up with kitchen & laundry. Staff are superb - reception & concierge, restaurant staff and our housemaid in particular. We loved our room and the property in general and would certainly return next time in Singapore
