It was near the beach and had some bush around it. The pool and spa were great. The staff let me charge my electric car for free at a nearby powered site which was vacant. The cabin had everything we needed.

Our cabin was amazing. 2 split systems, 2 TVs, large fully equipped kitchen, quality appliances and the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. Grea5 facilities for the kids, and right on the beach and Nullica inlet. Rates were hard to beat, staff very friendly and we’ll be back.

We enjoyed watching the water park almost outside our door. We didn't use it but enjoyed watching it go through its programs. We were pleased with the cabins accessories, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 3 on the wall reverse cycle air conditioners, 3 ceiling fans, a full kitchen, separate toilet and an outside covered deck with table and chairs and an overhead ceiling fan. We didn't use many of these but having them was a big bonus. The only disadvantage was the distance from shops, we had been warned of this so planned ahead. It is a big park but appears to be well run. Thank you.

The unit my wife and I stayed in was very clean and very well equipped. A good bed and lots of room. Everything you could want was there. Maybe one negative was that the DVD player didn't have color but that was a minor point. The staff were friendly and the pool and water park were lots of fun.

Great park to visit with the family. Splash park and pool (with a slide), pump track, jumping pillow and playground. Amazing customer service from Jayde, who was very helpful throughout the week. A short few minute walk to the beach (and although it wasn’t a beach with nice clear water, still had fun). Only negative would be the smell of sewerage around our cabin (not the whole park), which meant we rarely made use of the deck. We were advised that it was something plumbers were working on!

We stayed in one of the water park view family cabins, it was awesome. The facilities were well looked after, the staff were so friendly and helpful and most importantly the kids had an amazing time. We will definitely be making another trip down to enjoy the park and surrounding areas.

My family stayed here for a few nights and we liked the easy access to the beach, as well as all of the caravan park facilities, such as the splash park, playground and the pool. However, our trip was tarnished by the atrocious state of the cabin we were allocated. The cutlery was filthy (to the point where we went to the local foodworks to purchase disposable cutlery). Furthermore, the cabin had several spiders inside (white tail). The cabin also had a broken tile in the bathroom, and my step daughter claims that the sheets in the bunk beds were quote “crusty”. The amount of space in general was not adequate for our needs. The staff on the other hand, were very helpful when checking in and out. The atmosphere of the park was nice and visually appealing, but after dark the eshays started to scooter around and kept making a racket well into the night. As for things to do, Eden itself didnt have much going on, and we found that we had to drive to merimbula for family activities and going out for dinner. Alot of shops in Eden are closed.

Older cabins near hwy end get alot of road traffic noise-glad we didnt stay in Dec/Jan hols. Cabin was generally clean, even though older. Great to see all new cabins in certain areas. Price for a standard was to high in our opinion. Roadways could be marked for ease of traffic direction. A staff member was nice to us, but we witnessed an unpleasant staff member towards another guest that was a little un called for... Overall, if travelling through, good for a night stop over, mayb 2. If you have little kids though, you would tough out the bad for the great water park and pump track, pool and jump pillow. Not to mention the beautiful beach.

The cabin was very modern, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The waterpark and pool provided hours of fun for the kids. And Paige and the staff were super friendly, going out of her way to make sure that the families were having a great time. Thanks for a great stay!

Great park to visit with the family. Splash park and pool (with a slide), pump track, jumping pillow and playground. Amazing customer service from Jayde, who was very helpful throughout the week. A short few minute walk to the beach (and although it wasn’t a beach with nice clear water, still had fun). Only negative would be the smell of sewerage around our cabin (not the whole park), which meant we rarely made use of the deck. We were advised that it was something plumbers were working on!

We stayed in one of the water park view family cabins, it was awesome. The facilities were well looked after, the staff were so friendly and helpful and most importantly the kids had an amazing time. We will definitely be making another trip down to enjoy the park and surrounding areas.

Overnight stay on scenic drive from Sydney to Geelong. Staff were fantastic at providing the details for late check-in. Cabin was well equiped, clean, and cozy. Great value for money. Picked up dinner from Eden Fish and Chips about 10-15 minutes away. Easy checkout process. Saw a deer first thing in the morning before leaving.

We enjoyed watching the water park almost outside our door. We didn't use it but enjoyed watching it go through its programs. We were pleased with the cabins accessories, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 3 on the wall reverse cycle air conditioners, 3 ceiling fans, a full kitchen, separate toilet and an outside covered deck with table and chairs and an overhead ceiling fan. We didn't use many of these but having them was a big bonus. The only disadvantage was the distance from shops, we had been warned of this so planned ahead. It is a big park but appears to be well run. Thank you.

My family stayed here for a few nights and we liked the easy access to the beach, as well as all of the caravan park facilities, such as the splash park, playground and the pool. However, our trip was tarnished by the atrocious state of the cabin we were allocated. The cutlery was filthy (to the point where we went to the local foodworks to purchase disposable cutlery). Furthermore, the cabin had several spiders inside (white tail). The cabin also had a broken tile in the bathroom, and my step daughter claims that the sheets in the bunk beds were quote “crusty”. The amount of space in general was not adequate for our needs. The staff on the other hand, were very helpful when checking in and out. The atmosphere of the park was nice and visually appealing, but after dark the eshays started to scooter around and kept making a racket well into the night. As for things to do, Eden itself didnt have much going on, and we found that we had to drive to merimbula for family activities and going out for dinner. Alot of shops in Eden are closed.

We stayed 2 nights in a two bedroom cabin that had ample room and had everything in working order. It's situated about 5 k'ms south of Eden closer to Boydtown with a minute walk to the beach. A great place for a few days of relaxation. Highly recommended

Staff were friendly and Cabin was clean but for a non smoking Cabin, the Cabin smelled of cigerette smoke and linen/pillows as well. Cigerette ash over outdoor table.

I always stay at this park when visiting the Sapphire Coast. Great set up for kids with pool, spa, water park, bike track, jumping pillow. Located on a great clean beach. Staff are always super friendly and nothing ever seems to be an issue. The cabins are modern, clean, well equipped and have comfy beds. I love Eden and will be coming back again ASAP, and will stay again at this cabin park.
