Very nice rooms. Rooms are a bit small, a little tight to move around. No microwave in rooms, just refrigerator. Free breakfast was goid. Located on bus route, and tons of restaurants and shopping stoes within walking distance. Doesn't have parking, have to park on the street or in the parking ramp at the corner. I will return to stay in the near future.

Nothing fancy but great for the price point, clean, pretty new, a stone’s throw from Brooklyn College, a busy lively shopping area with residential areas a short walk in most directions, buses and subway. Lots of cheaper eats. I did not sample the hotel breakfast so I can’t speak to it. The staff are professional and friendly. There is a parking garage less than a half block to the left of hotel if you are facing the front door. Comfortable bed. I would book again if needed.

The room was quite small however, very clean. Not much in way of lobby and asking for extra coffee (they never replenished) didn’t happen 2nd night. Third night we asked again. Finally we were brought some but was given a lecture on how I should be cleaning the coffee pot. Did not understand. Weird!

The linens were clean. The room itself appeared to be clean. The floor was probably not. The room was small but it worked for the one night and minimal time I was there. Barclays was an easy uber ride. There was WiFi and breakfast (not sure what was offered). There was no parking at the hotel but there is a garage very close by and my car was fine there overnight. It was just my daughter and I, and I didn’t feel entirely unsafe but I didn’t feel entirely safe either.

Complaints on the hotel! Sheets were disgusting. We had to sleep on the cover. Bathroom had mold & shower door would not stay closed. Elevator was not clean and had spills in it & the door slammed all night long. Would not recommend this hotel!!

My stay here was decent for the amount of time I stayed with the pricing. The only two issues that I have is that the hotel is advertised as a non smoking hotel which is not the case. During my second day stay here, someone was smoking both cigarettes as well as marijuana on my floor. When I called the front office to let them know as the smell was coming into my closed room, the front desk informed me that it was nothing that they could do about it to then which I replied ok. They immediately called back and let me know they can send someone up to papery which they did, and it helped momentarily. But it’s VERY unfortunate that I had to pay money to vacation somewhere where I was subjected to smoke inhalation when I’m not exposed to those types of activities at home. If the hotel can not control their smoking policies then maybe they should not advertise as a smoke free hotel. Also my last day stay, housekeeping were slamming doors all morning with no regard to if people were actually still sleep or not. I understand they have a job to do in cleaning the rooms, but maybe being more mindful about making noise in the morning time.

I'm from this area so I know all about it; I was just visiting for a day/night and I chose this hotel because I know how convenient the neighborhood is. I think it was a little too expensive for one night and such a small room, but it's Brooklyn/Flatbush/Midwood so I'm not too surprised. At least they offer free breakfast and the staff are nice. I didn't take pictures of the shower floor, but it was very dirty. I'm glad I had flip flops or else I would not have gotten in.

The location was very convenient and central to everything we needed. The halls and room smell heavily of cigarettes eventhough it was a non smoking building. We had a hard time breathing and were coughing our entire trip. There was also black mould on some of the towels in our room. We were only there for two nights and barely in the room and didnt bother to move, but would have chose a better hotel for the pricepoint.

Floors shows need for xleaning, maybe time ro deep scrub, cleaelwy a turn off which now say, I wont rw-book this location . By the way a great location it is.

Hotel isn’t that far from the train station. The staff was nice. They have breakfast in the morning. The room I was in was pretty small, but the bed was comfortable. Low water pressure in the shower. It wasn’t the cleanest room but it wasn’t dirty to the point you’d be uncomfortable. Plenty of food options near by. The price was appropriate for the room.

Was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night for my adult daughter and I. The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and helpful. I think his name was MD or MJ. He was great. The room was TINY. Only one person could walk around the bed at a time without bumping into each other. There was no luggage rack but since we both had carry-on style rolling bags they both fit on the counter across from the foot of the bed. There was no closet but a place to hang clothing was some sort of pipe looking feature over the bedside table in the corner. There was an iron and ironing board but I think you’d have to do it in the bathroom, which was more comfortably sized. Our room overlooked Nostrand Ave but was quiet and although we were right along the elevator shaft I didn’t hear anything. For one night, it was perfect. If I was on my own I could do a few nights. There’s a very affordable parking garage half a block down the street, which is also used for a Target Store so it seemed reasonably well traveled. I didn’t see any vagrants hanging around. Several casual dining options within a few blocks, including Kosher, if that’s important to you.

The ac blocked the "closet" door- which was only about 6" wide, the available hanging space didn't allow for clothes to actually hang. The shower had nowhere to place toiletries, so had to try and balance them on door handle. There were unfinished surfaces, the construction stickers were still on surfaces, flooring planks were sticking up in spots. No information provided for local services. If I hadn't been there for a funeral, I would have relocated somewhere else.

Good week long stay was good. Safe, Modern, Clean room, good bed, and quiet. The rooms are small but manageable. I only had one issue - One night my sleep was interrupted due to heavy weed smoke coming from next door. As I’m allergic this woke me out of my sleep. I called complained and was pleased by the night staff response.

Breakfast was great. However, the room I was in was extremely small for a family of four. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Shower wasn’t clean. I had to clean it myself. Not to mention there wasn’t any running water for almost an hour which was horrible because I was preparing an appointment. When the water finally came back it was brown for a couple of minutes. I spoke with the employee at the front desk but he didn’t care much.

Upon checking in several persons including self, disappointed by way staff dealt with customers. Room very micro - 2 persons in a room is two much, the rooms are so small. Nothing great for breakfast. Upon checking OUT, staff took receipt for Deposit made for any damages but didn’t immediately move to return money - pretended not to know or understand until questioned about it then expressed misunderstanding but no apology. Not likely to use again once have other options.

Early check-in fee is charged sporadically. No mention of a set price anywhere. I was charged one set price for early check-in fee 2 weeks ago when i checked in at 12noon. I was now told it could be an increase tripling that previous amount when i checked in at 11am today. The hotel was not at full capacity and wasn't going to sleep the full night. They need to have a disclaimer somewhere because this is the first hotel I've seen charging me an early check-in fee with no mention on their website. I was now told it could be an increase tripling that previous amount when i checked in at 11am today. The hotel was not at full capacity and wasn't going to sleep the full night. This seemed like a g great new hotel. Conveniently located off the junction in Brooklyn. We had a late check in. The agent at the desk seemed either new or unfamiliar with the check in process. After managing to check us in, he offered us a room in the basement. When we asked if there weren’t any rooms on the above ground floors, he stated that the rooms below were larger. Please keep in mind that we never asked for a larger room. He also didn’t give us the option to choose a larger basement room or a smaller above ground room. He goes back into the system and selects a room on the 8th floor. Perfect. Our family of four gets settled only to realize there’s no toilet paper in the bathroom/room. I call down to the front desk to let them know and no apologies were given. When I asked if someone could bring it to the room for us, he said that I could come down and get it. Maybe they were understaffed but no explanation was given as to why no one could provide that to us. Next up, the shower. There was no place to secure the soap. No niche or tray. Small details like this will have you reconsidering your life choices lol. In short, not the best experience.

The room was excellent but a bit small as was so close to the elevator so they should consider that room to be a lesser rate. Besides that the staff was excellent, they constantly cleaned everywhere. My daughter loved the fact that housekeeping even took the time to tuck in her stuffed animals in bed after it was made it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and if management is reading this............your staff should get a raise.

Very nice rooms. Rooms are a bit small, a little tight to move around. No microwave in rooms, just refrigerator. Free breakfast was goid. Located on bus route, and tons of restaurants and shopping stoes within walking distance. Doesn't have parking, have to park on the street or in the parking ramp at the corner. I will return to stay in the near future.

The room was clean, and the surfaces were updated. The Metro system is just a short distance away. It's an easy trip to and from JFK. I took the Skytrain at the airport to the Long Island Railway to the Atlantic Station and then to the #5 train, which drops you 2 blocks (4 mins) away. The only downside is that the room was small. The pictures make it appear larger. There wasn't a table to work at, just a narrow desk under the TV. I would have liked a bedside lamp for reading. Breakfast is included, which is a bonus. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, and I will happily stay there again.

The linens were clean. The room itself appeared to be clean. The floor was probably not. The room was small but it worked for the one night and minimal time I was there. Barclays was an easy uber ride. There was WiFi and breakfast (not sure what was offered). There was no parking at the hotel but there is a garage very close by and my car was fine there overnight. It was just my daughter and I, and I didn’t feel entirely unsafe but I didn’t feel entirely safe either.

Promised a king bed. My room had what looked like a small queen. Biggest complaint: no lamps in the room. Only a very bright fluorescent type overhead light. Unsatisfactory!! Area seemed sketchy particularly at night. Lobby was small and the checkin process took place with what looked like bullet proof plastic. Not very reassuring.

It’s okay as far cleanliness is concerned, but it would have been nice if they didn’t charge $300 plus for one night. Also they don’t have ample space for people to sit and eat your breakfast. Take your food to go to your room, I know kids love that but it’s different for adults, although some adults don’t mind that. Hopefully you understand where I am coming from!!!

Not certain if they realize that putting frozen potatoes in a steam cooker 1 minute before they start serving breakfast counts as being edible! All 3 days we were there the same system was used. Frozen to sort of cold potatoes! Also it would be nice if they used a vacuum on the floors every few days.

I forgot my airpods and they were recovered and returned. Could have been cleaner. Continental breakfast staff hovered making the experience annoying, food was not good. Overall for a quick stay, it was average. Parking is not guaranteed, wound up with a flat and had to patch my tire. For short inexpensive stay, it was good enough.

The hotel has been cleaned up and the staff is quite nice. Not sure why towels were not changed and replaced in my room or why the coffee and tea was not replaced nor the counter cleaned when there was a bad spill over from the coffee pot. The breakfast seemed ok ish. I tried the bacon and potatoes and eggs but they were awful. I could not eat as there were no other gluten free options.except yogurt.

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip to catch the NY Liberty game, and overall, the hotel served its purpose! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, which takes you straight to Barclays Center in about 7 stops. The neighborhood was decent, even at night. We felt comfortable walking around, there was police presence, and the area had its usual nightlife activity. There are plenty of fast-food options nearby, and the Applebee’s had surprisingly good, hot food! If you’re looking for a really good brunch/black owned, I highly recommend Sweet Catch! Customer Service- this could definitely use some improvement. There was a noticeable language barrier with some of the staff, and we weren’t greeted warmly at any point during our stay. A simple, friendly welcome goes a long way! Breakfast - HARD PASS! The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were watery, sausage patties were dry, and what appeared to be roasted red potatoes turned out to be soggy sweet potatoes. The waffle station was probably the only decent option. Fruit was limited to apples, and the beverage options included guava juice, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. Definitely don’t come expecting a great breakfast! We did not eat. Parking -there is NO parking available at the hotel. However, there’s a parking garage right on the corner that charges $34 for 24 hours. Rooms - let me emphasize, the rooms are EXTREMELY SMALL! 😂 However, ours was still nice, cozy, and comfortable.

They said there were two double beds, but they were actually full-size beds; my mother slept in one, and my daughter and I in the other—I hardly slept because I was worried she might fall out.
