They had no A/C on in the hotel except for the rooms. Checking in was hot and eating breakfast was hot. Rooms are nice and clean. Need better pillows anne towels.

The property is well updated. Great for the price. The EV chargers are 6 Tesla Destination chargers, however they were all offline. If they were working, they are paid.

The hotel was excellent! Very clean with a completely new renovation. The front desk was friendly and check-in was quick. A huge plus is the Tesla Destination Charger, which was super convenient during our trip. Breakfast was also good. Definitely recommend for a stopover.

The Tesla destination chargers were outrageously priced for a slow charger. They were more expensive than the 25 min superchargers when they take 5 hours.

Clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pet-friendly. Plenty of EV chargers on site. My only complaint was that there was a group of loud customers that seemed to constantly be walking through the hallway. Not the hotel's fault, just happened to be staying at the same time.

Room was dirty. There were other people’s belongings in the room still. Bathroom shower was broken and extremely noisy. There was a gap under our door you can see right in and hear people down the hall and in other rooms.

The lady at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The first room had a strong scent of mildew. Then 2nd room also had a mildew smell but not as strong. The A/C wouldn't adjust when we tried turning it down, we tried turning it off, it wouldnt turn off. Cold air blew directly on us the entire time. The shower and bathroom needed improvement. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs were runny and the bagels were hard as rocks. We just got coffee and checked out. I normally don't write this type of report but i had to so they can improve the hotel to please their upcoming customers. The exterior of the building is beautful as well as the lobby.

The property is very obvious a recent budget renovation. The lobby was stuffy warm and smelly. The chairs in the lobby were old torn leather that looked like they came from the dumpster. The upstairs hallway outside my room smelled musty and was warm like the AC was not running.The room had new looking floors and bed but smelled musty and dirty. The AC was running when I got in but the thermostat was just banlk and I was not able to set the temp to a cooler setting. The bathroom was clean and the towels and linens were newer and seemed good. The pillows were nice. The area was a pretty sketchy, I made sure to not leave anything at all in the car.

We stayed in a Stark Hotel in Atlanta GA and it was awesome and so much nicer. This Stark night staff was very nice and accommodating but the morning staff not friendly or accommodating at all. I didn't appreciate the smell of the room, bare floors were not as clean as should be for our 10lb service dog wanted to constantly smell the floor in certain areas. It was warm in the room and could not get it below 70 but I'm sure the extreme high ceilings had something to do with it. I wanted a copy of my receipt and the desk clerk said no because we booked with Hotels.com but I wanted the receipt for the $100.00 deposit for my service dog so I would be able to call to discuss if I don't receive it back.

Never heard of Spark. But I’ve never had a bad stay at a Hilton. Now I’m guessing it’s buy a Super 8 , paint it and put nicer furniture in it. It still has the feel with the painted concrete walls of a prison. Front desk staff at check in was bored and rude, did not acknowledge me when I walked In, waited for me to speak to him. Night desk staff was more interested in his phone than people walking up to the desk.

The front desk woman was very rude when I arrived early and requested early check in. She went on and on about the cleaning staff need time to fix the room. She then told me I couldn’t leave my pet alone in the room. When I went down for coffee in the morning, I took my little chihuahua with me and she then told me no pets in the dining area. Mainly it was her attitude. She seemed angry and was not very pleasant.

I like the blackout curtains, the spaciness, the fact that a loud motor doesn't go on when i turn on the bathroom light. It is convenient to I-95 and downtown. Easy parking at the hotel. Free breakfast. Reasonable rate. We stay here every time we come through Savannah.

Spent the night here on a drive from Orlando to Myrtle Beach. We got the top notch Hilton quality for a very reasonable price. It was great for a one night stop off, great breakfast in the morning before we continued our drive!

Normal hotel right off the highway. Thought it might be a little more upscale because it’s a Hilton property but no different than any other discount hotel. Only issue is there was no coffee pot in the room

Normal hotel right off the highway. Thought it might be a little more upscale because it’s a Hilton property but no different than any other discount hotel. Only issue is there was no coffee pot in the room

The lady at the front desk was courteous and helpful. The first room had a strong scent of mildew. Then 2nd room also had a mildew smell but not as strong. The A/C wouldn't adjust when we tried turning it down, we tried turning it off, it wouldnt turn off. Cold air blew directly on us the entire time. The shower and bathroom needed improvement. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs were runny and the bagels were hard as rocks. We just got coffee and checked out. I normally don't write this type of report but i had to so they can improve the hotel to please their upcoming customers. The exterior of the building is beautful as well as the lobby.

Spent the night here on a drive from Orlando to Myrtle Beach. We got the top notch Hilton quality for a very reasonable price. It was great for a one night stop off, great breakfast in the morning before we continued our drive!

The hotel was excellent! Very clean with a completely new renovation. The front desk was friendly and check-in was quick. A huge plus is the Tesla Destination Charger, which was super convenient during our trip. Breakfast was also good. Definitely recommend for a stopover.

Right off the highway, shared parking lot with another hotel, near a Sonic! Staff was helpful. There was no AC in the elevator, but the AC in the room was very cold. Nice bed; TV had a bad signal for the live stuff, but not a big deal. No meat option at breakfast; I did enjoy the pancakes and orange juice, though. If you get a room at the end of the hall near the ice machine, be prepared to hear it all night long. Would stay again for the good price and convenient location to the gardens.

I felt that the pictures were slightly misleading as the hotel was not nearly as nice as depicted. Everything was just okay nothing great. The room was a little dirty (ac unit had broken pieces and was very dirty, toilet was dirty, water standing in the shower).

The room was very spacious and clean! Temperature in the halls were hot but nice and cool in the rooms! May have been having AC issues in the main areas. Breakfast was very disappointing. They did say it was continental so I guess it was on track!
