Vi hadde to netter her. Uteområdet til hoteller er nydelig, med basseng og mye grøntområde i tillegg til at det er kort vei til stranden. Kvaliteten på rommet var helt ok: det bærer preg av manglende vedlikehold, tilgangen til varmtvann var ustabil og dusjhodet var nesten tett. Det kjipeste med oppholdet var at vi klarte å glemme igjen noe tøy til tørking på balkongen. Vi tok kontakt med hotellet bare noen timer (rundt 4-5 timer senere) for å høre om vi kunne ordne med å få det tilbake, da vårt neste hotell ikke var så langt unna. Dessverre svarte hotellet at de ikke hadde funnet noe tøy. At tøyet eventuelt har blitt kastet er dumt, men det er sånt som kan skje når vi klarte å glemme det igjen. Når de derimot sier at de ikke fant det så kan det virke som en av to ting har skjedd: de som rengjorde rommet har tatt tøyet eller de har kastet det uten å ville innrømme det. Uansett så får vi ikke et ærlig svar, som er dumt (mer frustrerende enn irritasjonen på oss selv som klarte å glemme det igjen). Bor du her må du med andre ord huske tingene dine fordi hotellet har visst ingen policy med å ta vare på og returnere ting.

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et établissement bien entretenu. La piscine est agréable et dispose de transats. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Le seul petit bémol est le pommeau de douche à effet pluie qui semble avoir une fuite, car lorsqu'on l'utilise, on voit des projections d'eau sur le côté qui partent dans la salle de bains, ce qui peut un peu l'inonder si on reste longtemps sous la douche. Ce n'est finalement pas un gros problème. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal sur Ao nang, car tous les commerces et restaurants sont en accès direct, idem pour la plage. La très bonne surprise était également que les petits-déjeuners étaient compris, alors que çà n'apparaissait pas lorsque nous avions réservé le séjour. Si un jour nous devions revenir sur Ao nang, je pense que je reviendrais dans cet hôtel qui nous permis de passer un bon séjour.

This would’ve been a perfect setting if not for the flights for the pool villa. I think they need to install some elevators as this steps can be dangerous especially at night, when bringing luggage’s up and down and for both staff and clients. Other than that my experience was amazing. Beach front property, clean spacious rooms and my pool Villa was my happiness. Close to everything but it gives u peace and quiet when needed. The spa was great and the staff was more than welcoming. I would want to come back..maybe when they have the elevator installed to the higher floors.

I was a bit frustrated when I checked in and they didn’t upgrade my room as promised, instead they put me on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. I’m giving them 4 stars because they allowed us to use their facilities after checking out and coming back from a tour. Pros: right smack in the middle of the action, very comfortable bed, and nice suites (they allowed us to use them - pics attached) Cons: no elevator, old pool, front desk ladies were not very friendly at check in.

We had a great stay for 5 days. Had a quiete room and received an upgrade for our anniversary. Could be more loungers around the pool area. Location was awesome close to many good restaurants. The breakfast was always good with a variety of fruit. The egg person was always busy making your order to your specification. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff seemed genuinely joyful to help and see us each day. We loved the jacuzzi room - a nice private spot for a dip whilst still accessing the larger pool for a swim. A great location to visit nearby islands, try different foods, and shop.

Begränsat utbud på frukost. Fint hotellområde med ett fint poolområde. Rent och fräscht på området och i rummet. Vi hade bokat ett rum för 2 vuxna och 2 barn men vi fick endast en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. Det fanns en soffa som var bäddbar men hotellet ville ha extra betalt för att bädda den trots att vi förklarade att vi inte får plats 3 personer i en dubbelsäng.

All 3 Jacuzzi Pool that I booked were in a bad conditions and super bad maintenance!! Lots of defects to mention! Main pool and even the personal Jacuzzi was super dirty! Breakfast was ok and not much of variety! Plus points,the staff there were friendly..but overall, I think its not worth the price I'm paying and to me,I felt the hotel was like a 2* instead of what it reflected in their website. Very disappointing as I stay 5 nights!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the action, but quiet once inside. Property is a bit dated, but clean and has everything you need. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast spread was also very good.

Det fanns en soffa som var bäddbar men hotellet ville ha extra betalt för att bädda den trots att vi förklarade att vi inte får plats 3 personer i en dubbelsäng.
Begränsat utbud på frukost. Fint hotellområde med ett fint poolområde. Rent och fräscht på området och i rummet. Vi hade bokat ett rum för 2 vuxna och 2 barn men vi fick endast en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. All 3 Jacuzzi Pool that I booked were in a bad conditions and super bad maintenance!! Lots of defects to mention! Main pool and even the personal Jacuzzi was super dirty! Breakfast was ok and not much of variety! Plus points,the staff there were friendly..but overall, I think its not worth the price I'm paying and to me,I felt the hotel was like a 2* instead of what it reflected in their website. Very disappointing as I stay 5 nights!

We really enjoyed our stay at Princeville Aonang..stayed at Duplex Suite, it was clean and pleasant..Princeville employees are really professional and provided us with excellent service.. even before we check in and after we check out..the location is great and accessible..overall a great place to stay 👍👍👍

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et établissement bien entretenu. La piscine est agréable et dispose de transats. La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Le seul petit bémol est le pommeau de douche à effet pluie qui semble avoir une fuite, car lorsqu'on l'utilise, on voit des projections d'eau sur le côté qui partent dans la salle de bains, ce qui peut un peu l'inonder si on reste longtemps sous la douche. Ce n'est finalement pas un gros problème. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal sur Ao nang, car tous les commerces et restaurants sont en accès direct, idem pour la plage. La très bonne surprise était également que les petits-déjeuners étaient compris, alors que çà n'apparaissait pas lorsque nous avions réservé le séjour. Si un jour nous devions revenir sur Ao nang, je pense que je reviendrais dans cet hôtel qui nous permis de passer un bon séjour.

Staff seemed genuinely joyful to help and see us each day. We loved the jacuzzi room - a nice private spot for a dip whilst still accessing the larger pool for a swim. A great location to visit nearby islands, try different foods, and shop.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location is great! We had a jacuzzi room, but the pool was small and you could only dip in it. This is a halal hotel, meaning they don't serve alcohol at the pool or anywhere else. We only spent one night in the hotel and this didn't bother us, because there are plenty of restaurants nearby. However, I would not choose this hotel for a week-long vacation because of that.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's in a nice location. Walkable to so many shops around the hotel. Only one thing that I would like the hotel to manage is the noise from some rooms above and around my room. The walls don't seem to block the noise so well. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs with you. Breakfast buffet doesn't have many options but the fruits were very tasty. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Vi hadde to netter her. Uteområdet til hoteller er nydelig, med basseng og mye grøntområde i tillegg til at det er kort vei til stranden. Kvaliteten på rommet var helt ok: det bærer preg av manglende vedlikehold, tilgangen til varmtvann var ustabil og dusjhodet var nesten tett. Det kjipeste med oppholdet var at vi klarte å glemme igjen noe tøy til tørking på balkongen. Vi tok kontakt med hotellet bare noen timer (rundt 4-5 timer senere) for å høre om vi kunne ordne med å få det tilbake, da vårt neste hotell ikke var så langt unna. Dessverre svarte hotellet at de ikke hadde funnet noe tøy. At tøyet eventuelt har blitt kastet er dumt, men det er sånt som kan skje når vi klarte å glemme det igjen. Når de derimot sier at de ikke fant det så kan det virke som en av to ting har skjedd: de som rengjorde rommet har tatt tøyet eller de har kastet det uten å ville innrømme det. Uansett så får vi ikke et ærlig svar, som er dumt (mer frustrerende enn irritasjonen på oss selv som klarte å glemme det igjen). Bor du her må du med andre ord huske tingene dine fordi hotellet har visst ingen policy med å ta vare på og returnere ting.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the action, but quiet once inside. Property is a bit dated, but clean and has everything you need. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast spread was also very good.

I was a bit frustrated when I checked in and they didn’t upgrade my room as promised, instead they put me on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. I’m giving them 4 stars because they allowed us to use their facilities after checking out and coming back from a tour. Pros: right smack in the middle of the action, very comfortable bed, and nice suites (they allowed us to use them - pics attached) Cons: no elevator, old pool, front desk ladies were not very friendly at check in.

Everything about this hotel was good except the staff. Upon check in we were told that one of the rooms that we booked wasn’t available and that they were going to give us a smaller room with two twin beds. When we said that we paid more for our room the manager and the women working reception started laughing at us and saying well no refunds. After a while of us trying to get the room we paid for I was told by the manager that she wants to talk to someone else in our group while laughing and saying no refunds. Finally after we didn’t let up she gave us an upgraded room one night later but our group had to stay in the smaller cheaper room for one night. Other than that the hotel was fine, has everything you need. Great location, but manager definitely needs training because it is not acceptable to laugh at customers for something the hotel messed up

I was a bit frustrated when I checked in and they didn’t upgrade my room as promised, instead they put me on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. Et lidt skuffende ophold på hotellet, da hotellet var et muslimsk hotel, og ikke særlig Thailandsk. Restauranten var Halal restaurant, det sædvanlige smilende og venlige Thailandske personale og den gode stemning oplevede vi ikke på hotellet. Badning i Poolen skulle , ifølge skiltningen foregå i badedragt ( ikke bikini ) Morgenmaden var amputeret, ingen pålæg ud over marmelader, ingen skinke til æggeretter, ingen øl/vin til frokost og aftensmad. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt kun 50 m. fra strand og hovedgaden i AuNang. gode værelser, Efter min mening var vi ikke særlig velkomne på hotellet og Hotel.com burde have gjort opmærksom på at det var et muslimsk/Halal hotel.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt kun 50 m. fra strand og hovedgaden i AuNang. gode værelser, Efter min mening var vi ikke særlig velkomne på hotellet og Hotel.com burde have gjort opmærksom på at det var et muslimsk/Halal hotel.

We had a great stay for 5 days. Had a quiete room and received an upgrade for our anniversary. Could be more loungers around the pool area. Location was awesome close to many good restaurants. The breakfast was always good with a variety of fruit. The egg person was always busy making your order to your specification. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location is great! We had a jacuzzi room, but the pool was small and you could only dip in it. This is a halal hotel, meaning they don't serve alcohol at the pool or anywhere else. We only spent one night in the hotel and this didn't bother us, because there are plenty of restaurants nearby. However, I would not choose this hotel for a week-long vacation because of that.

Begränsat utbud på frukost. Fint hotellområde med ett fint poolområde. Rent och fräscht på området och i rummet. Vi hade bokat ett rum för 2 vuxna och 2 barn men vi fick endast en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. Det fanns en soffa som var bäddbar men hotellet ville ha extra betalt för att bädda den trots att vi förklarade att vi inte får plats 3 personer i en dubbelsäng.

All 3 Jacuzzi Pool that I booked were in a bad conditions and super bad maintenance!! Lots of defects to mention! Main pool and even the personal Jacuzzi was super dirty! Breakfast was ok and not much of variety! Plus points,the staff there were friendly..but overall, I think its not worth the price I'm paying and to me,I felt the hotel was like a 2* instead of what it reflected in their website. Very disappointing as I stay 5 nights!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's in a nice location. Walkable to so many shops around the hotel. Only one thing that I would like the hotel to manage is the noise from some rooms above and around my room. The walls don't seem to block the noise so well. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs with you. Breakfast buffet doesn't have many options but the fruits were very tasty. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

We had a very good stay here and hotel was clean and well located. Breakfast was very good. We didn’t like Aonang and weee disappointed with the town , our issue not the hotels. Staff were helpful , but honestly weren’t as friendly as other places we had stayed. However recommended for a stay in Aonang.

If you are a family of 4 (2 kids) family room they offer is not suitable at all. Room has one king size bed for two people , one single ( or very small double) for one person only and a bench under the window which they call a bed. Child older then 4 years old won’t fit on that bench so be careful , they charge for extra bed. Reception staff barely speak English and to explain that my 12 years old child can not fit on that bench was a struggle. Mosquitoes in the room in the bathroom , they live there, we were bitten during the night even though we sprayed the room And used smoky anti mosquito coils. The Main Street is full of shops they sell plastic crap, next time I would avoid this area at all. Beach is dirty , plastic floats everywhere, water is very murky and dirty, much better is railway beach. Would not stay in this area next time, too commercial

Overall id rate this place 9/10 its more ot a high end hotel then a resort but for the price ans location across from the beach just minutes away its worth it. The breakfest buffet was delicious and the staff amazing the biggest issued was ha ing to log back into wifi and at times only worked outside the room on while in it besided thst great stay will be back if im in krabi

I got CATFISHED! Pictures on the website do not match the reality. We booked the deluxe room. Right away as we walked to the building that our room was located in, we can tell the building was old and run down. Hallway was dirty, light flickering, spider webs across ceiling. We got into our room and it looked like a roach motel. The worst part, it was a connecting room that did not lock meaning whoever stayed on the other side had access to our room. We tested it and we were able to unlock their room and vice versa. We had our rooms changed. Our new room wasn’t any better as far as cleanliness. The shower was full of black mold, room smelled like mold and very outdated. I turned on the AC + the smaller portable unit next to the bed and hooked up my charger for my phone and the power in the building went out LOL We checked out and went to Centara, waaaaaaaaay better resort.
