Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa

We paid the money to stay at this hotel because of the spa facilities, but had no idea that the spa facilities were being renovated so when we did go to the pool, we had to listen to hammer drilling, and the room was full of painters, the outside part of the pool was closed, which is our favourite part because the spa is hotter there I was very disappointed that there was no discount offered to us.

Could use more lounge style chairs.

We had one of the unrenovated rooms, which was better than we expected, but unless your planning on spending $$$ it really doesn't feel like a spa. Robes were a nice touch, mineral pool was great. Expected a larger check-in counter, not inviting. The hotel is split in 2 bldgs. Casino is not part of the hotel, which was nice if your not a gambler.

Staff and facilities are great! The renovations are coming along - we had an old room which was quite run down however very clean and seeing the rooms that were renovated- cannot wait to come back to stay in them again!
