This hotel is a perfect location to downtown Fayetteville. It's walking distance to Dickson, the square, the campus, etc. The lobby is clean and the staff very helpful. Parking is next door but you'll need to park on the top deck if your car even has luggage in top. Check clearance when you open your tailgate. The room was nice size but very dated with goofy "hog" themed wall art. Bed was very comfortable. The coffee service was "instant". The water pressure in the bathrooms is barely a trickle and the television, though a nice size Sammie, was fraught with digital dropouts every 5-10 seconds which was very distracting. You need to turn on CC or you'll miss dialogue. If you're there on a Saturday, a 5 minute walk to the square is essential for the Farmer's Market. The reason for a 3 was that it was overpriced for the dated furnishings and the TV and water. I'd stay there again if I need to be close to Dickson.
