Days Inn by Wyndham Ste. Helene-de-Bagot

No staff at reception. Had to wait 10 minutes. No working ice machine. No working coffee machine at breakfast. Nothing stocked in the vending machine. On site restaurant/bar was closed. Rooms were clean and shower was new. But very little amenities for travellers. We will not stay here again.

We just stop in for a night on our way to our destination Fitness ce ter was close and breakfast that was included was not much

Breakfast very ordinary. Parking is easy.

Bathroom floor had black something under toilet area, but rest of bathroom was very clean. Soap and shampoo was present. Nice clean breakfast area, but no eggs, bacon, or cream cheese supplied - but reasonable priced motel to stay at. McDonalds is right beside it! There was an elevator, so that was good. New clean linen, which I love! Bed was a bit hard for me, but hubby l9ked it. Nice, friendly staff.

Our room was poorly cleaned. There was hair on the pillow on one of the beds. Stains on the top sheet that lookee like coffee. The floor in front of the armour was sticky and was likely from what ever was on the bedding. The wall sconce bulb was blown. The shade was not secure on the one lamp. The vending machine was empty. Ice machine was broken. Stains on most chairs in the bistro are stained. This should not be a refection on the staff at the desk. The gentlemen that checked me in was kind. All in all im pretty sad for a hotel i expect more from.

The room was a nice size although the front door had to be left open in order to use as if it closed you had to go around the building to get in No access from emergency exits, and no key for front door

I liked the tub. The fitness facility needs work or removal.

Clean room, big parking

Chambre pas propre et tres froid et nous avons pas acces au chauffage. Il mention un gym mais il n'y en as aucun

We liked that it was off the highway and convenient. The beds were dirty as if they weren't washed. There were crumbs sand and hairs on the beds along with food under the bed. The toilet wasn't washed. It had pee and poop under the toilet seat. The sink has hair all around it...to be exact 9 pieces of little and long hairs. I feel like they put us in a room that wasn't cleaned at all.

Room was not very clean. Hair on the bed sheets and hair in tub. Woke up with bug bites showing on my side. Told the staff I think I was bit by bed bugs. Only me not my family. She just coldly said “And what do you expect me to do about it.” I told her they should check the room and she said they get the rooms checked periodically. I’m still not sure if I was bit by bed bugs or even if I was bit in that room but her response was unacceptable.

The room was full of spider webs and the room smelled like smoke. Had really old banged up chairs snd furniture. It’s basically a truck stop. Also someone staying at the hotel had their car stolen overnight. We will never ever stay there again

Toute était super sale, la toilette n’a jamais été lavé il avait de la marde coller sur la toilette, lorsque je me suis couché dans le lit une araignée a sortie des draps. On nous a changer de chambre mais l’autre était pareille. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Didn't feel very safe at 11:30 pm when the door of the room next to us was being slammed over and over till about 12:30. At one point it sounded like our door was being beat on but when I looked out the peek it was not thankfully. The room appeared to be fresh butbif you look close it was pretty dirty. There was also a left over pill in the bedside drawer. Would not stay here again. Its cheap - you get what you pay for.

La télévision ne fonctionne pas, Le frigidaire gèle donc j’ai perdu mes 2 lunch de salade pourtant j’avais mis au minimum Et comble de tout pas de lumière dans la salle de bain donc on utilise la lampe chauffante du plafond qui a un timer !!! Fini la douche à la noirceur!!! Et propreté a désiré!

Needs updating very dirty carpet furniture had all kinds of spills bathroom hair dryer would not work...baseboard spills and walls had splatter on it...would not stay there again!

Les draps étaient déchirés et tachés. La chambre manque cruellement d’un rafraîchissement. On dirait que l’hôtel est sale et qu’elle est restée inchangé depuis 1980! Le déjeuner inclus n’offre aucune protéines à l’exception du beurre d’arachides! On ne peut même pas contrôler la température dans la chambre.

Room airconditioning was very noisy.Hotel is near highway with a lot of traffic

Pros- -quiet and comfy, nice room, very friendly staff, easy check in, breakfast included Cons- the loudest pipe squeal when shower turned on, broken door lock latch, a little odor like smoke covered, dusty furniture, runs down dresser

Easy access but couldn’t find Game 4 of American League Jays and Yankees on the tv here .

Rooms on the Northside are very noisy with truck traffic from route 20. Noise barriers required on Hwy

Bed was a bit too firm.

Room was very outdated. Coffee maker was dusty and the TV did not work unfortunately.

Clean and new renovated rooms

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Walls are so thin that you could hear the person next door getting text notifications all night. Coupled with highway noise, did not get much sleep. Breakfast was Costco muffins and yogurt. It was fine for what was paid but would not return.

Just okay. Internet so weak couldn’t stream anything on my device and tv programming primarily in French. Slight smell to the room. No food in town except fast food. Room very mediocre but didn’t expect much for the price.

The front desk checked us in quickly and professionally. Room was clean and quiet.

Access to property was not well defined. Check in was terrible. I had booked a room with two queen beds for three adults, but was assigned a room with 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. We ended up with a room with two standard beds. The air conditioner was very difficult to control, making it hard to get a good sleep.

Room is clean; desk staff was great.

Staff entered the room even with the sign on the door. The bed was not done and the towels not changed, but the lights were left on and the curtains opened. When I inquired about it the clerk, they had no information about why. Nothing was missing. My key card did not work every morning when I went to get breakfast on a 3 day stay. Staff was friendly and my room had a direct parking access which was useful with boxes to carry in and out.

I need to be moved to another room due to allergies and without hesitation, the receptionist came with me to ensure we had a room that was okay! Very accommodating!

Nous avions réservé pour arriver le dimanche et partir le lundi matin. Nous sommes arrivés et enregistrés le dimanche matin à minuit. Le réceptionniste ne nous a pas signalé notre arrivée trop tôt et l'enregistrement n'a pu avoir lieu que le dimanche après-midi à 15 h. Je lui avais expliqué que nous avions déjà réservé et payé la chambre pour le dimanche et que nous devions la libérer le lundi matin. Il a acquiescé et nous a remis la clé. Le dimanche matin, à 11 h, le réceptionniste de jour nous a réveillés par un appel téléphonique nous informant que nous étions arrivés trop tôt et que nous devions libérer la chambre immédiatement. Nous nous sommes alors rendus à la réception pour lui parler, lui expliquant que nous n'avions pas été prévenus et que le réceptionniste de nuit ne nous avait pas expliqué clairement que nous devions arriver plus tard ou partir le lendemain matin. Ils se sont montrés impolis et agressifs, sans s'excuser et ont refusé toute hospitalité.Ils nous ont dit non, que nous étions arrivés trop tôt, que notre réservation ne couvrait que la nuit du samedi au dimanche matin 11 h et que nous devions partir, et que si nous souhaitions rester une nuit de plus, nous serions obligés de payer à nouveau. Nous avons refusé et avons procédé au règlement. Je suis très insatisfait et déçu, car nous avons fait six heures de route pour un mariage familial et avons été expulsés plus tôt que prévu. Inacceptable. Je ne les recommanderais jamais. Horrible.

We have stayed here a few times while moving and its always been great. This last time we stayed we requested a main floor room as we had to carry in some cold weather ntorrerant things. Pete was amazing and worked to ensure that we got a room we needed! Hes always been so kind to us and even remembered us amd asked about our move. Definitely recommend this place.

Clean room, nice staff, great value

Amazing staff. Room was clean. Location is a little isolated but right off the highway.

The room was clean, but drab wallpaper and little light. Could use some cheering up. No restaurant in town, save for McDonalds next door. Close to highway interchange but a bit noisy unless you get a room on the other side of the hotel. you can't sit outside due to traffic. Parking was fine.

Very convenient and easy access to the highway.

Good location just off the highway but very noisy with tractor trailers parking lot in front.

Hotel correct pour le prix., parcontre sur le bord de l'autoroute 20,donc beaucoup de traffic et de bruit, si vous voulez ne pas avoir le bruit de l'autoroute, choisissez les chambres pair. Et la vous allez dormir comme un bébé

Liked the size of the room with couch. Shower was good. Convenient to highway for travel. Breakfast was basic. Boiled eggs would be a nice addition.

Comfortable and clean. Needs a revamp but satisfactory for a one night sleepover. Breakfast basic continental style. Safe and plenty of parking.

Porte de douche à réparer - dommage visible dès qu'on ouvre la porte de la chambre. La ventilation de la salle de bain est exagérément bruyante. Pourtant, il s'agissait d'une suite! Bain tourbillon apprécié par ailleurs. Mais le déjeuner, c'était d'une pauvreté de choix! Les communications de cet établissement devraient se faire en français.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bath/ shower. Updated floors in room. Furniture in room is as tired looking as l was when l arrived. Building needs some freshening. Hall carpets have a bad odor but room was clean. Simple ( low selection) Continental breakfast. Other Days Inns have better offerings. Overall our needs were met passing through for a night.
