The view was the best part, rooms were amazing and a lot of space. Pool was great aswell, not too far away from town and yeah….i’d recommend booking this place for a nice vacation.

The apartment has basic features and a view of million $. Because the pool water was always cold, we enjoyed solitude at the place every time! Only downside was a very loud car leaving every morning before 7 am which was not ideal! Wonderful place otherwise. Staff was quite responsive regarding a minor hot water shortage, which self resolved. Thank you!

The apartment itself was outstanding: far better than pictures online! The views and balcony were tremendous, and the facilities were brilliant. We had plenty of room, and were very comfortable. Downsides were two main factors: the WiFi was extremely weak, which was frustrating as we had hoped to put Netflix on to drown out the noise of the karaoke bar nearby, which was quite loud. Also worth noting that the hill to climb back up to the property is brutal! Not for older or young kids...we struggled, and we're in our 30s! Despite the above I would stay here again for it's location, amenities, and price. The woman on check out (possibly the owner?) was really lovely and helpful, too.

L accueil a été tres sympatique. L appartement etait propre et sentait bon. La vue est magnifique. Une machine a laver et seche linge ont été apprécié Effectivement il y a une côte pour y accéder mais nous le savions. Pas d ascenseur.

The view was lovely . Our accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed . Staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a comfortable , reasonably priced stay . It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants but an uphill climb on the way back !

Manager allowed me to pay $ 1 thousand dollars and gave me keys to unit knowing airconditionig didn't work. Smoke/ Fire alarms didn't work. Intercom between unit and main door didn't work. Bathrooms have never ever been cleaned Mildred through out the unit This unit unfit to stay in A dump and a Fire Hazard The worst part was that the manager didn't care when I complained

Pros: Large apartment with amazing views. Very clean bedding & towels. Comfortable bed. Cons: Ideally need a car for this accommodation(very steep hill to approach). Cleaning needs to be more thorough ie bathrooms around taps, shower screens and floors (sorry we are particular, photos available)

Leslie and Steve were perfect hosts, available yet non-invasive. Apartment was huge and clean with great aircon and fans if required. Walking distance to Main St and the lagoon but it's a feisty climb back up the hill. Some lighting along the very steep driveway would be good for pedestrians and drivers alike, who must share the private road. Would return and recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay at sea star apts. The 2 bedroom apt was huge, bed very comfy and a short 10 min walk to shops/restaurants. A steep walk up the hill back to the apts but worth it for the fantastic views

The room was huge, with a great balcony with great view The only complaint was bed mattress seemed to slope and no dishcloth to wipe benches. Toiletries supplied was one tube shampoo and one tube bodywash for 2 ppl, staff very friendly

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Yes the driveway is steep - but that wasn't an issue for our group. Amazing views, we will definitely stay here again.

The property was tidy, there was a couple of issues though the shower in the ensuite leaked as the shower screen door doesn't stay shut and the air conditioner in the main bedroom leaked water out of the front of it

The apartment was huge with great views and really good A/C. Had everything we could possibly need. Only downside was the hike up to it from Airlie beach as we were on foot! Something to consider if you don’t have a car or struggle with steep inclines. Other than that 10/10 we would stay again!

The apartment itself was outstanding: far better than pictures online! The views and balcony were tremendous, and the facilities were brilliant. We had plenty of room, and were very comfortable. Downsides were two main factors: the WiFi was extremely weak, which was frustrating as we had hoped to put Netflix on to drown out the noise of the karaoke bar nearby, which was quite loud. Also worth noting that the hill to climb back up to the property is brutal! Not for older or young kids...we struggled, and we're in our 30s! Despite the above I would stay here again for it's location, amenities, and price. The woman on check out (possibly the owner?) was really lovely and helpful, too.

Leslie and Steve were perfect hosts, available yet non-invasive. Apartment was huge and clean with great aircon and fans if required. Walking distance to Main St and the lagoon but it's a feisty climb back up the hill. Some lighting along the very steep driveway would be good for pedestrians and drivers alike, who must share the private road. Would return and recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay at sea star apts. The 2 bedroom apt was huge, bed very comfy and a short 10 min walk to shops/restaurants. A steep walk up the hill back to the apts but worth it for the fantastic views

Great location not far from the town centre although it's a steep uphill hike if you have physical challenges that prevent you from walking uphill/downhill. The view from Sea Star is amazing, especially from the penthouse which has sweeping views of the bay. Would highly recommend the penthouse and Sea Star apartments in general.

These apartments are great! They are up a large hill and quite a distance from the town so we were glad we had a car! The views were fabulous. Good standard of accommodation and very spacious with excellent facilities.

The apartment was huge with great views and really good A/C. Had everything we could possibly need. Only downside was the hike up to it from Airlie beach as we were on foot! Something to consider if you don’t have a car or struggle with steep inclines. Other than that 10/10 we would stay again!

Pros: Large apartment with amazing views. Very clean bedding & towels. Comfortable bed. Cons: Ideally need a car for this accommodation(very steep hill to approach). Cleaning needs to be more thorough ie bathrooms around taps, shower screens and floors (sorry we are particular, photos available)

L accueil a été tres sympatique. L appartement etait propre et sentait bon. La vue est magnifique. Une machine a laver et seche linge ont été apprécié Effectivement il y a une côte pour y accéder mais nous le savions. Pas d ascenseur.

The complex and the apartments are certainly on the older side, but everything is well maintained. There is everything one could wish for in terms of crockery, tableware and kitchen utensils. The apartment itself is spacious. However, the outdoor furniture was in very poor condition — it was practically impossible to use because of rust. This was a real shame, as the terrace is otherwise the property’s standout feature and the place you naturally want to spend time. Despite several attempts, we were unable to get the TV to work.

Good and quiet location just out of the main town. The apartments are huge and well equipped with everything you need. The room decor and furnishings are dated but are in good condition so this was not an issue. The balcony is huge with great sea views. The main issue with this property is the cleanliness or lack of. When we arrived the room was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed, the bins still had rubbish in and the toilet has skid marks on the pan. The best sheet was clean but had a big stain on it. I have never received such a filthy room in years of travel. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. If the cleaning issues are resolved this would be a great property.
